Tata Docomo — very low speed and connectivity issue | |||
i am terribly disappointed with the speed and connectivity in Lucknow and especially in the Lekhraj, Indira Nagar area. I don't get regular connectivity and my speed averages below 30-40 kbps from 3 months. I have reported to the tata photon customer care online and phone and they say that " this area is highly utilized area and this problem may occurs some time our team is working on this, we can't register your complaint against this issue". the very next day my connection was activated and several times after that. Every time there is an assurance that an upgrade of infrastructure is going on and the problem should be resolved in a weeks time. Local Docomo people have contacted once and explained that its a problem with the entire city and it will be resolved in 8-10 days. I regret taking this service when other options like My Photon no- [protected] using this connection over 8 months and few months it works properly otherwise total waste of money.
