Hi, this is Akshay I am unable to send SMS to anyone. Many time I registered my complain to customer care. Though they request me to wait and then after some time they cut my call. Very very poor services they didn't call me again. I want to port my number. Please resolve this issue ASAP. You can access it by following the steps mentioned below. 1) Go to: Main Menu > Message > Message Settings 2) In message Center number:-[protected] 3) In Reply via same center """"NO"""" 4) In Reply via choose 'Text' Further, we request you to clear the memory of the inbox & outbox on your handset. Kindly dial #33*1234# for outgoing unbarring and #35*1234# for incoming unbarring. We request you to reset your handset and select the network operator manually as Tata Docomo in your handset. From here on, you must re-insert your SIM and also check with another handset.
