Continued from this post. docomo-tata-docomo-vas-activated-and-money-deducted-without-consent-c1114257 You cannot speak to me personally because I have got this service for my mother and I don't live with her. I know how to read and understand what is in the bill. This is why I am complaining in the first place. What I would like to know is how the VAS voice portal got activated without anyone's consent. Can you please stop this service. Consider this an official request.
