I admited my sister in tata kharghar casualty In the morning 11 AM that is dated 11/9/2024.later we was asked XRAY my sister was having fluid issue for which the on duty doctor done an experiment and tried to remove the fluid which was not success. Later they advised for other doctor which it took more than 6 hours to attend and ahe also tried to experiment but she was also not success. After all such process they finally asked us how they removed the fluid in past and as per our suggestion they later advised for usg tapping. This took another 3 hours and we were sent to PS building at late night 10:10 PM. There we came to know that doctor was not available and we wait for him till time at 10:45 PM and still there was no update. My sister was in pain since morning for which only pain killer was provided in the morning and rest all was experiment.. They twice pin the injection in my sister stomach which was very painfull and non tolerable.. Till all these time she was not even given food. If such all things was done and asked us before then I don't think it would have been gone such late. Now sitting in the PS building and waiting for doctor with severe pain I m writing this complaint. Such response from such big hospital is not at all acceptable. Please understand we came in casualty just to get rid of pain but we were given more pain
