[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Wrong Billing for the dongle connection [protected] | |||
I posses tata photon internet connection bearing mobile number [protected] (account no:[protected]. I contacted Hyderabad Hydernagar branch and called customer care executive [protected] on Sep 06, 2014 and asked for cancellation. They has taken the request for cancellation. But after a month I got a call stating that I didnt paid my bill of Rs 565.00. I got shocked as I didnt used the dongle internet and to use the internet I didnt have any system, laptop or computer in my home. Tata Photon guys are asking me to make the payment for which I didnt used at all. Hence I wrote an email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com where I got a phone call and email stating that it was a mistake from tata photon side and cancellation was not processed. So I got an email (screenshot attached) stating that the amount will be waived. But again I got a call from Customer care executive Pavan Kumar who spoke rudely and impolitely and said to make my payment and has put the phone.
