Tata Housing Development — poor construction quality and fake response - tata new haven bangalore

Hello team,

This is really frustrating and giving mental stress to us after booking amount with such a big amount to tata new haven (Peenya). Please see the below email written to tata

1. First email on jan 18th
This is regarding unit 350104 (Tata value homes new haven, bangalore) which we have booked in december. We thought of shifting little early so i have visited flat today to recheck status for completeness but it seems flat had multiple seepages in both rooms and bathroom was bit dirty.

We are extremely disappointed with the quality of construction and thinking if we have made the right choice to invest money on tata housing.

I am attaching proof for seepage which has been taken by us today during the visit, please see to it urgently.

2. Response on jan 29th from tata care
This is to inform that the rectification work from the above flat 35114 has been done and the same is under observation.

3. We have revisited in feb but unable to see flat due to key.

4. 7th march - we have revisited flat and no improvement on flat.

Dear tata care team,

We have revisited tata haven to see the flat today. We are not sure about what observations were you referring to when we received an email on date of email 29th jan 2020 "this is to inform that the rectification work from the above flat 35114 has been done and the same is under observation". We believed the email and hence visited today (7.3.2019) which is after more than a month.

Below is the situation of flat now —

Seepage issue still not resolved
Floor is broken
The door is faulty and needs to be replaced
Bathroom nob is broken
Master bedroom nob is also broken
There is a gap in bathroom tiles
Balcony door is not getting locked
Utility room has faulty wiring
There are many places where finishing is not done properly.
Master bedroom door has a cracks.

Please see the attached picture for reference and needs to be addressed asap. Although after seeing your prior lack of responsibility, we do not feel you take this matter seriously.in this situation, we have decided to cancel our purchase and we want a reply from your side and a full refund by next week.

Under no circumstances, we want to take possession of flat 35-104. So please don't engage us in a discussion or false promises about rectifying construction defects.

We have started paying emi for bank and need to cancel possession of flat 35-104 this as soon as possible. Please give us a call on +91-[protected] for more discussions or let us know if we need to knock the door for court on this.

Please consider this email on high priority.

5. We are still awaiting response on my cancellation and refund.
