Respected management, this is to bring to your notice, as suggested by our doctor, we visited Tata Hospital on 24th December for second opinion to consult Dr. Ganesh Bakshi (Urologist) and coupon number is AS1 RJ/94856 however, the experience was pathetic as he didn't consultant us and was rude in nature. My parents were cancer patients. The junior doctors, staff, rajiv gandhi dept sitting doctor, house keeping, security are pathetic. I can understand bad treatment to relatives but have courtesy to treat patients politely. They will not live long but atleast give good treatment or just few polite words so they feel better. The senior doctors will look at you only if you have money. Then dear senior doctors why dont you work in private hospitals....
