Respected management, this is to bring to your notice, as suggested by our doctor, we visited Tata Hospital on 24th December for second opinion to consult Dr. Ganesh Bakshi (Urologist) and coupon number is AS1 RJ/94856 however, the experience was pathetic as he didn't consultant us and was rude in nature. He was very reluctant in opening new file and didn't give us any counselling. He charged 2000 rs, we waited for 8 hours but it was complete waste. The fact being his junior( Dr. Jagan) was excellent in explaining the entire process. Tata has improved it's infrastructure however the reputation is spoiled beacuse of doctors who are associated with you. I would request you to please intervene and take strict action against the doctor

I am an AML patient having treatment here since 15th september, 2020(case no CT-14853).After 3 cycle of chemotherapy, i was discharged from hospital at 8th December. Again for fever, i came to casualty at 2.30 am on 14th December. The duty nurse talked to the doctor and gave me two antibiotics (magnex 40, amikacin)and a paracetamol transfusion throuh cannola though cannola was not properly inserted.they finished these medicine within 20 minutes.then tell me wait outside.few minutes later i started vigorous shivering with high fever.as my attendant informed them, they told it is because of high AC.still i believe, shivering was occured due to quick medicine through cannola.again after requesting them, they allow us to be in casualty room(77).but unfortunately they gave me a chair to sit on while i am shivering vigorously and my attendant hold me on.suddenly i vomitted vigorously 3 times.every time i went out from the room and vomited into dustbin.fever, shivering, vomiting was not enough for the nurses to allow me a bed though 3 beds were empty. Then what is the pre requisite to have a bed in casualty for some time.i begged them several times that i am having pain in chest sitting in a chair.plz give me a bed.but they were si inhumane i didnt imazine.most of them were sleeping. It seemed that if they give me a bed, they have to again prepare that bed which is not proper time to do that.then they shifted me to a trolly which is near basin.still 3 beds are available.i was lying there 3 hrs having everyone comes and wash there hands and face near my head. I am a central banker of bangladesh.as i am a foreign patient and already 20 lacs rupee has been the treatment expense, i didnt expect this type of inhumane behaviour.every time they changed the medicine through cannola, blood drops.so how was the competency.i really shocked about the bed issue.i could create a scene but thinking about rest of the patients, i stopped.please give me a feedback that what measures did you take, otherwise i have to complain on upper level.

      Thank you

      Regards

We arrived in the hospital with my sick mother who couldn’t. Walk or sit on a wheelchair at 6 am in morning
They refused to admit her in emergence ward or give her bed saying there are more important patients (Most of the might be alive as they thought many of them would be dead if they give my mother bed). After waiting in lobby doctor checked checked and gave prescription with c day and blood test
Blood test was done there without a bed and for x day they asked us to wait in c day room 1 hours was gone but no one came to x ray room. We asked the nurse to give her bed 5 times they dint. At 8.30 am she got the bed after shouting at them. And at 9 am she was dead. No one cared nor doctor nor the nurses. Who is responsible for her death? Nurse or doctor or poor medical practices or their degrees or management of tata?
I seek no justice but this is not done someone was in pain and they did not care to comfort the dying soul.

                    Dear sir/mam,

My mother was suffering from cancer and we took her to tata memorial hospital, mumbai. They started treatment under supervision of dr umesh shetty. They started treatment in apr 2018 and on sep 2018 they confirmed that there is no evidence of disease. But my mother was always in pain and she told doctor every-time she visited. But doctor always told that there is no evidence of cancer and they transfered to navy hospital colaba. We almost paid 6 lakh rupees with no use. After continuous pain we insisted doctors for full body checkup and then they confirmed that there is cancer evidence in stage 3b.

Our complaint is if she had already cancer and never got fully cured then how they told that cancer is cured, and no evidence of disease. If she is complaining about pain since one year then why doctor never suggested for full body checkup. How they are not able to figure out in early stage.

In this treatment we are private patient with file no cr/09889 and almost have expenditure of 18-20 lakh, now she is admitted in hospital since last one month and doctors are saying that they will be not able to go for further treatment and take her to your home. She is not able to walk and eat properly then how can we take her to out home and what will we do at home.

Please look into this matter and we are ready to pay for further treatment still they are discharging her.

