We would like to inform you that you have been charged an amount of Rs.3.10/- usage of (120KB) for browsing as you have latched with Vodafone network and while you are under roaming from dated[protected]:52PM to[protected]:35PM, hence you have been charged from main balance at base tariff (10p/10KB). I request you to check with the attachment.
We request you to select the network manually as Tata Docomo in roaming, so that you will be charged from your data balance for browsing of internet. Hence, you will be charged for data usage if the selected network operator is other than Tata Docomo and the charges will be at 10P/10KB. We regret to inform you that once the pack is activated and the benefits are provided, the same cannot be deactivated neither refunded nor converted to other offer/number as the recharge was done from your end. We request you to make a note of the same.
