    I ([protected]) submit already twice all documents & completed form in Tata indicom Office(Ultadanga,Kolkata). My phone is running for about 2.5 years.Further they want documents immediately otherwise connection will be discontinued. Why !

    I have also submitted the documents 2 times in 2 weeks in the last month.. but again my ph is disconnected.. I stay in kolkata, and have submitted the documents in ultadanga. My no. was 4yr old. this is really bad. their employees are also very bad. i am planning to switch to other connection...
    but i really want and explanation from tata why is this happening..

    TATA Indicom — document submission

    I came to pune on 3rd May and took Tata Indicom connection from Raj Communication in hinjewadi chowk. I gave him all the required doccuments and my connection was activated within 24hrs.
    After one week i was not able to make outgoing calls, spoke to customer care department and they said that your doccuments have not been submitted to us please do it to the tata indicom gallary. So i took half day off and submitted my doccuments in the tata indicom office in F.C road, Pune on 14/05/2011 and they informed me that it will be activated within 72hrs.
    Today is 18/05/2011 and i am still not able to make outgoing calls even i am not able to get incoming calls now.
    I have provided this number to all my clients, and because of Tata Indicom stupidity (sorry for the language) i am loosing business.
    I and a regular Tata indicom customer, i was using there service while in Delhi don't these people have any system on which they can check.
    I am really frustrated with Tata Indicom, Please help me I really need my connection to be on ASAP. I have already spend Rs. 900/-
    I would also like to add one more thing regarding the custumer service, it really sucks. Peaople working in Tata Indicom Customer Service center don't know any thing. they don't know how to speak to there customers, niether they have any knowledge.

      Im umesh from goa and my tata indicom 1x usb modem number is [protected] and my monthly plan is Rs 777/-PM and im getting only 5kbps speed.but the tata indicom stores told that it have a speed of 155kbps.my personal number is [protected].

      I am facing exactly same problem, the 1x Modem shows connected at 230.4 kbps however even to load google.com it takes a good 10 seconds. Earlier the Speed+ utility used to work however I understand that Tata Indicom has now discontinued that service.

      I have tried to use my modem at different places within my house as well as other parts of the city and all I see is no speed.

      I recently topped it up with Rs.250 and then for an extra Rs.94 upgraded to the 2.5GB free download. Yet same problem.

      the Tata Indicom call center support line just keeps transferring me from place to place and now I am stuck with this piece of crap.

      Can somebody from Tata Indicom please contact me and help me solve this problem ?? Or do a buy back with some other device ??

        TATA Indicom — unable to make & received calls

        I am unable to call on my aircel number ;[protected] i am getting Error :- this facility not avaibale on your phone I have Balance amt Rs.16.50/- & unable to received calls from any number Sample number :- [protected], [protected].
        Kindly Check & do the needful ASAP.

        My Alternate number is [protected]
        I am facinf Problem from last 20 days.
        Kindly Check & Resove this on Priority.

          I have been using tata indicom service for many years. Tomorrow i found that my outgoing service have been banned by your company although i have summited all the documents regarding it. when i went to the customer care office,hisar they didn't get the problem solve and also misbehave with me. Thats why its my hummble request u to get the problem soon as soon as u can.

            Hi,

            I have broadband connection from Tata Indicom called "Photon Plus" (Account number:[protected]. On 7th January, I found that internet has stopped working. I called to customer care and found out that bill for one month is due. They told once bill is paid it is reflected in system within 2 to 24 hours. I paid the bill online through citibank twice, but still the bill paid did not reflect in Tata indicom's system after 5 days . Again internet was disconnected on 12th January 2011. I followed up with the bank through which I paid my bill online and it confirmed that Tata indicom had accepted payment on 7th January itself. After following up with customer care thrice in one day, finally the systemis now reflecting the bill paid status. This has loosened my faith in Tata Photon plus as I consider it as a kind of cheating as if I would not have followed up myself, they would not have updated my bill paid status and later on would have charged late payment fees as well as disrupting internet connection.

              My tata indicom phone (walky) has for 2 year free rental plan, But now they have billed rupees 317 without any outgoing calls and usase after 4 months of taking 2 year free rental plan. After making a call to customer care they told me some add ons services was active so u got this bill. But till now I had never activated any add on service to my number.
              I will never use and recommend for any tata indicom phone connection. Its a bad provider and they are activating and charging for services which user even do not know.

                respected sir/madam,
                I am using your tata broadband 2.0 service in my house for the last 2 years and for past 3-4 months it has been giving me problems repeatedly causing me heavy losses professionally since i am into it sector and most of my international meetings and deals happen online. I am very sorry to inform and unfortunate that i have recommended this server to many of the it companies , friends and family and my problem here is not being taken into consideration inspite of lodging complaints frequently. i have been getting a very poor customer service and at once have been told that if i need i can swutch to some other server when it was least expected. i am writing this to a higher authority withn a hope and hope that my case will be looked into as soon as possible.

                    am in Pune and have registered for domain and booked for hosting, paid the full money on 25th Dec, 2010. The service is still not operational.

