[Resolved] Tata Housing Development — Tata aveza - project not approved yet | |||||
ONLY reason we selected Tata housing project above other well -known builders is due to the trust we have with this brand and Fair practices they claim to follow Which is coming as another miserable sales story so please ensure all due diligence before making any booking with Tata Hosing. Recently we faced lot of inconvenience on our recent booking with Tata housing project – Aveza ( Mulund) which is almost leading to deal cancellation due to non-co-operation from Tata team. Details are as Follows : Booked on : 24 October 2015 ( Reference No : AVEZ1002665 ) Flat Number : WMDAP101000AF02505 Customer Identification No. : [protected]. Sale Rep : Neha Bhajoria CRM Rep : Nitin Survade Breach of Trust : Critical information such as Project is not yet fully approved not conveyed i.e. For the said flat which is on 25th floor does not have all the mandatory clearance and approvals. Since booking date till 19th December this key information was kept hidden from us in various communications with Sales Representative and CRM Executives. This also means Tata housing is claiming 20% of Purchase value even though required approvals are still not acquired and unfair on customer. We are constantly receiving misleading information about these approvals. Initially it was mentioned to us that the approvals will be sorted by Jan 2016 but subsequent communications revealed that approvals are not in sight for next 2-3 month and there is still no firm commitment from Tata housing on that. Inconvenience due to misleading information: Based on discussion with Sales Rep and CRM, it was advised that we can proceed with registration in January 2016 post 20% Payments are cleared. CRM also informed that We need to communicate to them about tentative registration 4-6 weeks in advance so that they can prepare required documents and make due arrangements. Around mid of December, seeing no further information about the registration fees, we followed up with CRM and only then it was revealed that registration is not possible due to pending approvals. This was very late to cancel our travel arrangements. Cost of overall Bookings is around 2-3 Lac INR. In spite of trying to reach via various channels Facebook, Company website, Mail, Phone, We received NO co-operation from CRM. Was this information helpful? | |||||
