I have just newly owned a tata tiago from bimal tata motors guwahati, at first i was very happy but after couple of days i have faced some serious issue regarding my headlamps, i. E - when i engaged the higher beam the lower beam turns off automatically, that creates a huge blind spot between fog lamp beam and higher beam, and when i visited twice in bimal's service center, they are completely clueless about this issue, and they are only giving me the next date, so i request you to please look into this matter seriously, so i can enjoy the night drive too.

    nexon vehicle not delivered

    Hi concerned persons, i've booked tata nexon xm petrol variant on july 14 by paying 21, 000 rs. Under sree auto dealership, tumkur karnantaka pin : 572107.

    By the time i was booking the vehicle, dealer promised me to deliver the vehicle on july 31st. So hoping i will get the vehicle delivered on that day, i paid the complete amount of the vehicle (Major part from car loan) and waited for the response from the dealership. But...

      I have tata nano automatic - tn 13 d 3143. I had a problem of automatic gear was not working and car is not starting. With road side assistance my car has been taken to tafe access limited, greams road, chennai - 600006.
      My car issue has been taken care by 2 people. One is mr. Harry - gm and service advisor - mr. Poothiraja.
      Mr. Poothiraja communicated to me that automatic gear change motor gone, battery down, ac cooling not there. I have given clearance to do.

      My issue starts here. When i received the bill - it was shock to me.
      For material the amount is 5360
      For labour the amount is 7280.
      It was a real surprise.
      I have gone in to the details.
      For the motor fixing they charged 1770 rs, and for diagnosing the issue with laptop programming charges as 531 rs.
      For ac they have charged the gas. But it was billed under labour and no details available that how much gas has been charged. For this they charged 2360 rs. When i asked poothiraja - he said they have charged 450ml. I dont know what does it means. For charging 450 ml of gas not even a kg - they have charged me 2360 rs/
      I have give for a service.
      It is the responsibility of tafe to clean the car and give back to me.
      For cleaning also they have charged me 790 rs.
      For brake cleaning 1062 rs/
      I am totally annoyed by seeing the bill and the way charges have been made.

      This is the first time i am giving my car service to tafe, since concord motors in ambattur has been closed.
      But what has happened to me is forcing me - not to step in to tafe again.

      I am 20 years customer for tata, i felt this time - i have been ditched.

      I don't need justification for the billing, but i need the solution why it has been billed enormously.

      And when the car has been given back to me, there was no information on the fuel level. When i taken the car for trail - almost the fuel level was empty.

      When i asked the billing details from both of them - no answer.
      Both said we will check and come back.

      Still one rupee is valid in india.

      Money can be paid for reasonable things.
      But tafe billing system itself - not a customer oriented.

        Purchased altroz zx petrol from berkely tata motors, chandigarh (Ut) on 09 july 20. Shocking to know that tata company provides steel spare wheel with the car which has alloy wheels. Absolute mismatch. Moreover the drive is jerky and kpl is only 10.14 against claimed kpl of 21. Above drawbacks drives one away from purchasing any tata car in future.

          Hello Concerned Person,
          This is Avi Johri, booked Tata Nexon Xz+ (o) single tone petrol manual model with foliage green colour on 25th of July 2020 from Ujjwal automotive showroom Nandurbar, and i was made sure that i will be receiving the same within the first week of august, but still car is not delivered to me. Everytime I need to make followups
          I need to go to my home city which is ajmer in rajasthan, and in the current situation as public transport is not safe, so i chose to buy a personal vehicle which was also my dream from a long time
          But due to this unfortunate experience i will have no option to cancel my booking and head home by renting a cab.
          So i request you to please look into the matter and let me know the updates ASAP.

            I had purchased tata tigor one month back and finished first servicing on 08.08.2020 and suddenly my car not starting, i called toll free number and they sent a techician guy, the problem is not solved by him and they need to tow my car to showroom and get it resolved.. This is not the 10 years old car... Just one month old and am facing this issue.. Did i buy the defect piece... Why do i need to face issues with this car... How do i know that the car is not defective and is there any chance of exchange or return on this car?

              Tail parcel tray and glove box

              I am prabhash t, brought a tata nexon car from trivandrum motors. The costumer executive shows a test drive vehicle in to my home on last month.in that vehicle i saw the fully fitted accessories. But in my vehicle i cant see the tail parcel tray and glove box. Why they says it is not fitted in this type of car. I am already to pay that the amount of that accessories when you says before booking the vehicle. I think it is the reason for reducing...

