I booked a flat adwita, kolkata in april 15 and my cust id is 10202
Company officials has misrepresented that land title for adwita project is clear.

So, i booked a flat and paid around rs 13 lacs against booking and 1st demand note.

I sent them many mails to update me status about the project but no reply.Initial mail was sent on 4th sep then after many calls and mails they replied me on 27th oct 15 that project work will be started in 10-15 days.

After that no update and no body has told that land is under litigation. I got news that land mutation is not completed and under litigation.

After several mails, in apr 16, they replied that matter is in supreme court because high court order is against them.

Then i applied for cancellation on 2nd may and refund my full amount with interest since date of payment because this is not my choice cancellation rather its forced cancellation due to misrepresentation of facts.

Company has misused funds received from customers by misrepresentation.

Now whenever i ask for refund the amount, they are saying its under process and when it will be completed, i ll be informed.

And saying interest will be paid @7% for period after feb 16. Is this way to keep hard earned money of middle class people. Kindly resolve issue.

    Sir,
    I have deposited rs.50000/- thru online banking for booking of 2bhk apartment in tata ariana housing project (Kriday realty) at bhubaneswar. The amount was deposited in the month of nov'2015 against their advertisement and telephonic followup by their sales representative. The advertisement was quite attractive to trap innocent customers like me. Against deposit, the company wanted me to sign some documents for completion allotment process. Due to my pre occupation in my official assighnment i could not visit their office for signing. Subsequently, lot of pressure got created by their sales representative to sign the document sent by them thru mail. Due to continous pressure by them i signed the documents & sent scan copies of signed documents thru mail as per thier advice. It was told by them that original is to be submitted by me for completion of booking formalities. After few days i visited the site & found that the allotted flat was not to my choice & not worth rs. 70lacs what they are charging. In the mean time a demand was raised by the builder for making payment of rs. 20 lacs approx as 1st instalment within 1 month with last date as 28.01.2016. Although the flat was not worth rs. 70lacs, but i requested them to extend the last date of deposit by 1 month without charging interest for delay in payment since i was not able to manage fund immeditely. They asked me to give a request in writing. I immediately gave a request in writing to extend the date of deposit by 1 month without interest. One month passed but no reply was received from them. I did not receive any response in writing niether positive nor negative from the builder. However pressure was once again being built up for deposit of rs. 20 lacs without any committment from their side to waive interest. In view of the same i lost all interest in the thieir project & i requested them to refund my application money of rs. 50000/-. Now they have become deaf & dumb and not in a mood to refund. Sir, it is the hard earned money of customer & loosing rs.50000/- is a big amount. I have not submitted original signed agreement with them accepting the allottment of flat. They don't have original copy a agreement signed by me. Sir, it is a clear case of deceiving the customer. The builder is giving attractive advertisement & call for online deposit of application money. If the depositor finds that the flat is not worth buying, the application money gets forfeited. Please look in to the issue & help me to get back rs. 50000/- with interest from the builder.

      I had booked an apartment via snapdeal on the day the registrations opened up. Aug 28, 2014. I paid Rs 30, 000 as booking amount. After visiting the site me and my family member didn't like the site as well as the apartment. As we are not interested, so kindly refund my amount. Parallely, we had few medical issues with a family member also, citing which, we had requested for refund which was denied.
      Sales executives just wrote emails telling that this matter is closed from their end. I am helpless. 30k is not small amount. Kindly help me out to get the refund

        Dear Sir

        I hereby write you this letter submitting my complain for a regret faced by purchasing a property from your company, though I have not been provided any written guarantee of appreciation in property but the practice at your end may be a reason of losses to your existing customers.

        I have purchased a shop at New Heaven Boiser. My shop No.25C2 at Boiser vide my customer ID:- [protected] which I bough @9000 per sq.ft. paid as per buildup area 288 sq.ft. and got carpet only 180 sq.ft. with stamp duty registration charges, VAT and services tax it cost me Rs.30 lacs which I invested more than 3 to 4 years back.

