I have done my second service for my Nexon recently and from then front tyre disk started rusting. That rusting remains same even if I drove vehicle for more than 500kms. I'm pretty sure my vehicle is not prone to any water and we don't have any rains aswell. I sent all the pics to that servicing center but till now I didnt get any response. I have never expected this quality from one of the top Indian car manufacturer.

    In order to get credit score, the company gives its number instead of the customer.After the service of the car, the call goes directly to the company.Email does not go to the customer, it also goes to the sleeping company.

      Dear sir/ma'am,
      This is mr. Manimaran, lecturer, psg hospitals coimbatore visited your dealer tafe access, coimbatore, tamilnadu on 07/08/2020 to book tata altrorz xt vehicle. All negotiation was nice and booked the vehicle also the same date with rs:21000/- booking amount. They promised to deliver the vehicle within 15days. The next day they called me and said we are going to book the vehicle so please complete the bank procedure to avoid delay for delivery so i went to the bank personally and completed the fund process and sent it to them within a day. But afterwards there is no communication from the dealer even if i call them also they are not lifting. Finally today the manager lifted and gave it to his assistance. She said that delivery will take another 15days. I was shocked she simply said cut down the call. Is this the way to behave with customers? After booking the vehicle the customents will become the slave to the dealer isn't it?. I have launched the complaint against the dealer with tata motors customercare, the complaint no is[protected]. Still i didn't get any solution for that. Kindly checkout that are needed as soon as possible. We are pleased to support the indian make. But in between this type of people spoiling the bride of tata motors. I have checked their google review also, all were saying the same. Please concern this issue seriously otherwise they will take this liberation to the next level. Below i have mentioned and attached the address and contact details of the dealer and booking receipt respectively. You please kindly enquire and take necessary action. Nowadays the tata motors are getting good reviews but these people spoil for their own benefit.

        Dear sir,

        I have purchased tata altroz on 12th of march 2020 from sagar motors noida. At the time of delivery i was informed that due to corona the wrist band is not available as the goods from china will take some more time to reach india.
        Till today i have not given the band that makes the car delivery incomplete. Now i can see that tata mototrs has again started the marketing of altroz, therefor the old pendings should be completed without further delay.

          Hi this is m. Shyamalatha from khammam - telangana. Here i booked tiago xt in venkata ramana auto showroom. At the time of booking they literally confused me to book the vehicle by telling this is tge last vehicle and next will comes in september. So i paid for it. Now the problem is financiers doesn't allowed me to take bank loan due to existing loans are higher than my annual income. At tge time of booking they told me we will refund you the amount in two days if cancellation happens. But now they saying we will deduct 1000rs cancellation fee. For what?? And remaining amount will takes 15 days time they replying. I'm sure definitely i don't buy any tata car in future by getting this type of rude attitude from tata employees. I want my money back till monday evening. Otherwise i'll go with my according.

            We have booked tata tiago xz+ grey on july 22nd and dealer has promised to deliver between jul 31st to aug 3rd. Applied bank loan on 23rd and got sanction letter on 29th july. They postponed delivery week after week and kept me waiting till now. Keeping the delivery aside, today they informed me that prices were increased. Already i got irritated about the delay in delivery and now one more added to my frustration. I have already raised multiple complaints in tata motors official youtube channel and shared my contact details and dealer information but no response till now. Who will wait months to take delivery with increased price than promised at the time of booking.

            We are not accepting such a irresponsibility from the side of such a reputed firm like tata motors.
            We need the delivery alteast this month with promised price at the time of booking.

              Hello,

              I booked tata nexon and yesterday (21 aug 2020) i made full payment and started my insurance, started car loan. Promised delivery from tata motors dealer sterling motors, solapur was today (22 aug) but got to know from dealer that they didn't received car from tata motors plant yet.

              Here tata motors is responsible for loss i had on this. I was expecting my car on auspicious day and after making all the payment dealer says we dont have your car present in showroom yet.

              @tatamotors may i expect my car delivery asap?

                I have booked the new tata tiago xz+ single tone white colour petrol bsvi model from "malayalam vehicles india pvt. Ltd." (Kattappana outlet, idukki, kerala) on 11th july 2020 by paying a token amount of rs 3000/- against their commitment to give me the delivery on a period of one and a half months.

                As per my commitment all the documents and finance has been completed and waiting for the car to be allocated to proceed with the downpayment.

                I enquired with the dealership about the delay in getting the car allocated and the excuse they provide is that there is no stock available in production plant which is causing the delay.

                The same excuse has been repeated several times and this has made my first car experience totaly worse.

                I have send a mail regarding the same to [protected]@tatamotors.com but i havnt received any reply from their end.

                This experience has made be think of even cancelling the booking.

                Expecting your replay on the clarification as early as possible.

                  My name is swapnil verma. I have booked tata tiago (Xt variant - white).

                  The executive had promised me that the tiago will deliver in 7 days, based on this i booked on 31/07/2020 expecting the delivery before 7/8/2020.

                  But till this date i haven't received the vehicle also not any update.

                  Why is the company giving false promises?

                  Actually i am a social media influencer with 2.6 million+ youtube subscriber & also i made many motivational videos on tata group & ratan tata.

                  But this time i am very disappointed.

                  I hope that after this complaint i will get a solution, and i can trust tata and promote the brand even more.

