Sir. I have booked Altroz XZ petrol white colour from JAIKA MOTORS NAGPUR, but after 1.5 month passed away i have not got any information regarding the vehicle delivery??? I have a big faith on tata motors and such issue makes us think twice. Srm motors employees are good but they can help when they will get the delivery from factory. So please look into the matter and provide your assistance.

      bs4 truck slow pickup

      We have bs4 truck of 2017 and it has problem with engine light indicator. On start it is lighting and continuing, no question of off. Because of slow pickup never touch to 5th gear. State head of odisha mr mukharjee contacted and on advice checkup was made at barmunda, bhubaneswar workshop, but after 100 km it is as it was.       Address: Tata motors derik Trivandrum dealership

      I had booked a tata necon xma grey from derik motors trivandrum on 8th august 2020. They forced me to pay the booking amount atleast partially on the day and full booking amount of 11000 was taken from me on 10th. The promised date of delivery of car was 21st august. After receiving no response afterwards. I contacted the sales executive and she started saying corona vehicle availability issues etc.. Which was present at the time of booking as well. Then on 22 nd august when i contacted sales executive she transferred me to her manager who told me that he cannot commit any date when i will be receiving the car. So i asked for a full refund. He said the refund will be provided in 3 days. Then on the 3rd day he stopped picking my calls. So i contacted the sales executive she said wait for 7 days and gave me the crm vipin chandrans number. He said due to holidays there is a delay and you will receive refund in 2 to 3 days. When i contacted again he said i will get the next day because of containment zone. Now he stopped picking my calls. What should i be doing in this scenario. If my complaint is not answered my next option is to go to the nearest police station as all my funds have been through accounts so i have all the proofs.

        My tata nexon xza+ car infotainment system display malfunctioning. Ie display changing freequently, phone calls and songs disturbance also. I purchased car from ncs automotives cherthala, alappuzha district, kerala, pin : 688539, and services also done in the same place. So please do necessary arrangements to get it ready.

          Respected sir,

          I visited authorised tata service centre which is located in anand, Gujarat shreeji motors.where two of the service executive denied me and told me we will not able to give you spare part. then i asked why?? So then they talked with me wheary abruptly and rudely and also gave me threat and told me meet me outside the gate i will show you.so goonish and illiterate behaviour was reflected in their language.and i am one of the oldest and loyal customer of tata since 2005 and i have also encouraged many more customers as well in my circle and till now lnot seen such type of behaviour so i herbly request you to do needful.

            extremely poor servicing at rudra motors

            I own mh12 pz 2953 tiago.
            I heard lot of complaints and feedback on why not to buy tata cars. I still bought tiago to express my love to our country.
            However what i heard all came true when i got my car serviced on 6 sept. At rudra motors, wagholi, pune.

            1. They spent 1.5 days but still count not fix my ac problem that was the only reason i wanted to do servicing.

            I booked altroz xe rythum on 5 Aug and delear promise me to deliver on 22 August I submitted down payment along with bank DO on 20 Aug but I not get delivery till date delear already completed lots of failure commitment today dellar told me that he will give delivery on 25 September my deadline is on 15 sep my friend advise me not go for Tata because Tata motors are not Care for customer sentiments please advise me should I got delivery before deadline or I go for some trusted brand

              But we not received RC yet.
              We contact many time Dealer and RTO.

                Iam boga venkatesh have purchased a commercial vehicle TATA INTRA V20 BSIV diesel bearing chase number MAT535067 KYG 18121 invoiced on 24/3/2020 and taken delivery on 31/3/2020 at LB NAGAR showroom. You people have not explained about first servicing of my vehicle due to all india lockdown at delivery time and after that their was no communication from the showroom people till date regarding first servicing of my vehicle. When myself went to lbnagar showroom regarding servicing of my vehicle then they people said me to go to auto nagar service center they have taken my vehicle inside and checked the vehicle and open the engine oil seal. Suddenly they poured the oil inside the vehicle and said me to take the vehicle to patancheru showroom
                They have questioned me that why you open the seal and they people are saying that there is no free serive to my vehicle.
                They are saying that there is a problem in engine.
                They have not intimated me about the first service apart from that they are showing me the telephonic records of [protected] mobile number informing about first service on 23rd june, 24th july and 5th august bt the mobile number mentioned was not mine. Finally they people are asking me to charge huge amount for servicing of my vehicle. If you people have informed me about servicing of my vehicle at proper time problem may not happened. Please clear my vehicle problem orelse replace with a new vehicle or refund my money and take the vehicle. Sir please do favour for me because iam a farmer i cant bear that much money
                If you people do not take any action about my complaint i will sucide infornt of your showroom.

                  This is subhranta kumar bohidar, mob no. [protected]. I have booked for tata nexon xz+ grey on 20th august but till now i haven't received any confirmation on the delivery date. If i won't get it deliver buy 16th september then i will be bound to cancel my booking and go for other available options.

                  I have dropped email and also through facebook page but no reply yet.

                    Hi my self girish angrolli from hubli dharwad, last wednesday i was asked altroz vehicle for test drive to hubli manickbag motors and the concerned person name is pooja and she said ll take appointments n update you sir, after that 3-4times i called her and asked her please send vehicle at any cost today and after test drive we ll book vehicle because last one month we talked with tata finance and the person his ready to give loan for us so we are ready book the car but we required test drive and need to check parking facility so send vehicle to home but she is really not responding totally if i call to her she said ll update after that again no reply, i really not expected this kind services from tata motors, even we are using tiago from last 4yrs and we are interested go with tata vehicles only because we need develope our country not others but these kind of people like pooja never try to go for that, please reply for this kind of problem

                      I booked tata tiago xt petrol variant in white colour on july 27th, 2020, at wardha (Mh) dealer promise me that they will deliver the vehicle on aug 22nd, 2020 on ganpati. Still today that is sep 05th 2020. They have not delivered the vehicle and they are saying like still vehicle is not billed from gujarat plant, sometime they said car is arrived at nagpur showroom and in 2 to 3 days we gave it to you, but still i didn't get the car firstly i want grey colour of car then they said grey is not available so i came to white i compromise on color also, i also talk to ngp manager he is also giving different types reason everyday but not saying it clearly i know there covid19 situation allover india but it is almost 30-40 days i am waiting for my car!

