I booked a flat at tata serein last year and the total cost of the property is inr 1, 07, 38, 750/-. I paid a amount of inr 10, 49, 000/- lakhs by selling my own house. Due to sudden drop in my business i am facing lots of problem, financially and mentally. Looking at the future payments and in the way my business is running, it will be very difficult for me to pay the required balance amount to you. My son is also working but he only earns rs.22, 000/month out of which 60% goes to paying the rent of the house in which we are staying. When we approached at the thane sales office with my current situation for cancellation of flat in may, he told me that your 50% of the amount paid will be forfeited and offered me that you pay us rs.6.5 lakhs now and the rest when the whole project will get ready.
Looking at the loss of rs.5 lakhs which is huge for me, i agreed to their offer. And for paying rs.6.5 lakhs, my son applied for a loan of rs. 6 lakhs, but the bank said that we can only disburse the amount only after the registration is done. And when we contacted at sales office he said yes, you have to register the flat, which will cost you around 8-9 lakhs.
If i would have 8-9 lakhs why would have applied for a loan of rs. 6 lakhs. Looking at all the perspective, i won’t be able to make the further payments in future. My current situation is so worse that i am not getting any work since pandemic started.
But every-time they have replied that zero refund will be provided to you. This time they pointed an issue like we are paying workers look after them so we will not be able to refund any amount. Was this information helpful? |