        During this year when I asked a broker to sale the shop for me I got rate of Rs.6500 to Rs.7000 per sq.ft., to check such a downward market I called Tata Housing Customer care and than received response from Mr.Arshad (your salesman) who called me on my landline number [protected] on 25th March 2016 around 5 pm (it might be in your record), he offered me Boiser New Heaven shop in front view opposite mall about 441 sq.ft. in a lumpsump figure of Rs.33 lacs still with space of negotiation and that includes VAT services tax stampt duty and registration. Surprisingly te shop is ready to move and on the spot possession.

        How come your reputed company who sold a space @Rs.9000 +VAT + Service Tax + Regn + Stamp duty per sq.ft. per with under construction status is now selling the same @Rs.7482/- per sq.ft. including all that comes to a price of Rs.6500/- per sq.ft. in 2016 which you sold me @Rs.9000 4 years back with advance payment.

        This is the reason we the existing customers are not getting even principal amount back with this deal. Market may be down, people might be selling their places as per their needs as distress sale but being a reputed “TATA” company how can you do this.

        I request you to please arrange a buy back of my property if you still maintain the bad price direct to the customers.

        I would raise this issue socially for the sake of saving people who will find the same losses by purchasing your property if I am not given a satisfactory response within 7 working days

        I agree.. its the same story with Tata Amantra..
        I have purchased a 2BHK in 2013, which has costed me an inclusive price of abt 88L.
        When clicked on tatahousing website for enquiry of new purchase, received call from salesman, the same flat available at all inclusive price of 80L negotiable.
        Tata Housing is not line with the reputation of Tatas, the brand name we all trust blindly.
        Even if it is not Tata Housing directly, it is unethical practices and assurances provided by their sales team, who mislead the customers, just to achieve their targets.

          We had shown our interest to buy 2 units in Tata Homes - Goa project and submitted 30, 000 each. Considering that sketchy info only was made available we sought details which were never responded to.
          What is the price? Being NRI I do not know about local fees etc. and I will appreciate if you can provide complete details and costing.
          I will prefer either Ground Floor or 1st Floor as I am now 55 and do not fancy living on upper floors. that won't suit me.
          What are the total number of floors and what is on the roof?
          What is the loading? Please give the overall built up area and carpet area.
          Do you have room sizes - dimensions. Internal dimensions wall to wall
          What is the clear height of the ceiling
          What amenities are provided within the flat?
          Are there any built in wardrobes, cupboards, kitchen cabinets, equipment etc.
          Can you make available a plan specific to the flat that you are offering?
          What, if any, provision is there for AC? Split, VRV, Window etc. and if conduiting/cabling/ condensate piping is provided for?
          Earthquake - Which Seismic zone it is designed for?
          Number of lifts and cabin size?
          Is the development - building approach etc. friendly to Wheel Chairs?
          Gas?
          How far away is the Pilani road from gate shown and how far is the River?
          Is there any plot with possibility of building in future between this development and the Pilani Road?
          Which the main road catering to this development?
          What is the starting date and completion date?
          When is the handover date?
          What are my rights in case of not handing over in time?
          Will there be a glass shower cubicle in the toilet? Perhaps once you provide the specific layout I will know the dimensions.
          How much is the power back-up? Essential services / 50% / 100%?
          What about the Title of the Property / Plot etc.
          What about Statutory Approvals? Are they in place for the launch?
          As I told you earlier I am interested in buying a HOME and thus I need to have the response to the above and I am sure you will agree with me. Perhaps being more experienced in line of business you can address any other important question that I may have overlooked.

          The company should refund my deposit at the earliest.

                ONLY reason we selected Tata housing project above other well -known builders is due to the trust we have with this brand and Fair practices they claim to follow Which is coming as another miserable sales story so please ensure all due diligence before making any booking with Tata Hosing. Recently we faced lot of inconvenience on our recent booking with Tata housing project – Aveza ( Mulund) which is almost leading to deal cancellation...

