[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Withdrawal of services from Bihar | |||
My Tata Photon Plus Delhi no [protected] was recharged for Rs 1500 on June 16 for Rs 1500 valid till 14 September 2014, which gives 12 GB data for 3 months. I am currently based at Patna. My photon no was not receiving any signal for last 8 days. My enquiry from the customer care revealed that the company has withdrawn its services from Bihar with effect 1st July 2014. This is cheating as the company did not bothered to inform its customers in any form.The customer care advised me to use Tata Wiz services by making some change in settings of the dongle. That too has failed. I was not expecting this type of poor service and feedback from such a trusted brand. Was this information helpful? | |||
