I never seen such treatment where we are treating cancer patient calling them for opration and the same day doctor says that we might not so this opration tomorrow since alot of paitent are there who's opration is postponed and most pathetic statment given by your doctor which I never heard from any doctor in my enitre life that aap karlo admit kal dekhte hai hoga ki nahi nahi toh sidha next week karenge. Aur ek hi baar postpone hota hai haam 2 baar postpone nahi karte .

What kind of treatment you are giving to Cancer patients who is already gone through 4 chimos and going to face her major or critical opration in her life..when paitent had made her mind that i am going to get operated today and this was decided a week back also reconfirmed two days back that today is opration then on whats kind of mental troma your doctors are giving to one cancer patient and i can see that this happens regularly in tata as per fee paitent around us has expressed there experience.

After keeping my paitent on fast this doctor from Kharghar said to nurse to inform us that today's opration is cancelled and it will be done in next week Tuesday.. the nurse has expressed this infront of the paitent and she brokedown.. I mean it take guts to get prepared for such opration that to first time and what we are casually getting as a answer that doctors existing opration may get delay due to last minute concern and hence they postponed future opration and I am wondering do you guys work on forecasting?? You only put so many paitent on hold and suddenly release them because it is not happening from your end .

If you guys are running an hospital then should its responsibilities accordingly to it. If you can’t running it out then better you can stop it. Bloody hells. Who are attenders to take decisions over here. I’m also a doctor only. Don’t try wasting the doctors values also.

It's been more than 4years my father treatment is going on OPD basis. He is not well no improvement and the doctors are more worst and egoistic and don't have a minute to talk to the patient. No communication properly among doctors and they don't care about patient at all. Every time doctor changes in OPD and they don't have any knowledge of disease property. No senior doctors are available. All are interns every time they knows nothing.

Please treatment start... January 20 OPD start...aj tok treatment start nahi hu... please quick treatment

My file no is CV/41540. My Sister admitted in hospital who was suffering from CA Ovarian. Firstly they don't attend the patient having serve pain. Dr. Aishwarya who is so rude and arrogant that she think is GOD. She shout on all patients and rudely said to my sister that TUMHARA KUCH NAHI HO SAKTA, TUMKO CANCER HAI, HUM LOG KUCH NAHI KAR SAKTE, BHAGWAN HI BACHAYEGA TUMHE. She shout on each and every patients. Patients will go in depression and because of depression many couldn't survive. Same happened to my sister, she died.
From that day I had done many complaints to Director of TATA HOSPITAL Dr. Badwera. But he is so busy that he didn't reply any of complaint nor taken any action.
In the name of cancer Doctors do black marketing of medicine. All are involved in it. I want justice, I want Dr. Aishwarya's medical degree should be cancelled and don't allow her to practice any more.
And Black marketing should stop.

I will start narrating a day (30th jan). I reached tata by 8.15 as i had an appointment for pet ct but bcz of person who had made an error putting an appointment for 30th dec, instead of 30th jan online, caused a lot of inconvenience
Rectifying it for an hour then waited till 5 for the number. After the pet ct was done at pet ct 2 we waited for 30min and started our journey back home... after 1 and half hour i get a call from pet ct 2 department asking where are we which made me question why? I got an answer that the scan is not clear and they needed to do more scan to get things clear but as i mentioned i am at kandivali i was told that its not a big issue and we can get it cleared in next scan. I mean really? Really is this a approach of health professional. Is this the value for some1ns life? There are few reasons for which patient is normally asked to wait and keep iv on for min 30min so that simultaneously scans could be crosscheck. As we know its not possible to get scan later for 3 months. Then why was my dads iv waa removed immediately after scan why was the scan not check for that 30min we waited. Why the protocols where not followed bcz today bcz of staffs carelessness my dad is going to stuffer not them. He is the 1n battling dead not them. How such careless approach can be acceptable? I have a strong trust and respect for tata hospital i really dont want that to be a mith. I request a strong action on this immediately if not i will really have to escalate the issue and stand for myself. I hope that extreme is not touched and i am connect from your side for the same

I was in tata memorial hospital for treatment. After 4 month of treatment they discussed about my case and discharge me . They tolde i have only 6 month life. On that time to now time i lived everyday so badly. Now some difficult come to my body so i take treatment in chennai apollo proton center. Because i scared to go again in tata memorial hospital. In tata i lose my money.time. now i dont have enough money for treatment. Now i think to file a case against the hospital. Now give me a solution. Otherwise i will make case.

