[Resolved] Tata Motors — am complaining about the management of tata showroom | |||
Dear sir/madam, Greetings for the day, This is regarding the management of tata moters showroom located in manendragarh chhattisgarh. Actually i have place the order for my vista a pair of headlights, the mangaer has been asked me ti deposit the amount of rs.7400, and told me morning by 12 noon i am able to get my order. But as today i came over the showroom, my order has been not placed, and the behaviour or the showroom staff was so rude and showing to much attitude, if my order has not placed they may not suppose to call us. Even when i asked for refunding the amount of rs.7400 they were not answering me any thing. My concern is that like is it the proper way to treated the customers in tata moters.
