I had purchased tata walky fixed wireless prepaid phone no. [protected] from tata telesevices limited on 2009. Almost 7 year has been past. During this long period, now my instrument is out of order.in this connection i have approached many times in tataindicom showrooms to change my instrument. But the showroom men say that company has been closed prepaid scheme, you can convert your number into postpaid otherwise no other option is left. But my walky no. Is too old, so neither i want to convert my walky umber. Into postpaid nor disconnect it. The company received payment of rs.1000/= (One thousand) towards security deposit. Please help me.

    I had purchased Tata Walky fixed wireless prepaid phone no. 65864649 and been using for many years. For a long period of time my instrument is not working properly on lifting Hand set it gets disconnected. I works fine with speaker. In this connection I have approached Tata indicom showrooms many times to change my instrument. But the showroom men say that company has closed prepaid scheme, you can convert your number into postpaid otherwise no other option is left. Same reply was given by Tata personal at its customercare office at N-44 cannaught Place, New Delhi - 110001. I find it difficult to find its battery as well.
    But my Walky No. is quite old. Neither do I want to convert my Walky number into postpaid nor do I want to disconnect it.
    Where should I go? Please help me.

      I am having my domain since 10 years with tataindicom, domain is valid till 2024, under my domain i am using my primary business mail account, which is deactivated without any notice and trying to resolve the situation since last week, nobody bother to resolve. I am having critical issues to face as this is my primary account. Hope somebody is reading from tata and willing to atleast get back to me without false commitment.

            I have tata indicom walky having number[protected], which is showing symbol of searching from last two months, due to which i m not able to call or nor reciving any call from last 2 months . the company is issuing /genrating bill continously for the phone set which is like waste box for me. i have not recived any call or not able to call from my walky so for which thing i wiil pay bill .
            i will not pay any bill for that period for which my phone is not working due to no network
            so it requested to u set right the subject cited complain & convey me that after attending the complaints . so i can use my phone
            i will only pay bill after set right of my complaint from the date which complaint is attended, so period for which my phone is not working i will not pay any bill

            look into matter or reply me if your company is not in position to attend the fault permanently so i can shift to any other company connection

              Hello sir/madam,

              I am using tata indicom post paid service ([protected]) since last 2 years in delhi. Recently i moved to bangalore and there i found that i cannot change the circle from delhi to bangalore and other then that they don't have any plan also in which i can change my plan to only roaming plan so that my base charge of 360 wont be deducted without any use.
              Every month i am paying extra amount in name of base package for no reason and that to i have to go for extra roaming pack costing me 79 plus all outgoing charges in roaming rate.
              I got a bill of 1, 362.00 rupeefor the month of june.
              I went to tata indicom outlet regarding my issue and they said noting can be done as they are stopping service in bangalore and they stopped serving now.
              From last two month, my connection is barred and i am not using it still they are adding the monthly rental to my account.
              To one of the customer care call, i stated my concern and he given a waiver of rs 250 so i paint 1000 as bill pay amount. Next month i came to know that there were no waiver and he just given false promise so that i can pay the due amount.
              Tried many times to connect with customer care but their ivr is worst, every time i have to wait and it gets disconnect after some time automatically.
              I felt totally frustrated and not they keep on calling me regarding my due.
              Got mentally harassed with tata indicom service.
              Kindly file a complaint regarding same.

              As per the telephonic conversation with our team, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that we have initiated your concern and found that billing has been done as per the usage made and selected bill plan. No billing discrepancy has been found. Further, we would like to inform you that your cancellation request has been registered with the docket number[protected] raised on 30-AUG-2016. We request you to make a note of this docket number for your future correspondence. Please find cancellation process for the account below: 1. Outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration. 2. Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. 3. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 1327/-. 4. The number will get permanently disconnected within 16 days. 5. Your billing cycle is 11th of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection which will be payable. Upon verifying our records we found that the services of the connection are temporarily suspended from 28-JUL-2016. Kindly note that, monthly rentals will be charged when the number is in Active/Outgoing Barring state. However, you will get discounts on rentals when the number is in Temporary Suspension state.

              Hi,

              The is not relevant as TATA indicom stoping service in Bangalore and they dont have provision to change the circle then why should I have to bear the cost. The company has to compensate what losses I incurred due no service support of TATA Indicom post paid customer.

