Tata Motors — authorised service station wrong estimate

I have first time sent my tata nano for service because of received a promotional call from authorised tata nano service center m/s chima cars private ltd madurai and now feel very upset to believe on that. My driver karthik drop the vehicle to tata authorised workshop and the get quotation rs. 3931 for like amc and next year get free service and oil replace so next day we get the call from sri chima cars private service rep. Sathees and he explain that all break cylinder has been to replace so that cost will come rs. 2500/- and some other small small parts like rs.200-rs. 300 have to change so all to gather approximately rs. 8000/- bill you have to pay so after so hard discussion i agree the same but again next day he call me and told that a/c fan also gone so you have to spend some more rs. 2500/- but at the present we don't have stock so i sought them for giving wrong estimate and after long argument i have told him that now he should change that also so as per my calculation and advised by chima rep. Rep my bill should not come more than 10500/- but now we get sms from them for rs. 12992/- so we can not understand how and why we believe on tata motors now i feel very bad and feeling cheated by tatamotors and her service center