Lady security guard behaviour with patient and relatives Is very worst.
My mother cannot walk is really unconscious latrine and urine she is doing in bed only that's why we have wear the diaper to patient.
Just I was changing the diaper of my mother the security guard came and told get out and leave the patient alone. Here body not stable sobshe can't stand or walk also .
Security guard is telling me that keep in private and do what you want to do this pathetic behaviour of security guard.
Nobody is there in my family aspect my mom who can take care of here.
This my humble request to the management to take the concern on priority base need the solution on this.

The treatment at Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai is perfect. The doctors are right but there is no seating arrangement for the attendants.

Regretfully this is to inform you that I am under treatment of suspected breast cancer in your esteemed hospital vide my treatment case no mentioned as above. Under the advised by the concerned doctor I underwent a MRI test on 21/11/2022. I was told that the MRI report shall be send online to me within a period of 3-4 days. I hailed from a very long distance place Bokaro (Jharkhand) and staying here in a lodge with various difficulties and problems as well as huge financial expenses.
Even after expiry of 19 days neither the MRI report is send to me online nor any exact reply is given to me by the hospital. I m approaching the concerned staff on daily basis for my report and getting the reply that due to some mistake in hospital the report could not be uploaded online and it will be send shortly. But it is not yet uploaded. Due to not getting the report the line of treatment by the doctor is still pending and I m facing a lot of trouble and problems.
Therefore it is humbly requested to kindly look into the matter and be kind enough to solve my problem and so that my treatment may be started.

I have been constantly trying to contact the concerned person of Pathology Department Annex Bldg. 8th Floor, Filling Section Phone No.[protected] Ext 4386 but the concerned person is not responding at all.
I have personally visited thrice to collect block but I was informed to contact him on above number before visiting the Department and when I call the above number, no one responds.

I have been trying to contact Tata Memorial Hospital department of pathology, Annex Bldg. 8th Floor Filling Section Phone No.[protected] Ext. 4386 but the concerned person is not attending or answering any calls. I have personally visited the department thrice to collect the box but I was told to contact the concerned person on above number but he is not responding or answering the calls.

From last week we are daily coming paitient is fasting for biopsy since morning 7 am. And they are taking the patient for biopsy at 9 pm which is very bad after that they have instructed Dr vaishali has instructed for pigtail to. Drain water. We done that also..now they ask us to visit in Tuesday we visited but they said come on Wednesday now today we came in th morning and now they are saying to come inthe evening ...our paitient is having severe pain due to that pig tail the. Also .they are not looking at them...this thirdclass service u r providing... every time we come there is a issue in the machine

At a time refund amt receiving, and after spend whole day with lots of tests n very much pressure of reports the person who sitted at counter no. 130 named Mr. Anil Sakpal keep waiting to patient relative more than 10 minute's while he talking on personal call with her girl friend ( talk like very funny n lots of gossiping ) n than argue very abusely with me even call the concern doctor n give false statement about us after that saying " abhi tumko barabar rakhada unga" n give damki ki refund meri sign bina nahi dunga bilkul "

I requests you tata committee please take nessary action against him immediately because after that i told him, " i will give complaint agst you to concern department" than also he said " go go n remember my Couter nos. Also 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, mera koi kuch nahi begadega "

Please remove or suspend him sir becouse that place is where alll patients relatives are in cery much tensions n all and such type of people getting them More irrited

I have done a usg recommended by the tata medical doctor. When I went with the report the doc was gone. Her fellow said the doctors would reply back via mail about your report, you don't have to come back. Just write a mail to this id. But the id the fellow doctor gave was showing invaild. I have written uncountable emails to tata medical info customer service about this. They sent me irrelevant mails that have nothing to do with my concern. They don't read the mails before replying back. The contact number given to contact tata medica never works. Nobody picks call.. Please solve my issue.

My mother patient id CV25809, has been admitted in Tata. Its been more than three weeks she is not well no improvement and the doctors are more worst and egoistic and don't have a minute to talk to the patient. Myself ashok sarkar. CS/40449. I have metastic adecocarcinoma. From last one and half months different investigation are done where all things are right for the chemo. I have to take chemo asap. But they found tb everyone has tb. Where they provide medicine due to which liver function got affected and the day before the chemo it was cancekled only because of that tb treatment. I have came here for cancer treatment not tb treatment. They did wrong treatment everytime chest opd. My all investigation are and chemo gonna start but due to their tb medicine some liver function got affected. Now they stopped the medicine and give medicines for recovery. Whats the point of giving that medicine when its not neccessary at all. And my chemo date got late. Is this way of treating cancer patients? Plz give me a solution as you are one of the leading hospital now.

My patient is admitted in this hospital.they can't show any type of response about my patient.they behave like a arrogant and careless hospital.even they can't talk to is in good manner.

Hbch dispensary only 1 person is to deal with many patients so there is a lot of delay in taking medicine some time no one is there so have to wait for hours nursing staff of hospital is so rude cant imagine