                श्रीमान मेरे द्वारा लिखी गई शिकायत आज 25/8/16 को आपकी कंपनी द्वारा [protected] नंबर से मुझे कॉल आया और मुझे 157 रुपए के रिचार्ज के लिए बताया इसमें में छह माह की वैध्यता मिलेगी मेरे द्वारा रिचार्ज करवाने पर रिचार्ज नहीं हुआ और नोट एप्लीकेबल नंबर बताया समयावधि निकल गई और मेरे 1000 मिनट लैप्स हो गए क्या आपकी कंपनी रिचार्ज होने पर मेरा नुकसान भरपाई करेगी . मैं एक ग्रामीण आदमी हूं कंपनी द्वारा बताई गई वेबसाइट नहीं देख सकता कंपनी कंपनी मेरे नुकसान की भरपाई करें और मेरे कोइनबॉक्स को तुरंत रिचार्ज करें जिससे मुझे अग्रिम कार्यवाही ना करनी पड़े Dhanyavad

                  Respected Sir/ Madam,
                  Subj: Discriminatory Malpractices at Tata Indicomm- Malviya Nagar
                  I, AbhishekJain, a resident in Mehrauli area had applied for a MNP (Mobile Number Portability) from Reliance carrier to TataIndicomm - CDMA.
                  As per mandated by the Company I submitted
                  1) – Proof Of ID (license). 2)- Address Proof – Rent Lease Agreement.

                  The employee there, one Mr.Arshad, phone[protected] /[protected] as he claimed also as owner of the franchisee at D82- Malviya Nagar Main Market, had accepted all my documents on 10th, without any proof of Receipt, for a sum of INR 50 & provided a unsealed Sim Kit bearing # RSN[protected]

                  He later denied the processing on the ground that Iam an outstation subscriber & need to further submit a “LOCAL REFERENCE, Contact, Address”. On further probing the thoroughly unprofessional staff claims its TRAI requirement mandated, were in, no Authorized Proof was displayed as Notification in the premises. Besides this even the TATA INDICOM website doesn’t mention nor mandate any TRAI requirement for Local Reference when necessary documents are already provided as per Law.

                  There has been constant harassment from an incompetent staff who instead of reconciling took upon him to illegally humiliate me & treat me discriminatorily akin to a Criminal or a Terrorist. The constitution itself doesn’t allow this. This has hindered my day to day life in many areas where Simple functioning has been hindered my Right to Life in various cases by many such dubious activities. This time around I had to register a Formal Complaint & therefore called 100 at IST 4.24pm on 18 August. The PCR immediately reverted that it’ll report at the address of TATA INDICOM store. Neither the Police turned up nor did they revert until I called them repeatedly till 9pm after constant wait.

                  The Store manager or someone wearing a Turban meanwhile posed as the Boss to the Staff Mr. Arshad & asked me to vacate the premises & subtly harassed me & implicating me wrongly as the harasser or trouble maker. By then he even offered to make a “Special arrangement” to talk to senior TATA employee & have my application approved.

                  This is thoroughly unprofessional & much taken for granted of my time & right to dignity. The police besides not reporting offered me to comply with same as everyone does submit local reference, another violation of constitutional rights, by asking me to comply with the harassment tactics developed by these staffers in nexus of something which is not mandated by TRAI as claimed.

                  At around 9 pm police officer, Mr. Vineeth Kumar suggested over the Phone that I register a written complaint at the station & also lodge a consumer complaint.
                  Please do not treat this lightly as this seems a prevalent practice done in nexus with various agents for reasons best known to them. Anticipating appropriate redressal with compensation.

                      I am completely disappoint services of tata indicom as instead of my several request regarding conversion of my postpay number ([protected]) to prepay i am still waiting for its conversion.

                      I have visited tata store on 8th aug 16 for the same and and did all required formalities and got transfer request[protected] after waiting one week i have called customer care and they suggested to visit store again henceforth i had visited tata store (Laxmi nagar) again on 13th aug 2016 and again got complaint request[protected] and assurance that it would be done till 15th aug.

                      Once not find converted i have called again tata customer care and as usual they have given assurance to done it till 17th aug-16 and given complaint no.[protected].

                      Now yesterday 17th also passed and still i am waiting for the same.

                      As i am to use this no. But i am afraid to use this as it further incur bill for the same and you tata will/may ask again for one month rental.

                      Please request to help to close this issue.