                Would like to share my experience with you We have Booked a Plot in Tata one of the premium project in Gurgaon in Feb. 2015. We asked tata housing Executive whether we could get fiance for this Project / also asked whether this project has required approval . Tata Executive have Confirm us that indeed this project is approve for the Finance.Also he spoke to one of His contact in Tata capital. And confirm us that loan can be approve and arranged quickly. So finally after confirming with Tata capital and Tata housing we have Booked the property and made the required payment. We started process for the Loan immediately(in March 2015) So Tata Capital asked us for some Set of document we forwarded our request to Tatahousing to provide the required documents. We got to know that required project approval in not available to Finance this project. So we started daily Followup with Tata housing to get the required approval. Despite of not providing any documents Meanwhile Tatahousing has send us the Next Payment demands . Also we we spoke to the Tata housing Executive they kept us ensuring that it will approved soon. Also as delayed are not due to Tatahousing as they can't provide the document so we will not charged with any delayed interest payment due to this. In Sep 2015 Loan was approved . We have requested for the due payment and now we get mail / Post form Tatahousing that We sould also make required payment for interest due to payment delay. 1.Now decision is your if you wish to Invest in such company who never kept their promise. We still don't know what else is on our way still. 2. This is a premium project from tata every unit worth More than 2.6 Cr 3. We NRI invest and then get these Treatment away from home not have much options 4 So it is highly advisable to not invest in any Tata housing Projects.

                  I have paid online booking amount of 30000 and haven't seen their vasind site. After visiting their vasind site me and my family member didn't like the site as well as the apartment. I have called the sales executive that we are not interested, so kindly refund my amount. But sales executive is denying to refund. 30k is not small amount. Kindly help me out to get the refund.

                    I am balvendra Singh from Mumbai. I have got a flat by lottery wining in TATA Housing boisar in Shubh Griha. I have got my possession. And Society is demanding "No Dues Certificate" From TATA Housing. I am calling since last 3 months to get this. Whenever I call to customer care they always told to that " You Will Get this by mail after 72 hours." They have given me a number of Mr. Poddar[protected] But 3 month completed still i didn't got any mail from neither any call from Tata housing. I have call many times. Tata housing's customer care service is very worst. (There are three person who receive the call almost - Miss Dalika, Mr. Shrikant, Mr. Poddar"

                      Please review the attached pictures as proof, tatas emails itself attached, will detail you how a tata group company, boasting of ethics, integrity and transparency is cheating customers by increasing sale area arbitrarily. An innocent middle class customer, saving hard earned money, goes to tatas thinking of honest and pays 5 - 8 lacs extra on a flat. Company remains honest with the help of media help & hype! Pl highlight this issue on your site as well as on other places, as applicable. Thanks!

                          On 4th Novembmer, we have paid INR 30000 as per all your advertisements on media. No response from Tata Housing at all. It is said I would get flat choices to choose, etc. I spoke to Tatacare also. No use. It is already 3 days, no communication at all. It is very scaring experience with you. At the end you say not-refundable. If you ask us to take any flat of your choice it is not fair on your side. Why do not you start process quickly. in that case, we would be left with no choice? Please correspond immediately. Give list of flats to choose from.

                            I have applied for a flat in TATA Value Homes Shubh Griha Ahmedabad at a booking amount of Rs 30000 on Feb 2015 (customer identification number [protected]) and made a payment of Rs 100985 later. When I sought home loan from HDFC Bank (Home Loan Application No.[protected] regarding this they rejected the same. I have asked for the refund of Rs 130000 Now TATA Value Homes is not refunding the same. Kindly help me to get my refund at the earliest.

                              It has been notice that TATA housing, thru its national online sales promotion, has given less/or same price or indirect benefits like loan waver to new buyer. Though the old buyer (Who booked the flats in same project/scheme and in similar flats) have to pay higher price or the discounts are not passed. There by committed buyers who have booked flats before lunch of such scheme are paying higher and loosing the value of Investment even before getting hand over. This only reflects that TATA's don't value there customer's hard earned money and commitment to there project. They themselves are bringing down value of there customers. For there sales benefit and Sales team incentive. Even after repeated reminder there is no written reply, So that we cannot proceed against them legally. Infact I we have send mails up to VP Sales (National level) with no response for months. They commit on mail just that we will get back to you but don't respond at all. Infact, they also adjusted the amount paid by us in Interest, where the payment was done on basic cost. As we have dispute with them on the interest charged. Last but not least. They even miss guided us that TDS can be deducted at last payment, Which strictly against the law.

