Dear Sir,
I, Virinder Kumar Bajaj aged 77 years, got registered today for my treatment at Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital (Tata Memorial Centre) at Sangrur and assigned the case file No. SG/03472. The smart card issued was credited with Rs. 2500/- vide trans no. SH014946.
I underwent CBC test for which Rs. 1600/- was debited vide trans no. MA587363 and the balance was shown as Rs. 800/-. I was advised by the Lab officials to get...

Hi, my mother has breast cancer since 2012 and we are coming I Tata memorial hospital since 2016. I must say you guys provide the best services in India but here is the twist my mother's case is already in case study every time we visit same problem occurs that whenever we visit breast OPD senior doctors are not there.so we have to wait outside for ulimited time. the issue is not waiting time problem is you know there were some critical patients in every department please schedule there appointments with senior doctors only why to waste yours and ours time. You guys have board meeting every week. I hope you guys understand or what I wanted to convey.

    Hi Team,
    Patient case number is KD/03114. Yesterday I had very bad experience with the pharmacy staff in the Mahamana Madan Mohan Malviya Cancer hospital, Varanasi. I was taking the medicine from the pharmacy and the girl who was giving the medicine was on the call with someone, she got confused with the medicine given so I just said you should first see the medicine what you are giving. She got angry and took all the medicine given to me after that she closed that counter itself due to that I had to shift to other counter and chemo got postponed to next day as I got late due to the same reason.
    How could anyone be so insensitive in the hospital which does the treatment of Cancer.This kind of attitude to those people whose family member is Cancer patient, seriously I cannot imagine this kind of inhumane behavior.
    I guess management should see the CCTV for that incident.

          Hi,
          I'm sorry I don't know whether to make a complain about the discharge summary but we have done our operations on 5th February but never got our discharge summary. I am from Mizoram and my sister had a rectum cancer. They took chemo last year and after that when we went for further check up and did some tests we were ready for operation. So after more than 6 hrs waiting the surgeon finally showed up and said they cannot do the opeartion as the tumor spreads inside her(that's not the main point). We stayed at the hospital for a few nights and when we got discharge the nurses at the reception told us doctor are not there at present so we left with nothing. We did follow ups and check ups, when we were finally going home I asked for the discharge summary but it was not ready cause the doctors are not there. There was a assigned doctor (not to mention his name) told me it will be ready on that same day but never did. The next day same like that, so I waited for more than 5 days for that discharge summary and finally told us they will make it and e-mail me (which I think will never happen) and I am still waiting cause I cannot do anything without that Discharge Summary. I didn't mean to complain it here but I think it would be more effective rather than waiting. Please look into my complain and kindly take action as things are getting harder for us

            Dear Tata hospital,
            While we connecting to tata OPD service Desk for un general OPD appointment service desk continuously disconnecting call
            We have already shared patient details for generating un appointment on what's up app on 10th July 2021 but no one replying us
            We tried to contact medical superintendent even she is also disconnected call very rood behavior I have received
            Which is not belong to Tata ethics very bad

              My dad was told to go for CT scan and the doctor wrote the timing as 8 pm when we arrived the guard and other staff told that everything is closed and it should be 8 am because of the mistake now we have to wait for more three days so that we can get a new date and even we r not sure about when we will get the new date . Each and every extra day in here cost us several pennys as we r not from mumbai . I humbly ask you to help us with this and i hope that from next time no patient will face this issue . I hope u will take strict action .

                Hello sir/madam

                My father taking radiation in tata memorial hospital and in 15 days 1 2 days are there when machine is not working. From lat two days novalist machine is not working how could it be possible in such a big hospital. And if we go mannualy and ask for machine status they get angry and told to ask by phone only why it is so, and on phone first they ask patient name then will ans about machine status on or off. What is the logic behind this.

                Due to delay in radiation treatment our stay is also delaying and will have to pay more money on stay and accommodation. Also patient have to take exta chemo for this as chemo will last till radiation not get completed.so please do needfull for patient's convenience.

