    4 servicing and maintenance issue in my car. My car in left side air conditioner device. But it is work poor. Because we have receive water of ac. We have going for vehicle service in parin tata rajkot dealer. But we have not receive good support and we have not satisfied. They have always poor servicing in my vehicle.

      In the month of july 16 we have decided to purchase a car of tata nexon blue (Dt) petrol. We paid the advance amount on the day itself. And on july 24 loan amount of 5lakhs has been sanctioned and credited to jasper industries. But till the date they haven't delivered the car. We have also paid the first month emi with interest as the bank has deducted automatically. The management of jasper industries were not able to hold this and responses were unusual. We need a exact solution as our money got deducted but no delivery of car which we specified. We have been waiting since 1and half a month but still they are postponing the delivery. As per descriptions car should be delivered on the next day of sanctioned loan amount credited to them, but they were so irresponsible in dealing with this.

        I recently booked a tata altroz car xo from oberoi Motors (karanprayag, uttrakhand) with a booking amount of rupees 10000.
        Due to some personal reasons i had to cancel the booking.
        Not it has been more than a month, and I've not been issued any refund from their side( oberoi motors).
        I've called them so many times, but they are not giving satisfying response to me.
        It has been mentally tiring for me to take to them on daily basis.

        Please look into this matter as it is against the trust of the people that generally public has for tata motors in the country.

            Sir i have booked my car tata tiago xza (mh47an3629) is booked for service for 28-8-20 time 9.00 am. Your service center message me come before 15 minites i come on 8.50 and no body attend me till 9.25 then your service advisor come mr. Prakash karkare ([protected]) and round 10 minites then he attend me and behaving like he favour me for service in covid time i told i book before 10 days then you told me you come 9.30 because of covid why you message me on 27-8-20 you come 15 minites earlier then he argueing with me and then told me today not service you pickup your car tomorrow then i shouted on him then he told me ok i will give today 5.00pm but like he favour me. This not tata culture to harassing customer.

                I booked i booked tata nexon 1.2l petrol engine on the 7th of july from the dealer gokulam motors, chennai. It has been 55 days now and i still haven't recieved the vehicle. It has been more than the required waiting time for nexon.

                Whenever i call the dealership and area manager mr. Ganstan, they state that tata motors, pune haven't billed the vehicles yet and only upon their billing will the vehicle start from pune.

                I completely acknowledge the current pandemic and other situations. But taking more than 50 days of time for a delivery is really disappointing.

                They are neither updating the customers regarding what's happening as well. I really wish i get a solution for this.

                    I had purchased tata harrier car in oct 2019 from tata concorde motors (Mysore road branch - bangalore - karnataka) but yet to receive the rc card. Concorde motors has been shut down now and i have been following up with rto but they are saying hsrp is not pushed from dealer and there is no accountability from tata motors to address the issue.

                    Its been close to one year and i haven't received rc card. Extremely pathetic and horrible service from tata motors. If service cannot be rendered, tata motors should stop selling cars. Pl let me know the contact person who can address this issue, person who is now handling the issue is of no help.

                        This is to report about the unprofessional service done for our car tata tiago 2020 by the muthoot kottarakara service center.
                        Our car met with a minor accident and was given to mentioned service center for repair on 11th aug'2020 as well as for the first service.
                        Since the spray painting was done with out proper covering, small dot paint stains appear all over the glass of the entire vehicle and the polish of plastic parts were also dimmed due to mishandling.

                        We called the service center and reported our complaint but did not receive proper response.

                        Please look into the matter and hope to receive kind response at the earliest.

                          Booked tata tigor at hartron (Badshahpur) where delivery date was confirmed to me 25th july, 20.
                          Which was failed and further date was confirmed to me 10th aug, 20.
                          That also failed and still i am wating for my car delivery.
                          Other details are as attached.

                          No further date has confirmed to me.
                          Even, agency executives behaviour also not ok.

                          I have booked tata nexon XZA+ from Pune, Bafna motors on 19th August 20.
                          Today 24th October 20, I still haven't received my car.
                          It was said 4-6 weeks but right now i am on going to 10 weeks.

                          Really disappointed by the time taken by tata nexon late delivery.
                          Booked Tata Altroz at Malik Motors (Hyderabad) on October 4th. Delivery date was confirmed within 3 to 4 weeks.
                          I couldn't receive in 3 to 4 weeks as promised, I was asked to wait for another week. Even after waiting for one more week no confirmation on delivery date. 7th week is almost going to be completed and I still don't have the delivery date.
                          Really disappointed with the delivery delay. Request you to look into this and have the car delivered as soon as possible.