Tata Santorini during the deepavali discount offer issued by your Housing.com -paying Rs 30000 .for each APT.In fact to reveal you the truth that 1). iam aged 62 years and Iam suffering from 2).mild psychiatric problem getting frequent abscence of mind on day to day and especially on money matters.Iam taking treatment for my illness.and not yet fully recovered ( On and off amnesia is present in me ).3). As an aged man of I do not have any knowledge of computer/sms as Iwas not trained in computer during my previous late 1980s. ( finished my BSc, MBBS duringthe year 1981- when there was no computer.Later I went to Govt job where there is no necessity nor availablitity of computer or its importance. Now I feel a lot for having missed the bus of having not learnt computer even after my retirement .My illness prevented me from learning computer and as Iam a medical proffesinal I didnot have time or intention to learn during my past years.I repent a lot for my slacness and not able to co-operate understand and respond tothe present fast moving computer young generation world and we are unable to reveal our ignorance and feel shy to have zero knowledge of computer witch we feel ashame during our 60 plus years.Young generation people of your TATAs are not able to understand the difficulties of our old age citizens if India ( Most all old aged citizens sacriifice has driven/taken our cointry to this present status.4) Hence we old aged people expect some respect and response, reminders and other helps witch we needed in time for our sacrifice to our society during our good old young days for the benefit of our young generation . Coming to the point now;I am having sufficient funds with me in my Bank as my retirement benefit of 30 years..With a good intention and with a good v. Longing hope and STRONG BELIEF on TATA i booked 2 Flats as mentioned above.Now I feel a lot for having booked both the flats due to the non co-operation of your TATAs Chennai especially Ribbon walk Teams who are v.unconcerned, less responsive, and least bothered about us and our hard earned money.My Heart and soul cry a lot for the indifference and money mindedness of Tata Ribbonwalk people looked us differently in our plus60s.. I visited both the sites of Tatas and was v.much happy for having got fulfilled my old age ambition of buying a building and made my paymeny v.anxiosly and with my full joy.Iam sorry to say in spite of my personal standing instruction of reminding me thro phone or by proper post and confirmation of my post receipt thro phone .The Ribbon walk team people never bothered to remind me thro phone ( witch is the most easiest and accessible to people like usat our 60 s ).Never bothering about the clients and their difficulties your Tata ribbonwalk team sent me an email to make my due payment during the month of Nov .2014 for an amount of Rs.78112/=.After that one of your staff claim to have sent a courier for my payment towards the middle of Jan.2015 witch i never reached to my hands.When I clarified with your chennai Team they gave me a irresponsible reply of having sent a courier on a particular date witch I have not received and I didnt remain quiet instead of paying my official due amount.Instaed thay sent me emails to remit my due amount of Rs.78112 along with penalty of interest of Rs.9888/= .I was v. much shoked to see their mails and all my aspiration, ambition, transparency, genuinity, fairness and humanitarian groung has been totally lost by your Tatas ribbon walk Team.My Heart got broken and I never had my good sleep till the levy of penalty-For no fault of mine ( Iam v.readily having cash in my bank to make my due payment if reminded in-time.) But I felt alot for a heavy fine of Rs 9888/= foor the fault of your Team members who have behaved irresposibly and collected from me extra amount of Rs.9888/ towards as interest for their faults, the couriers fault ( who says has handedover the courier to a 15 years old non adult person ( Not knowing the importance of the v.imp.courier -has lost the letter of mine and has left to Dindigal) who is nursing student trainee, came for training for 5 to 6 months. and had left in no time having lost the letter and also without informing about the loss of letter ( Teen girl ).Suddenly after the expiry of my due date your Team sent me emails to remit the amount with penalty of interest of Rs.9888.On seeing the mail My heart got broken and all my hopes on TATAs got shattered.I requeasted with the team people to waive the interset amount but they took a firm stand of remitting the interest amount of Rs 9888/=witch is av.heavy amount on my part as retierd person, aged 62 and with little loss of memmory and with v. little knowledge of computer.Here after I will never look back any of Tatas offers ( building etc ) due to the v.shoking news of interest payment -inspite of having cash on hand with me but for the lack of reminders, co-operation for senior citizens like me witch the younger people are least bothered and they could not recognise our feelings and sparing our 30 years hard earned savings amount of Rs9888/ witch is v. heavy for me to spare easily in the name of interest.
