[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Termination of the account with customers consent, then why they take installation charges if they cant even keep an account in their system | |||
Hi All, This is just to inform everyone that how TATA is not at all concerned about their customer and how they do not value their customers who are there with them since 5 years. I had an account with TATA vsnl broadband ([protected]@vsnl.net) since 5years and i have been using it regularly however due to renovation and reconstruction of my house i was not able to use the account or recharge it as i knew i will not be able to use it till the renovation is completed. In the mean while i got a call and a letter from Tata informing about the change in companies account that TATA vsnl is taken over by TATA docomo and they want my documents for an update however in spite of me calling the customer service thrice no one from TATA came to my place to collect documents then after a serious call to them after waiting for like 50 days they took an initiative and sent someone to my place and collected the documents now this whole procedure more over my house renovation got completed few days back and i tried to recharge the account online so that i can start using it again, now when i tried logging into my account i couldn't, it was showing that my customer id is not valid. I call customer service for the same and also to know the procedure to recharge and i spoke to Ashish from customer service and he informs me that my account has been terminated because it was suspended from last two months and when i said that i had a reason for suspension( home renovation ) he said they can't help it because they suddenly have this policy to terminate the account if it is suspended from two months. The only reason i am agitated is because i know that tata has been good with its services and i have had no issues with them but this is really not acceptable that tata vsnl terminate my account without my consent without even informing me this is unprofessional, i have not received a single letter or any mail that they will terminate the account and very importantly its an prepaid account why would i recharge it if i know i will not be able to use the account. This is something that brings TATA to a very unprofessional state cause i have paid money when i activated this account and i know that at-least with that installation charges i have a right to keep my account at-least listed in tata communication system, how can tata just terminate my account without informing me this just proves that tata is not at all reliable with their services and i will seriously think about removing all other tata services from my home and also will recommend others not to take tata services of any kind. I also have the same problem when the tata indicom got shifted to tata docomo... Till today after several calls and email.. no one came to collect the document.. Just to add more to my wound my Internet is having issues... I am not able to connect to Internet from 11th July 2014 and I have raised a complain # 16135658.. But no one seems to be helping and using all abusive language and providing false information.. I have made close to 100 calls and waited more than days together.
They are still not sure why I am not able to connect, which is really bad.
