[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unable to connect the device | |||
I bought the TATA PHOTON WIFI device ([protected]) on 18th September and am unable to connect it to my laptop since then. I called customer care several times and raised (SR:[protected] as well. They sent technical assistant as well, but nothing has been taken forth since then. I demand for cancellation of my connection and return the money. In spite o[censored]sing the device, they are sending me bills. What should I pay the bill for when I was not even successful connecting the device first???? M SOOO DISAPPOINTED!!
