Tata Docomo — Validity of net pack expires before mention date..

I did the recharge of RC 93= 1GB 3G for 30 days validity on 20 oct 2015 through *123# but on 26 oct 2015 the pack automatically expired.
I complained 2 time through email and 4 time already on call with c.care. but every time i call they tell they will resolve the problem but they never do anything.
Guys never go for tata docomo worth network and worth loyalty towards their customer.

Even i got 7 days validity for RC 93 and when called they said they will resolve it within 48 hours but it dint., worst network ever.