                    I called their customer care and they have me a complain number 13251290 on 29th Dec. Since then (9 days) I called 5 times to the customer care every time they say it is assigned and engineers are working on it 24x7. Is the quality of technical staff so low in Tata that they can not solve a customer complain for 9 days working 24x7 or Tata is just taking it's customers for a ride?
                    This seems to be very usual, I had exact same issue and when I inquired with friends and searched on net found a dozen people with the same complain in less than 10 minutes. Now I feel like a fool that I did not Google before paying to Tata.
                    You can try lacehost.com, they have instant activation. We currently using them for liveblitz.in

                      i am unable to connect with all std bsnl numbers sincs one month.
                      i registered a complaint under PTC[protected] about a week ago.
                      when i am calling to customer care then no body responding properly.
                      after one call i am unable to connect with customer care also.
                      when my call is transferred to senior persons they dont have time to respond to customers.
                      if tata indicom is so busy that no tgime for customer sufferings then we should drop this network and search for another comm company

                      BSNL/Tata Indicom — Connectivity

                      Calls From Bokaro BSNL Landline to Bangalore Tataindicom prepaid mobile are not going thru'.
                      " This facility is not available" Message is coming in English, Hindi & Kannada. BSNL Mobile to tataindicom bangalore is working.I have complained in Bokaro . They have informed that since message is coming in Kannada also problem must be in Karnataka. So I complained at BSNL Bangalore. Thye have forwarded the mail to Jharkhand BSNL saying that saying that this is Bokaro problem.
                      It is about month now, problem still is goin on.

                        I have applied for the combo offer of Tata Walky and Tata Photon vide Application Sl No MHROM 1868084 on 25 Dec 2010. I was told by the concerned person that I will I would get my modem and walky latest by 28 Dec 10. Today, i.e 29 Dec 10 I received a call from the particular person, through whom I was to get the Combo connection, that he would visit my place by 1700 hrs and install the software and hand me over the hardware. After that he never tried to contact me.

                        I hold the whole Tata Concern in very High esteem. These type of irresponsible acts are tarnishing the image of Tata. Is is a very negative advertisement. Now I request you to kindly refund my deposite of Rs 2600 along with my documents. If possible kindly stick to the time you give to the customers.

                        photon- TATA Indicom — non receipt of bill

                        Today I have received a phone call from one of the representative of TATA Indicom at 1800 hrs intimating that tomorrow i.e. 26.9.09 is a last day for payment of my bill which I have not paid so far. Infact I have not received any bill as such I asked him the details about the bill posted to me. He simply told that the bill was posted to me on 09th Sep. But after going deep, when I enquired, he replied that the bill is mailed to me. However he has thereafter taken my e mail address. What is it? Am I resposible for not paying the bill and pay delay charges?
                        TATA INDICOM POST PAID INTERNET SERVICE.
                        i am the customer of tataindicom postpaid internet connection .
                        the speed is very very slow and i gave complaint in through their customer service. but no use. they remind frequently to pay bill amount every month. but they never cosider the customers problems. 6 months before the speed was atleast 240 kbps. but now the speed is not even 5 kbps when we down.
                        please take action against the company.

                        Still 1 month I am not able to connect internet, I given complaint 2 more times and I have submitted documents in Bangalore as well as Hyderabad. Still in my life I have suffer with only and only one mobile services- TATA Indicome.
                        Please resolve my problem.
                        In this net work I have seen one big drawback than all other networks:

                        Is TATA Indicom really interested about Prepaid connections?

                            This is with reference to a billing dispute detailed as under.

                            I hold the Tata Indicom (post paid) no - [protected] for the last 3 years. My average billing has been Rs 2000 per month. Tata introduced a new Blackberry service and i was converted to the same on 1st Oct 2010 at tata gallery -nerul (e). I was not told of the horrors i would face, if i had known i would not have taken up the service.

                            After using the blackberry services for 4days, I was informed on sms that my credit limit of Rs.9600/- has been overused and to continue services make an interim payment. I visited the TATA gallery to clarify the issue and requested them to provide the reasonable reply for the high bill. In sipte of this, my connection was not blocked and TATA continue to charge me for the same. In fact to my horror the bill has climbed to a whopping Rs 19000 in 4 hours.

                            Once i asked for the Blackberry service to be discontinued i still got charged Rs 28000 i.e a Rs 9000 extra after asking for a service disconnection.

                            I have received a itemised bill, which does not help me in understanding how the bill was has reached to this level. In fact the tata telecom recovery personnel are visiting my house and harassing for the due bill amount. This has caused a major inconvenience to me and my family.

