[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Trouble with slow speed connectivity from Tata photon | |||
Hi, I am using Tata photon from last 5-6 months without any issue but from more than a week now I have been troubled with slow speed connectivity from Tata photon I am paying for the services where I am supposed to get speed of at least 3 mbps and am getting 30 kbps. I have a post-paid connection with a monthly rental. I have called 3-4 times customer care they responded with the statement " the area where you stay is high utilization and that is the reason for slow speed " I told them that I have tried 3-4 different locations getting same slow speed. I have also tried my friend’s Tata Photon on those locations with no issue in speed. Then how it is possible the reason of slow speed coz of high utilization in that area ? I again called customer care explain all above, had the argument for slow speed and I am being told that " Sorry Sir we cannot do anything" Now now sure who will resolve my problem. This is the most RIDICULES after sell service I received from Tata Photon. Was this information helpful? | |||
