Tata Docomo — Unable to port | |||||
I have been trying to port to Airtel from Tata Docomo. I'm unable to send the port out message from my phone. The message always fails to get delivered to 1900. So i do not receive the UPC code. When i complained at Tata Docomo.Customercare theu told me they cannot do anything as these things are taken care of by TRAI. Mesaages to 1900 and any other problems are solved by TRAI and tata docomo is unable to help me. I really want to change to Airtel as there is very low reception of range here for docomo and poor customer care service's Was this information helpful? | |||||
