TATA Motor — worst service experience

I have booked tata tiago 5 months ago. (Mh14-gh-3010)
On first servicing got car back with spray paint mark all over the car. After complaining for more than 3 months. No action has been take and issue is still unresolved. Not even getting reply from concern people to update me what are their plans.
I also dropped a message on twitter and then didn't help me either.

Hello Team,

I have purchased the Tiago Car from Sagar Motor Noida and they have cheated to me. They are not give me my remaining amount. I suggested never puchage the TATA motor and go for Hundai for better satisfaction. If you want to talk to me you can call [protected] . Hundai is better then TATA...

Pls suggest the req for procedure for missing the manza car remote key chip. we unable to start the car and can't go for service station.
