My father taking radiation in tata memorial hospital and in 15 days 1 2 days are there when machine is not working. From lat two days novalist machine is not working how could it be possible in such a big hospital. And if we go mannualy and ask for machine status they get angry and told to ask by phone only why it is so, and on phone first they ask patient name then will ans about machine status on or off....

But the operator at the extension 4272 just picks the call and then cuts it.Without addressing my grievance.Request you to please help.
