Tata Memorial Hospital Complaints & Reviews

My number has automatically been registered to Tata memorial account and a smart card has been issued on it. I don't know who did it and why. I just want my number to be removed and i called number of times in TMC for help but they are just transferring my calls from this department to this department....

I lost my father on 10th March 2022 due to high negligence of doctors of IR and nurses of semiprivate ward B. I really want justice as that fateful night no one from IR or nurses were helping us apart from continuous seeking help.

Railway referred us to TMH for further chemo treatment, patient last chemo was on 31st december 2021 and referred to TMH

But Doctor sujay srinivas and doctor Sushmita rath delayed chemo treatment by 4 months by suggesting all test like 2d echo, cbc, RFT, KFT, muga scan, cardiologist opinion, thrombosis opinion. 2d echo report was not good they told but then also cardiologist said chemo cannot be stop they must have go on....

My father was admitted in semi private ward B in TMH from 3rd to 10th March 2022. On night of 9th March 2022, he complained about stomach ache after vomitting continuously but no nurses on duty was ready to see him or call doctor. We literally juggled calling a doctor and requesting each nurse there to help my father but they didn't respond us.

They were very rude and we felt helpless at each level. Doctors from IR also arrived...

As i dignosed Right breast CA grade III in age of 32 in Septeber 2019, while completing treatement there appeared cyst in right ovary, its size increased in every next USG report which we done in Ruby hall and Jehangir at Pune, But for reliable report we done next Abdo USG report in Tata on 14-02-22, But when i checked report online today, it seeen that the report is very short and doesnt include sizes of ovary/kidney/cysts....

We have been told to undergo surgery on 12 feb 2022 at tata memorial hospital Kharghar branch, and they told us to come on 11th feb to admit patient in evening but after evening they told us we will not admit you as we have no beds available so we have to stay in their hostel because no option remaining, then in morning they are saying same thing keeps us waiting for the same reason...

C/s30776.My father was being treated in gi oncology by doctor otswal where he suggested for radiation. We went for radiation and it was done for five days. As we were told by doctor kavita to visit the OPD on the last day after radiation so did we. when we went inside there was some senior doctor who on seeing the scan started scolding dr kavita about the wrong planning of radiation. He just went away. I asked dr kavita about what had happened...

I am visiting Tata Memorial Hospital for more than six months now, and I am now very sad while writing this complain, because myself being grown up in a family where my father worked for Tata Group.

I do understand the mass visiting Tata Memorial Hospital for a treatment and hence it becomes difficult to handle such large number of patients. But still the doctors who are practicing in TMH are not at all bothered about time...

My case no. Is TC/03706. My cancer stage is critical but the teleconsultation is being done by assistants. I paid the fees to get teleconsultation from a senior cancer surgeon or specialist. The advise they are giving can be given by a medical representative. I don't find any substance or value in the process of teleconsultation. Plz refund my fees if possible. Very much disappointed with the quality of teleconsultation....

I am not satisfied with the teleconsultation process. Only assistant doctors are giving consultation. I have not even heard the name of these doctors in tata memorial hospital cancer specialist team. I came TMH mumbai parel Branch for treatment of my mother's breast cancer.
Her case id is CU/22501.
She had CT scan on 26th sep 2021 at 1 AM.
But it's been more than 5 days her report is not come. When I asked CT scan department the patient record itself is missing from their system.
Due to this treatment is not started.
They are not giving any answers only delaying....