                      As per the telephonic conversation with our team, we would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your number was disconnected permanently from Tata Docomo postpaid network on 19-AUG-16 due to Migration to Prepaid. Further, we request you to dial 59059 for tele verification. If verification is negative then you have 2 more attempts for positive verification. Post activation, FRC (first time recharge) is mandatory. First time recharge has to be done through retailer or Tata Docomo outlet.

                          Main Tarun Kumar mujhe tata indicom wale call karke bol rahe hai apna outstanding bill pay karo maine last bill pay kiya tha tab maine unko bola mera no. band kar do unhone kaha apka no. band h bus aap bill pay kar do maine 495 ka bill pay kar diya uske baad maine wo sim phenk di ab unka 4 month baad call aa raha h bol rahe h aapne 4 month se bill pay nahi kiya bill pay karo or mujhe court me complaint dalne ki dhamki de rahe h jabki us no ko maine use bhi nhi kiya 4 month se na hi incoming or na hi outgoing chehe to aap bhi check karwa sakte ho unse maine unko bola to wo bole aapka no. chalu h aapko bill pay karna hoga ab aap hi batao main kya karu jo no. maine 4 month se use nhi kiya uska bill m kyon pay karu.

                          I have a tata docomo connection from last 1 year, and my issue is dnd activated automatically, and it will take 3 month for deactivation.

                          When i ask customer care personal to solve my problem, they don't have any solution regarding these issues.

                            Tata indicom — required me a duplicate bill

                            I am u r customer i was using a tata indicom (Walky) postpaid for long time before but i did 'nt recived any type of bill. But know u have send me a notice that u have not paid the bill. So i request u to send me a clear bill of all type of out going call and details for u r help.

                                My self salauddin & my tata number is [protected] is deactivate. I want activate but according to tata tele services this number is no activate.
                                I went go home for critical position... So i not paid tata bill... Then tata indicom number is deactivate on month of october 2015. Properly touch customer care i return on march 2016 & paid totally pending bill of your tata store sector 18 noida & commitement through tata store employee, this no [protected] activate tomorrow. But number not activate tomorrow. Then after went to tata store sector 18 noida... Came reply your number go to airtel company... Think how can possible go to airtel company. Then after go to airtel company... Reply throgh airtel.. Not possible... You can go tata indicom. Then aftter go tata store,,, re-reply your number go airtel company... I tired tata indicom service...
                                Today call 2 time your tata customer care (1) ms shalini.. Request call transer ur senior not transfer call 2nd time tata customer care then transfer senior person mr gurmeet... But not any solution.. Tata customer care & tata store... I want this no.[protected]... What process for get this number...

                                    I am from central government sector, i recevied a phone call from the number [protected]. It seems that that is from your service.

                                    They are misusing your service, and i found they are using for wrong propose like cheating and using bad words and wrong communication. And more over it is not showing any id proof also. So kindly block that number and forward it to cyber crime also.

                                      In reference to the Tata Indicom number[protected] I have emailed customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in 19 times the first email was sent on Thursday 2/04/2016
                                      because they have suspended my number because of the payment which they claimed has not been paid I have attached in the mail that I already paid it and my bank made a charge of
                                      RS 672.00 and the transaction id was [protected].

                                      I use their website to pay this bill https://billpay.tatadocomo.com/BillPayPortal/walky also, After several email their payment department called every day to pay this bill and every time I said that I already paid than they disconnected my number without any notice when I raise the complaint again they have started my number for two days and added another bill to the old bill and the phone was not used.

                                      I have all the emails I sent them and I have all there emails quoting there reference number now they have disconnected my number and I have left with that base phone with no connection, I purchased this number for my outside clients who can give me call, due to the disconnection without the information, I have been lost many of my orders and deals it is just 6 months old device.

                                      Kindly advise the best I can do to get these things on track.

                                        I am using tata number = [protected]

                                        This card belongs to pune region. I got a huge number of bill from company saying that roaming charges has applied.

                                        When i entered mumbai ; i didn't received any notification from tata sim regarding roaming area and charges for call rates in roaming. Like idea or vodafone sends roaming notification while travelling.
                                        So, i didn't consider it as a roaming.
                                        Secondly, after this all, i asked customer care for roaming pack rate cutter but they told they don't have such pack for roaming outgoing.

                                        Now company has blocked my outgoing on this sim card
                                        This is a ridiculous customer service from tata ; which i was not expecting.
                                        I decided to change my operator.

                                        I expect a call and proper apologise from company and reduction in bill for adding roaming charges without notifying anything. That's it.
