Tata Docomo — Tempering of Login id & password

Dear Sir, I am sorry to convey you that my Login id & password is tempered after recharge. The new password with old login id is not working. I need your help to resolve the issue. My previous accumulated balance of 8840.0 MB up to 26.6.15 is not adding with present balance.