                        Tata nexon car engine overheating

                        I bought tata nexon car in 21feb 2020. I went for my car's 2nd free service, where service in charge said that your car had a company fault that it's engine oil get mixed in coolant (Radiator). They changed oil cooler for solve that issue. But after that i run my car for just 2 km and engine heating buzzer started beeping. So what can i do in this case?...

                          I am really disgusted with the service Tata Motors is providing to its customers. On 11th July 2020, I had booked for Tata Nexon XZ (Daytona Grey) from Tata Motors' authorised dealer Chandrani Enterprise Pvt Ltd, Asansol. At the time of booking I was informed that the car will be delivered within 20 - 25 days. By the end of July we received call from the dealer that the car will be delivered by end of July. When the July month was about to end I contacted the dealer and they informed that the production was hampered in Pune manufacturing unit due to lockdown and the delivery will get delayed and they had assured that it will definitely be delivered by 15th of August 2020.
                          Around 13th when we enquired about the delivery of the car they started making all sorts of excuses. They were not able to give us satisfactory reply. They were not following up the matter with their higher authorities. We had booked the car on 11th July but they started the follow up about the delivery from their higher authorities only from 13th August. I dont understand why was there delay from the dealer's side in taking up the matter from the higher authorities. Many a times we were told to change the model to either Nexon XZ+ or Altroz. When we had booked the car then also there was lockdown prevailing in pune and that time only they should have informed us that they are not in a position to deliver us the car and that we should opt for another model. But they were not transparent in their dealing. On 17th August we were informed that the biling has not been done yet and it will be billed on 25th August and the car will be delivered positively by 6th September. We still patiently waited for our car to be delivered because we support 'Make in India' Campaign and chose our very own Indian Company Tata Motors over and above all the other foreign car companies. But Tata Motors failed to live upto our expectations. On 1st September 2020, when we enquired again there was delay in response and after several rounds of enquires they again disappointed us with their same old answer that the biling has not been done and it will be done on 6th September and car will be delivered by 17th - 18th September. This time also the dealer is not sure whether they will be able to deliver the car on time. This time also they have asked to change the model to xm variant. Why should I compromise with the car when I'm paying so much. If I had to take another model of the car then in the first place I would have booked another model. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy any car from Tata Motors due to the bad service that I have faced since two months. I will definitely cancel my booking now. Before the sale the service is so bad what would have happened if by any chance I had got the delivery of the car...I am now saved by the bad after sales service atleast. Now I understand why people blindly trust other foreign car companies. I am writing this post so that people dont blindly trust Tata Motors and waste their precious time. I am not able to understand where is the lapse taking place and who is responsible for the delay

                            I booked Tata Nexon XZ+ Petrol variant in Foliage Green colour on July 8th, 2020. Dealer promise me that they will deliver the vehicle on July 31st, 2020. Still today that is September 03rd 2020. they have not delivered the vehicle and they are saying like still vehicle is not billed from Pune plant itself. I don't understand, really vehicles are not getting billed from Pune plant or the dealers are selling the vehicles with on price in the local market. Do we really we need to wait for more than 60 days to get vehicle delivery to us? Dealer Name is Aadhishakthi Cars, Shimoga, Karnataka.

                              @tatamotors unexpected product response after purchased
                              I have purchased my TATA ALTROZ CAR on 29th July 2020 after so many options [protected]@[protected]@hyundai I choose to buy Tata our Indian products worth rs 8.5lac
                              In this price segment I had many option to buy Honda amaze, i20
                              But I am highly dissatisfied & disappointed with Tata Altroz car who claimed to be at 5 star rating Car as safety point of view
                              Despite of having these qualities of the car
                              When I loose my car’s wheel excel damaged and oil spilled from wheel with speed of 10-15 while taking right turning on road and the car was completely breakdown
                              It shooked from inside because the car I have received was manufacturing defective
                              It could be very dangerous as it was on stake of life of me as well as at that time my sister and my infant niece on board in the car when This damaged was occurred ..anything could be happen ( ye features hote hai kya 5 star safety ratings ke)
                              And that time car was not in the condition of moving so that I called customer care after 20min of conversation, executive had cut my call saying that it was Sunday holiday when I needed the most
                              Where I was helpless on middle of road
                              At the time of purchasing the car
                              they claimed for immediate road side assistance ...
                              Road side assistance experience was very pathetic
                              After 3 hours of efforts I called to local crane service to move my car to local Tata service centre
                              After paid 2500 for crane service
                              They deported my car to Tata service centre i.e Ashok auto sales Sadar Agra
                              Although the service manger also agreed that it was manufacturing defected after inspection of my car
                              And it’s been 4 days
                              Neither I have received any response from Tata nor from local team of Tata motors warranty team ..., ,
                              Kindly look into this matter asap

                                  I bought Tata harrier car in the month of October 2019, but sorry to say, I had some issues with my car, I personally visited the authorised work shop for getting resolved the concern issues with my car, at work shop I spent almost 2 hours but so called service engineers were not able to resolve the issue, I am quite fed up with the service providers kindly make sure that after sale satisfactory service
                                  Still I am facing the problem in my car
