We are extremely disappointed from "MARINA MOTORS calicut " (Pantheerankave showroom, kerala) of tata motors.

With deep regret, i really fed up with the tatamotors motors, pantherrankave dealings. The executive had promised me that the TATA NEXON XZ+ WHITE will deliver in 20 days, based on this i booked on 17/08/2020 expecting the delivery before 5/09/2020. Till date i haven’t received the information about vehicle is start transportation from pune also i have no idea when the vehicle will receive. Already loan approved ane started. At present i am struggling hard for transportation & irritated due to below reasons.this is the 7 th week when i booked

• keep on giving false commitment.
• response & feedback before & after booking is totally different.
• no clear communication / updating the status of vehicle delivery.
• compelled to change the vehicle color & bank for the car loan.

In short i am not expecting more just meet commitments

    I gave my nano for 5th service and the bill amount is 8, 800₹. Out of which 4, 500₹ was labour charge. Can anyone justify this to me? The total service cost is supposed to be around 3, 000 - 3, 500₹.
    They sent a message of estimate cost of 4, 500₹ But gave final bill of 8, 800₹.
    This is pathetic. We trust Tata motors and give our cars for service in showroom always but the service team and Tata motors employees charge us however they want. Few months ago I gave my nexon for service and it costed 7, 000₹. How can nano service cost 8, 800?
    We feel cheated. Please look into this ASAP.

        Dear sir
        I have made full payment of. Rs. 11.00 lacs on 14.9.20 and was promised to me that the delivery of the car will be given to me on 27.9.20

        From 27.9.20 i have been informed that there is some problem for rto tax payment with the rto office at tardeo.
        That is not my problem. The problem has to be solved with yourself and the rto office and your bank.

        I hereby inform you that if i do not get my car delivered on or before 6th october 2020. Then cancel my booking and refund my money so i can book it with other dealer of tatas.

          I exchanged my tata indigo eglx no hp723686 with mohali automobile pvt ltd on 30/09/2019. I purchased new tata tiago xz on the same date. My old car was purchased by agency at nangal in rs 110000/-. They sold my car to someone without rc transfer. And they are forcing me to pay for noc and other charges. They financed my new car for 470000₹ through bank of baroda… kindly look into this matter and help me. My email address is dr. [protected]@gmail.com

            I am venkatesh ([protected]) from bangalore, i buy one tata intra v10 commerial goods vehicle from prerana motors in herohalli branch. I so unhappy of this vehicle because that vehicle delivery time its already run 700kms that demo vehicle given me. Branch officer given answer totally false. This is bad service please take report and call me thanking you.

              My new owned tata altroz car had a breakdown issue. When i claimed for the same, the showroom execute adviced me that the claim doesn't cover engine protection. I have b2b insurance and car engine covers under b2b insurance. Please consider this case as urgent.

                I am venkatesh from bangalore. Date 24/09/2020 i purchase delivery tata intra v10 white colour from prerana motors in herohalli branch. The issue is delivery time that new vehicle 700kms already run. That demo vehicle givinng me, so i unhappy of this matter.

                  I've booked Tata altroz xz model gray colour at Vijayabarathi tata motors, Tirupati. Booking was done on 7th of August. While booking we were informed that we'll be getting the vehicle within 2 weeks. In the meantime I was informed that there is a price hike and since I haven't taken delivery of the vehicle I need to pay the hiked price.

                  By 24th Aug I contacted the dealer and he asked to wait for another 2 weeks.

                    This is Haresh Netke [protected]

                    I am experiencing an issue with my car Tata Tiago petrol Xm bought in year 2018, there is no fixed time for the issue to occur its intermittent, my car will start suddenly giving jerk say for 5 time at once, this will happen almost every alternate day. I feel like the fuel is stopped to engine and its trying to reinitiate to gain the fuel which will lead to hick-ups in flow of fuel and ride. now after so many times of reporting this issue one of Tata technician informed me that this is the known issue for car, please help me to get this sorted out at the earliest.

