Please note that I had bought a TATA Altroz car from Wasan Motors Borivali East in January 2025.
The car has just completed 1 year and I have had so many issues with the car.
The car broke down on 2nd June 2025 and had to be towed to Puneet Motors Sakinaka Andheri East where the battery along with alternator was replaced and the car was in the garage for more than 2 weeks.
Again on 12th September 2025 the car broke down and I had to again call road side assistance to start my car after which some how I brought the car back to my home. Gave the car to Wasan Motors workshop in Kandivali West and no issues were detected. So no resolution was done although the car was kept for several days for observation.
Again on 29-May-2026, the car broke down and again somehow with help to roadside assistance the car has been taken to Kandivali West Regent Motors Workshop.
Initial diagnosis shows battery issue. No idea how long the car will be kept. No ETA provided.
What is the use of this car if it has such issues. I am really fed up and have no options left other than to get rid of this car.