                            I would not have expected this unprofessional behavior from an organisation like TATA. I would request you to please intervene into this matter and revert within 4 days or else I will have to take this case to consumer court and escalate it to higher authority.

                            I'm having problem with your USB MODEM and bill right from the beginning.My USB MODEM No. is [protected].I got it started on 31st January 2009 with Unlimited Surfing Plan 1099 free for two months.My speed of surfing was too slow(always less than 8KB).I went to Tata indicom retail outlet FREEZONE at Boring Canal Road, Patna, Bihar and they took out my sim from modem and inserted it into a CDMA phone to call 121 and talk to customer care to improve the surfing speed.I did what was informed to increase the speed and speed increased to 30KB.They also informed me that 1099 plan was supposed to be changed to 799 and my plan after two month will automatically shift to 799 Unlimited offer. In this context I wrote a mail to Tata Indicom customer care(record of which may be with them for this number).They replied, there is no such information about new 799 Unlimited Plan.
                            Next Month I got Bill for Re 2 for using SMS Service which I paid.Again Next month I got Bill of some Rs.563 for which I raised complaint (as i was in free period) and it was resolved but my connection was disrupted for 3- 4days for no fault of mine.The reason for my bill of 563 was that my sim was taken out from modem and so bundle offer was disrupted………Why was I not informed about the bundle offer and why Tata Indicom outlet owners were unawared of the offer………anyway my connection started after 4 days but in next bill generared on 25th April this 563 was again added and all together the bill was 1800( approx). I called your customer care and call came from TataIndicom customer care no.[protected] that Re 563 has been waived and I had to pay 799 as I was not informed about the change of plan. I paid 799 rs on 13th May as advised by Tata Indicom customer care people.Then one day a guy from tata indicom came to collect 1800 rs which I refused and scolded the personnel for harrashment……….now my connection is again disrupted for not paying Rs. 465.
                            My query is why will I pay 1099 for a scheme for which all new customers are paying 799!!!why I was not informed by sms, mail, phone about the new offer!!! Where is my compensatation for the 6-7 days disruption of my service plus 5 days of free period as last bill duration was from 25th March to 24th April.(My 2 month free subscription was till 30th March).I don’t have any problem in paying mere 400 rs but my ethics doesn’t allow me to do so.
                            So if this 465 is waivered and 799 scheme is implemented then I will continue with this connection or else I will pay for the usage for the month of April after deducting my Rs 200 as security refund……..
                            I’m fed up with Tata Indicom service.

On 2/11/2010 I had given complainted about the service not available at vengurla On 3 rd november sim has to be replace was told the solution for the problem by answer of customer care, which will be done free of charge at service centre.
                                    Today i visited the dadar Tata service centre. They are asked for Rs.100 cost. When i told to him that customer care told it is free of cost, still he has not given me free sim replacement and told me that he has put request to higher authority for permission to given free and he has ask me to come tommorow 25/12/2010.

                                    anything can be done in this matter and guide me the same.

                                        With reference to the above subject & the respective attachment we would like to inform you that we have returned our TATA INDICOM WALKY Handset on 28th April '2010.

                                        During handing over of the handset we have intimated that the refundable amount cheque shall be sent to the residential address of the applicant within three months time.

                                        While we have visited TATA indicom office at salt lake office on 05th Aug '2010 the cheque was not ready & tata indicom representative has asked for one more month & ensured couriering the cheque to the residential address before 28th of August that is by 4 months from the date of handing over of the set.

                                        Now already 8 months (Almost 230 days) has been completed since we handed over the set.

                                        I surrendered my tata walky landline 5 months back and the instrument was taken back by tata tele services ltd. at 2-A Old Ishwar nagar, main mathura road new delhi on 24/7/08. My account no. was[protected] and ph no. [protected]. I have cleared all my bills and all the legal formalities. Since then nearly 3months have passed and I have not got my security deposit of Rs 1000. I have registered my complaint many times but till now no action has been taken.
                                        I hope I will get my dues back.
                                        I surrendered my TATA Indicom Walky No.LG LSP 350T on[protected]. Five months are over, and till date I did not receive the security deposit money. One of my friends, Dr. Santanu Chatterjee is also facing the similar problem. I would like to know the reason for which TATA Indicom authority is not refunding the security deposits!

                                        TATA TeleServices — Instrument not working since three months

                                        Tata Wireless phone No. 65053672 not working for three months complaint lodged on 29th may 2010 and have been following the same with them regularly and their response is that they dont have a handset to replace at the moment.I find that hard to believe,but thats besides the point.The fact is that inspite of repeated reminders there has been no positive response from them and they have not bothered to send anybody to solve the problem not even a technician to see what coukld be the problem.
                                        I would like to know what course of action I can take to solve the issue.
                                        Tata Indicom provides very poor service
                                        Who has told you that the problem has been resolved.

                                        Please do call me & inform the truth.

                                        Please resolve & arrange to refund the amount along with the interrest of 1 year immediately.
