Tata Housing Development — Project ADWITA at 117 B.T. Road, Kolkata

I booked a flat adwita, kolkata in March 15 and my proposed flat no is TRUPTI -08-C 3.
I have already paid around rs 12, 86, 667/- against booking and 1st demand note as per receipts sent to me.

As per last communication we had dated 06.10.15 and 18.12.15, I came to know that work in the project was stopped as the land is under litigation. I got news that land mutation is not completed . As per the letter dated10.02.2016 they informed us that we can apply for refund of our money and they will giv 7% interest if we wait till 31.01.2016.

Then i applied for cancellation on 27.03.2016 and refund my full amount with interest since date of payment because this is not my choice cancellation rather its forced cancellation .

Now whenever i ask for refund the amount, they are saying its under process and when it will be completed, i ll be informed.

We have high regards about company like TATA and can not expect such type of response .

Please resolve the matter urgently and make the refund as soon as possile.
