[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unauthorized deduction of recharge amount | |||
I had balance of rs.215 in my tata docomo sim. Suddenly after making a short call i saw the balance is rs.15. Without any apparent reason and confirmation, a value of rs. 200 had been deducted by the provider. The customer relations officer of the provider couldn't be connected even after several attempts over 3 days. I expect the return of the balance at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