                      They told me to pay amount for uniform and after that they mailed me a bond paper and told me to pay 9500. After that they also told me to pay training fees of 15500 rupee . And after all this they told me because of corona they told me you will have to pay 18000 for verification and courier charge

                        We had purchased the above Tata Titanium _WH-TATA INTRA V10 BS IV from POPULAR MEGA MOTORS, Vide there bill No.IPMACE [protected] dated[protected], vehicle bearing registeration number TN-01-BJ-8014.
                        All the services mentioned below were carried out thro Popular Mega motors, Kattupakkam unit at Chennai-600056.
                        The vehicle had engine oil leak problem from 13th Feburary 2020, onwards.
                        1.First time on 13.2.20 we sent the vehicle and they removed seats etc and attended and returned the vehicle, - Km run2892
                        2. second time on 23-03-20 there was oil leak& waterleak and we again sent vehicle for attention and they attended and sent back on the same day.- KM run 4859
                        3. Again on 13-05-20 there was oil leak and we sent it for attention, and they removed the inter cooler for bracing and delivered the next day.-Km run 4993
                        4. Again on 29-8-20 there was leak engine oil and they said " they changed the basket below the oil filter" and delivered the vehicle on 31st August.-Km run 10824
                        5. Again there is engine oil leak now (18th september) from a point away from oil filter point.- Present KM run-12051.
                        We vaguely rember during 3rd service time they said they had sent the part to lathe for maching work".
                        From the above sequence it clearly shows there is some manufacturing defect and the service point is not able to identify the same. They seem to gropeing in the dark.
                        We have not sent the vehicle today for repair, we are awaiting for your instruction in this regard as to how to about further and get a permenent
                        remedy.
                        Your immediate attention in this regard will be much appreciated as we have already lost number of working days of the vehicle .

                        I had purchased a new Tata intra V 10 in February 2021. Sales person and company claimed its mileage 17 km/ ltr. But the results are not good. As my experience the mileage of this vehicle is still remains 12 to 13 after the first service.

                          I wanna to buy tata nexon and i already put online test drive request to the dealership but customer care of dealership from solan showroom saying me that you are fool and yiu have to come here and finilise the deal with her without knowing the vehicle
                          This is not possible and i want test drive vut she refuse totally to give me test drive and wanna personnel meeting with me [protected] is the phone number where from she call me

                            Sir,
                            I have recently purchased tata signa 1923k tipper from tata dealer. The vehicle giving very low mileage i. E 2.4km/l (Average). I have talked with customer service, they advice me to brought to dealer. I went there and it costs me rs. 4000 for purchase fuel. Also they forced me to full the fuel tank of 300 liters. They make test drive unloaded vehicle on highway and found 3km/l. I asked the service manager about the mileage of this vehicle. He do not want even talk about it. After some time he told me that it may increase 1km/l after servicing. Then i told them about the inbuilt gps system, that the gps system showing very old data. They told me that it will work after sometime. But it did not work. Then i contacted with customer care and they told me to send the vehicle again to dealership. It is a commercial vehicle and if i frequently send the vehicle to dealer, then the vehicle will not give me any earning and i will not able to pay emi. Also it costs fuel lots.
                            I am very disappointed with tata and i will not recommend tata vehicle to anyone.

                                Dear complainant team

                                I am writing this compliant regrading the second service which has to be made by tata with the consideration of lockdown due to covid19.
                                I had received the delivery of tata nrg dl12cs1364 on 12th january 2020. At the first time the service was done on march 2020 and after that second service scheduled to be done after the lockdown. I have called for them today for the service date 13 september 2020, they have told me about the service is lapsed and now it will be third service because i drove the car more than 8900 kilometre but as per metre reading it is not more than 3000km.

                                  tata nexon abs sensor problem - poor service - wasting my time

                                  My tata nexon xz+ petrol is flashing an abs warning light from the last one month.

                                  On 21/08/2020, i visited an authorized tata service center (Veer motors) at hoshangabad road bhopal and after 6-7 hours, i was told that the abs sensor has malfunctioned and should be replaced but they didn't have the abs sensor available in their inventory so they told me to visit another service center located in the same city.

                                  Almost 40 days over, but no information about delivery of my car red tata altroz xz booked with 90% payment on 01.08.2020. Last hope is to get back the amount and go for any other good brand, if no action from tata & derik motors, trivandrum.

                                    Sir. I have booked altroz xz petrol white colour from jaika motors nagpur, but after 1.5 month passed away i have not got any information regarding the vehicle delivery??? I have a big faith on tata motors and such issue makes us think twice. Srm motors employees are good but they can help when they will get the delivery from factory. So please look into the matter and provide your assistance.