                    Thank you

My father was treated with chemo for stage 4 cancer. On the next day of chemo he was suffering from fever. We have informed the doctor and doc told us to wait for the report and after consulting with doc you can only leave the hospital. Since they are doing different reports and are not giving us any reply after monitoring the report at night he was in emergency but no bed is provided to him he was only laying down on bench like other patients. They have done sonography one time and the report is showing normal, but after few hours they have done sonography again after an hour but it was showing some infection. After that they start to give some treatment on bench without providing bed. They have told us to be seated till 3:00am for injection but at 3:00am nurse refused and told us to come at 8:00 am for injection. They have told us in the night to wait for doc which will come at 5:00 am in the morning but till 6:00 am no doc came to see my father. My father is facing problem while breathing but doc ignored everything. After requesting with nurse to give oxygen due to breathing they have ignored. Even my brother told them my father bp is getting low the nurse again refused our concern. At 6:10 am my father feeling unconscious and after that doc take him to icu and declared him dead after 10 min with a reason respiratory cardiac arrest. Since due to delay of medicine and ignorance from doc and nurse i had lost my father today due to there pathetic behavior

Patient malabika das, mr no. 19/013519 had undergone 2nd cycle chemo for her hgsc in overy in daycare of tmc on 03.10.19 after 24hrs of which she was supposed to take an injection peg gcsf 6mg s/c as per patient evaluation summary about which she had not been guided, informed or told by either doctor or the supporting desk even after asking the desk repeatedly. She had been told by the supporting desk that she has nothing to do. And as she does not know english, so she could not help herself by going through the prescription on her own and she was accompanied by her age old parents father being 81 yrs & mother being 72yrs. This negligence may bring serious complication in the treatment of such life threatening disease. We seek immediate correction in treatment plan so as to save her life with a warning to the attending doctor and supporting team about this severe negligence of their duty.

My parents were cancer patients. The junior doctors, staff, rajiv gandhi dept sitting doctor, house keeping, security are pathetic. I can understand bad treatment to relatives but have courtesy to treat patients politely. They will not live long but atleast give good treatment or just few polite words so they feel better. The senior doctors will look at you only if you have money. Then dear senior doctors why dont you work in private hospitals. I lost my parents not majorily due to cancer but of the fear as to how they will be treated. Sick hospital woth pathetic people. All these people seriously need high level of training. You can clearly visualise death to humanity in this hospital staff attitude.

My father has colon cancer and has been admitted here for his treatment.
Firstly, the doctors are experienced and really good. You will definitely get the best treatment out here.
Apart from the doctors and the cost, nothing is good about this hospital.
Junior doctors, nurses, security and didi’s are the worst part of this hospital.
The administration doesn’t care about you much. With all our problems we reach here and they treat us as if we’re asking for their money or prized possessions.
I had asked the nurse to assist my dad and they had come to our ward after 3 hours for just providing glucose supply. And this is just an example. There’s no seriousness in providing vigilant investigation for a patients treatment.
                              Horrible service. Utter nonsense.
Didi’s don’t know how to talk with regard and respect nor does the sisters. Few Junior doctors doesn’t even know to give proper answers to the patients.

My father has brain cancer . I had to do NGS for identifying target for the next chemotherapy procedure as suggested by doctor. The NGS blood sample was submitted on 15/5/19 and I was assured that the report will be available on 14/06/19.
However today when I contacted for the same, I was notified that due to technical difficulty the report will take another 1 month. I am an outsider in Mumbai currently staying on rent. For this entire time no one informed me that there was a technical fault. A NGS report generation does not take more than 5 days. These people are just lying and making fool of common people. My father needs the chemotherapy started as soon as possible. I need the reports immediately.

My complain is not against the hospital or any doctors. The non medical staff working there assumes that they are the doctors. Now this chap feroz works in breast service department in homi baba. He dosent have manners to talk. The patient coming there whether they are detected or not detected but are in serious pressure. This man dosent speak well. I went there to meet doctor with a reference he asked me to submit the file that too his tone was higher and i did that. Dr did not examine me and she said me to leave just by looking at my file as the reports were normal. He gave me my file back and asked me to leave. I politely told him plz ask dr to examine me and suggest some medicines to prevent atleast as i had this issue repeatedly. So in front of everyone this man shouted and said "dekho kuch hua nai fir bhi dawai khaane ka shauk hai" these were his exact words and laughed sarcastically. He is neither a dr nor a nurse and he is trying to teach us what is good for us. They just feel that working in government means that they own people and can say anything to them. I had an argument with him as he has no rights to talk to me like that. But literally his voice his tone of talking can hurt anyones sentiment out there. Already they are worried about there health and health of there loved ones who are fighting with the disease. Non medico ppl should be given a training how to talk with patients and their family. I dont know whether the action would be taken against him or no. But i have given him back so that next time he would be careful and won't speak with anyone in that manner.