                  Sir my father's name is Indra Kumar Mishra Case No-KD/02093 and taking treatment in MMMCC Varanasi.I think it's one of the best cancer hospital in India and all doctors are doing their job.But let me tell you Sir I am really facing problem from past 25 days because of obturator that is to be place in teeth by dentist of your hospital.Doctor is saying due to Covid it is not possible and assistant is not hired by hospital.Please help me as without placing obturator ryles tube from nose can not be removed.Please help me.

                    Payment of 40000 not reached Smart card of TMH

                    I had initiated an Top Up of Tata Memorial Hospital Smart Card. I entered card details as well OTP, after that money got deducted from the Paytm Debit card, then it gave error on the browser payment page.
                    I received SMS with below details:-
                    Rs.40000.00 paid at INFIBEAM AVENUES LIMIT on[protected] using Debit Card. Avl Bal is Rs.110. Ref No.[protected].

                    Money has not reached to TMH Smart Card.
                    Pls check...

                    Respected management, I would like to bring into your notice few important things, so that someone get benefited in future, and management should aware and try to resolve to keep the trust of people all over the India and world. My patient’s file no was CT/10747, Name of patient -Parul Saha, Breast OPD, we have got great support initially in all respect, but one of the your doctor Name prabhat was on duty in breast opd on 06 Apr 21 was very rude and totally don’t deserve to be an doctor, we he very short temp and he pushed my wife and she fall down on the floor but she didn’t told anyone as because she was concentrating on patient condition. Finally, the patient was died on 17 Apr 21, and we got again good support from all doctor and administration till funeral. So, my final request is that please throw out the dirty fish which make whole holy pond dirty. Awfully bad doctor Prabhat you don’t deserve to be doctor. Think you also have a family, and such things may happen with you also. I believe management….

                      We decided to take treatment because of hospital is well known in cancer treatment, but our overall experience is very very bad, to get treated in hospital first you need to athletic strength because whole day people making fool us to run from ground floor, second floor MB78 MB59 and they are not there for providing services and relief to patients they are there for making money doing paper work and complete working hours (include doctor and security staff)
                      Security staff is very very arrogant 12 pass security staff MSB security person not even talk properly they behaved like hospital on there father name.
                      After taking injection which is costing around 35k my father face stomach cramps so well called doctor in medical oncology I.e. Mr.Gorge but he shouting us and talked Arrogantly, we called Gorge for help (and we paid for that) not for doing time pass.
                      After facing such a arrogant behaviour finally we decided to stop taking treatment there, because we want relief not a more burden and frustration.
                      This Same feedback we will send to state health minister dept and on social media.

                          My file number is CT16372. I've been visiting tata hospital since sep 2020. My opd is in IR 18 in GJB after doing all of my test i.e. pet ct, bone ct, mri and 2 to 3 blood test doctor have given me date for my RFA at least 4 to 5 time which has been postponed. In my last to last OPD doctor told me they will call when your next OPD will be for which I waited for 1month but I didn't got any response and same has been done this time I have been waiting for 15 days and I haven't got call yet. I have a tumer in my right hand thumb which was 2X2 in aug 2020 mri and it was 11X5 in dac 2020 mri. I hope action will be taken on my file after this case or else I have to take greater step that this.

                            Refund of the amount

                            My patient case no -ct/00611 . We had a appointment for pet scan and ecg and consultaion in month of april, but due to covid 19 we were not able to visit tmh for furthur investigation, as we have been informed by hospital not to visit their .So please provide me the refund of the particular amount to my bank account or to tmh card ....

                            At Dr. Earnest borges kalan agar bandra where cancer patients stay, here 2 guard namely zaish and jha ji behave as a slaves with patients, both have no manner to talk with people, both of them torchering everyone in different-different way. Plzzzz take proper action or remove from here otherwise both of them defam the name of your institution Tata Cancer Hospital.

                              HI,

                              I have been calling the account department of your esteemed hospital.
                              But the operator at the extension 4272 just picks the call and then cuts it.Without addressing my grievance.Request you to please help.
                              The operator has cut the call about 7 times now.
                              Due to Covid we cannot visit the hospital also.