                          Booked Tata Altroz XE Rythm Red Color at Select Cars Nagole Dealership (Hyderabad) on Dec-21-2020. Delivery date was confirmed within 6weeks
                          I couldn't receive in 6 weeks as promised, I was asked to wait for another 2 weeks. Even after waiting for two more weeks no confirmation on delivery date. 9th week is completed and I still don't have the assured delivery date.
                          Really disappointed with the delivery delay. Request you to look into this and have the car delivered as soon as possible.
                          I booked my nexon XMS petrol on 14/06/21. They have promised me to deliver within 6 weeks. And they changed the date 2 times. But still they are not sure about the delivery date. Even they told me that i can cancel my booking if i cannot wait. Really sad experience.

                          i booked NEXON XMS about 120 days ago and i didnot recieve any communication from the dealer on date of delivery. I have been following up with sales guys and they are not sure about allotment from manufacturing and the delivery.

                          I doublt if others are getting it early & i wanted to know how.

                          on March 12, 2022, waiting period was 80 days, Further they extended it to 95 days.

                          Till now July 5 2022, there is no information from the dealer and further they are extending It. Even
                          after waiting for more than 3 months they are not giving me confirmation on delivery date.

                          Really disappointed with the Tata automobiles management services.

                          Request you to look into this matter as soon as possible as my waiting period is over.

                              I have done my second service for my Nexon recently and from then front tyre disk started rusting. That rusting remains same even if I drove vehicle for more than 500kms. I'm pretty sure my vehicle is not prone to any water and we don't have any rains aswell. I sent all the pics to that servicing center but till now I didnt get any response. I have never expected this quality from one of the top Indian car manufacturer.

                                  Dear sir/ma'am,
                                  This is mr. Manimaran, lecturer, psg hospitals coimbatore visited your dealer tafe access, coimbatore, tamilnadu on 07/08/2020 to book tata altrorz xt vehicle. All negotiation was nice and booked the vehicle also the same date with rs:21000/- booking amount. They promised to deliver the vehicle within 15days. The next day they called me and said we are going to book the vehicle so please complete the bank procedure to avoid delay for delivery so i went to the bank personally and completed the fund process and sent it to them within a day. But afterwards there is no communication from the dealer even if i call them also they are not lifting. Finally today the manager lifted and gave it to his assistance. She said that delivery will take another 15days. I was shocked she simply said cut down the call. Is this the way to behave with customers? After booking the vehicle the customents will become the slave to the dealer isn't it?. I have launched the complaint against the dealer with tata motors customercare, the complaint no is[protected]. Still i didn't get any solution for that. Kindly checkout that are needed as soon as possible. We are pleased to support the indian make. But in between this type of people spoiling the bride of tata motors. I have checked their google review also, all were saying the same. Please concern this issue seriously otherwise they will take this liberation to the next level. Below i have mentioned and attached the address and contact details of the dealer and booking receipt respectively. You please kindly enquire and take necessary action. Nowadays the tata motors are getting good reviews but these people spoil for their own benefit.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have purchased tata altroz on 12th of march 2020 from sagar motors noida. At the time of delivery i was informed that due to corona the wrist band is not available as the goods from china will take some more time to reach india.
                                    Till today i have not given the band that makes the car delivery incomplete. Now i can see that tata mototrs has again started the marketing of altroz, therefor the old pendings should be completed without further delay.

                                      Hi this is m. Shyamalatha from khammam - telangana. Here i booked tiago xt in venkata ramana auto showroom. At the time of booking they literally confused me to book the vehicle by telling this is tge last vehicle and next will comes in september. So i paid for it. Now the problem is financiers doesn't allowed me to take bank loan due to existing loans are higher than my annual income. At tge time of booking they told me we will refund you the amount in two days if cancellation happens. But now they saying we will deduct 1000rs cancellation fee. For what?? And remaining amount will takes 15 days time they replying. I'm sure definitely i don't buy any tata car in future by getting this type of rude attitude from tata employees. I want my money back till monday evening. Otherwise i'll go with my according.

                                        We have booked tata tiago xz+ grey on july 22nd and dealer has promised to deliver between jul 31st to aug 3rd. Applied bank loan on 23rd and got sanction letter on 29th july. They postponed delivery week after week and kept me waiting till now. Keeping the delivery aside, today they informed me that prices were increased. Already i got irritated about the delay in delivery and now one more added to my frustration. I have already raised multiple complaints in tata motors official youtube channel and shared my contact details and dealer information but no response till now. Who will wait months to take delivery with increased price than promised at the time of booking.

                                        We are not accepting such a irresponsibility from the side of such a reputed firm like tata motors.
                                        We need the delivery alteast this month with promised price at the time of booking.