              I had purchased a vehicle from treo tata motors safdarjung delhi. My registration is from himachal pradesh and i had done it. I receivead adocument for number plate from rto which i had submitteed in dealership. They are asking for 2000rs for number plate. But i had read that govt had made a amaendment last year that dealer had to provide hsrp plate without charging anything. Becauuse hsrp charge is already included in vehicle cost.
              So what should i do now.

                  While booking my tata nexon vehicle they are agreed to issue basic kit in foc, but on delivery day only matt's i have get remaining basic kits not yet received, many times i went to show room for asking basic kits they are saying products came sir but not suitable for ur car, these products are bs4 model, ur car is bs6 they saying, please come after 2 days ur products will come, after 2 days i went again they are saying, sir products came they are not fitting to ur model, basic car parts came like that saying, if i called to showroom response is not good, hospete tata showroom manager guru speaking in harsh language.

                      Tata Motors is selling Tata Tiago AMT model which has "Jerking" as a characteristic.

                      This has been confirmed by the technical heads of the company on mail itself.

                      Company should inform customers at the time of selling such products which has "Jerking" as a characteristic.

                      Tata motors is not capable of making AMT cars.

                          I've made a booking of Tata Nexon XZA+ O from A G Motors, Amritsar, Punjab on 22 july 2020. I've paid the booking amount of 21000. Now i want to cancel my booking due to some financial crisis however the agent (Vicky Rai) s refusing to refund the booking amount.
                          He is saying, you have to buy this car..
                          Please look into this matter otherwise i have to lodge a complaint at local police station.

                            मेरी कार टाटा टियागो up16bp7153 है ।जो कि मैने आग 2017 में ली थी। तब से कई बार मे पार्ट चेंज करा चुका हो हर बार जो पार्ट खराब होता है उसी को बोल देते है कि वारण्टी में नही है। ac की पाइप, डीज़ल फ़िल्टर, और लॉक फिच अब मेरी गाड़ी का एक दरवाजा खुला रहता है ।2500/-का पार्ट्स बताया है ।जब वारण्टी दी थी तब तो कुछ नही बताया कि ये नही डालेगा इस वो नही डालेगा ।इतनी महंगी गाड़ी खरीदो और उसके बाद वारंटी लो फिर भी सभी पार्ट्स के पैसे दो ये क्या है।सागर मोटर्स ग्रेटर नोएडा में मैने सर्विस कराई जो नार्मल सर्विस 6552/-की हुई ।मर.आलोक मिश्रा जी यहा मैनेजर है जो कोई हेल्प नही कर सकते बस इतना कह देते है ये पालिसी में नही है।प्लीज इस पर कार्यवाही कर।

                              Dear Sir. Tata Customer Care I am not receiving any positive response from the Tata dealer. It seems that the Tata dealers or service center do not understand their customer responsibilities well yet only time is passing when talking to the dealer If I do, the dealer says that you contact Tata Customer Care because your Tata Nexon car is bs6, we will not be able to solve its engine and when talking to customer care, I am told that we will contact the dealer and call you Will back up, I do not know what is going on. My car is bad since July 25, which I bought only 15 days ago. I have only been able to run 400 kilometers so far. In these 15 days, on July 25, my car engine suddenly stopped. And all the functions of the car were off. I had heard that the company provides help to its customer in 10 minutes while the help came to me on July 26, 2010 at 2:30 pm. I have not been able to find anything correctly since it was parked with the dealer says I will take time I am very upset please help me this is the mobile number of Tata Motor Dealer 9155211000

                                We have purchased 47 nos of tata sa1212tc 4x4 through gem (Government e-market place), several request sent over email and phone to issue the service schedule for these vehicles for availing the 3 free services. No reply received. No response to my phone calls.

                                  I have bought tata nexon from hartron motors sector 18 in july. Till the time i have given the money they were all nice and courteous.. But lapse happened when they handed over me the car without fuel... I was able to drive just 3 kms frontage showroom and car got stuck and i managed to push the car to the petrol pump...in first day of buying... How cheap that sounds no. It is so unethical and unprofessional approach... Showroom is also out of stock for seat covers for nexon... They have taken the money and now it's a month they are not even picking the callisto update for same... Ideally tata motors should cancel the franchise of hartron on this unprofessional and unethical behaviour of the staff and showroom. I am already have a creta.. And never faced thos kind of awkward situation before... This type of behaviour from the showroom and staff would only lead to loss of sales of tata cars... This is
                                  Anyhow impacting the image of tata... Hartron come later on..

                                  I am lodging a formal complaint against mr naveen sales manager.. Mr gulshan accounts officer... And mr malik for not providing the adequate training to the staff for providing better service...