                    Dear sir/madam
                    This is alpha barik from jeypore, koraput, odisha. I have bought a tata tiago, xz plus on 10.08.2020. But it showed a problem on 18.08.2020 while shifting the gear lever from 5th gear to down gears. It stuck in the 5th gear. After some try it worked. But again today the same happened. But this time it stuck and i called for the help from the lankeswari motors, jeypore from where i had bought it. Immediately they responded and came to the spot where my car had stopped. But the problem could not be solved and they had to take it to their workshop. I feel very sad for the fault in the new car. Hope necessary steps will be taken by tata motors in this regard to sortout the problem and get me out of mental tension for my newly bought car.

                      Hello, sir/madam, myself banty yadav. On 20th aug' 2020 i alongwith my family members was travelling by my own vehicle i. E. Tata safari storm regd no. Br11pb 5200 from purnea (Bihar) to patna (Bihar). During journey while i arrived at sonpur, dighaghat, a place 15 kms away from patna (Bihar). I stopped my car some time there for some essential work. After 10 minutes i wanted to open the gate of the car but the lock could not be opened. I tried time and again to push the key inside the lock but i failed to opened the gate of the car. Seems it has got computerized locked. I called to customer care for support on customer care contact no. [protected] more than 20 times since 20th aug' 2020, 2300 hrs to 21st august' 2020 1200 hrs. After repeated request to customer care my vehicle evacuated to ananya motors patna. Yet there at ananya motors i was seated in waiting for more than 06 hours but did not get solution so far. Neither i got solution of the problem nor got offered of fooding or lodging as per the provision. I experienced very poor service of tata motors. It was totally disgusting services, i experienced.

                        I bought nexon xz+ in may 2019... After 6 months steering problem started and i visited service center they tightened nut and said nor ita ok.. After 1 month same problem started
                        I bought this car with a trust in tata for rs 12 lakhs
                        Tata claims to have first 5 star rating car.. How it can be possible... There is risk of accident and death by failure of steering
                        Plz revert as this is very common problem in nexon as per my knowledge
                        Plz help as soon as possible

                            I have booked tata harrier xz dark edition from punit automobile mumbai through csd. I have completed all the formalities and had taken a loan of 1000000 and disbursed the cost of vehicle to csd fort mumbai. The day i was about to go to take delivery i was informed that that vehicle is not present with csd as the prices have increased. I had not received any prior information neither from dealer nor from tata. I have booked the vehicle on 25th july that is 15 days before price rise.Due to mis communication between dealer and corporation tata i have been made to suffer and being asked for settle for some other colour. Its a sheer betrayal from tata and brings a trust issue with the brand. Both the showroom and corporation is not able explain the reason. Its been 3 days and i m not being guided so as to what can be done inspite of being aware that i have taken a loan which has been disbursed to csd and for which i will be paying emi from next month without getting vehicle. Its a sheer loss at my part. Pls look into the matter urgently and help me to get the booked vehicle.

                              I have booked the tata altroz (Xm) red color petrol bsvi model from "ncs automotives" (Kayamkulam outlet, kerala) on 10th july 2020 by paying a token amount of rs 21000 against their commitment to give me the delivery on 15th august 2020 (Marriage purpose) and the same was mentioned in the invoice also, again on 5th august we paid another rs 50000 for easy availability of the car as per the instructions from the executive mr ratheesh. As per the commitment by the dealer, i called the executive today on 18th august for the final payment. But the executive don't respond. And after called the finance manager he replied me that he will inform me the status after checking their system. But no one called me till today evening. Then i directly went to the showroom and meet the manager one mr manoj and informe me that they can't delivered the vehicle on the due date. Finally he asked me to contact the agm and when we called the agm he says some excuses.
                              We are not accepting such a irresponsibility from the side of such a reputed firm like tata motors.
                              We need the delivery on 20th august. If there is no other option as this order is for a wedding purpose.

                              Same is happened in my case they have delayed 1month. Committed was oct 3rd as on Oct 10 they are saying manufacturing only not started. I booked ok September 5th. Worst service

                              I have booked the Altroz XZ petrol variant on 17 october & assured that it will got delivery on Diwali but still getting the same update from dealer that it is not arranged yet.
                              No update is coming from Dealer, I have to called the executive on every alternate day to get the status but not getting delivery status they just give the fake assurance.
                              As a Indian Consumer we trust our Indian Brands but disappointed after seeing such response from a Indian company like TATA Motors.

                                    My vehicle is Tata nexon amt 2020 am faced a pathetic situation from my vehicle, the day 14/08/2020 I am completed my first service from Muthoot Tata motors Kottarakkara
                                    After am travelled to ernakulam, on the way to Ernakulam vehicle stopped Suddenly. A symbol visibile in cluster engine is in on condition but gear not shifting. It’s about 10 pm am stuck in the middle of the road, how a 2 month old new vehicle could stop in running condition
                                    Am very disappointed and am very sorry to say this it’s a big issue from Tata motors

                                      Hi team, i have booked tata nexon xz - green on 17th july 2020 from gokulam tata - chennai and was promissed that, i will be delivered in 4 weeks maximum, but still vehicle was not yet even allocated from pune. This is the latest feedback from the delaer. Please expedite the allocation of vehicle or be transperent in vehicle's status.
