[Resolved]  Tata Motors — AMT Failure - Even though gear lever in Drive/Reverse display shows Neutral

I am using TATA Tiago for the past 14 months. Purchased a second hand vehicle from a seller directly and was quiet happy with the vehicle performance & response. Unfortunately past few months vehicle starts showing AMT failure indicator ON and used move gear from reverse/drive to neutral even though gear lever is in reverse/drive. Initially it used to happen at petrol stations and while parking at home etc. Two months back I gave the vehicle to Prerana Motors service center at Peenya explained the issue. They done a full service of the vehicle and told issue has been resolved by updating the latest software. I paid amount of Rs:9500/= and they said the total amount is for vehicle full service(20000kms). Next day after the service issue happened again and i called back and reported. They said monitor few more days but issue was not resolved. Yesterday (15/11/2020) I was on a main road with 80km/hr suddenly gear display showed 'N' vehicle speed reduced and finally had to keep the vehicle off for few minutes. I was lucky that there was no vehicle behind me otherwise it could have been lead to a major accident. Now i take the issue seriously and requesting to resolve this as soon as possible. Please note that I am not looking for a trial and error method but a permanent solution for this issue.
