[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Worst customer service | |||||
Their Executive never show up until you keep on complaining day and night. They will only come when billing day is approaching. Last time our internet was out of service for 15 days and when we asked for deductions in bill they refused and we paid full month amount of 1800 when we used internet only for 15 days. This time also we raised a complain. I got 5 calls that at this time Our technician will visit. And then you keep on waiting no one will show up. You will give calls on numbers you recieved calls from either they won't pick up or switch off. Stay away from Docomo. Was this information helpful? | |||||
