Tata Docomo — Unfair bill migration | |||
My tata photon no. is [protected]. I have given complain past month for sudden changes of data plan. I have received the message that: In our constant endeavour to provide good experience to our customers through new products and improved services, we are restructuring the current bill plans. We would like you to know that your existing bill plan [protected]@Rs999 per month will end on 25-Sep-15 & hence a new bill plan needs to be activated on your Photon. We will be migrating your Tata Photon number [protected] to the new bill plan [protected]@Rs950 per month with effect from 25-Sep-15. It is really unfair of you, if you change my data plan by any means. When I had purchased this photon your representative assured me that my data plan will never going to be changed. But, now you are going to change my data plan unfairly with low data plan and higher amount. This absolutely nothing but cheating the old customer. If you change this data plan, I have left with no option but to quit my photon no. immediately. It is very pathetic experience to be a customer of your company. Was this information helpful? | |||
