I have made all payments and inquired about when i can get possession. But to date i have had no response. I have started paying the maintenance payments and inquired with them as to why i should be paying them when i have not been informed as to why i am not getting the possession? I have lodged inquiries for the past month and i have not got any response from mr. Urvish shah on [protected] or spoorti desai. I would like to make a complaint to the management and the local police in regard to this matter. I request you to let your clients know that tata is only interested in selling but not handing over the property! Also could you assist me recommending a lawyer dealing in these matters as i would like to make a claim for my property and other damages in defrauding money from me.
