Tata Docomo — unable to send sms | |||
I'm unable to send any sms from my tata docomo sim card. It displays "can't send message, error 38". Tried contacting the call centre and their toll-free "24*7" helpline always says switched off. Request to resolve the issue at the earliest. I have tried #33*1234#, but it says mmi invalid. I have tried updating the smsc number but it is not working. I am not able to access any of my bank related activities without the service. I have also recharged multiple times just to ensure that i have full prepaid balance.
