A petrol varient tata tiago xt was purchased on jan 1st 2017 in adishakti motors shimoga.. While registering the vehicle adishakti motors have registered as diesel varient instead of petrol varient with registration number as ka 14p 8975 insurance for the 1st two years was done by adishakti motors but they have not told about the wrong registration. Now while renewing the policy we came to know that our vehicle is registered under diesel varient.. The same thing was discussed with registration representative having phone number [protected] and also having email id : [protected]@adishakticars.com where in the person has admitted the mistake committed by them and have confirmed that rectification will be done shortly. However even after repeated reminders through mail and phone calls which is not being received now.. Our issue is not yet resolved because of which we are facing constraint in renewing our policy.. Request tata motors to take stringent action on adishakti motors shivamogga who do not fit for being a dealer to your esteemed company and kindly resolve our issue by making necessary rectification in rto

    आम्ही कोल्हापूर येथील आपले डीलर चेतन मोटर्स कडून tata lp 912/42, wb, 2*2 school bus bs iv कोटेशन दिनांक २४/२/२०२० रोजी घेतलेले आहे. संबंधित डिलरचे श्री. सलीम हुदली व श्री.प्रशांत गायकवाड यांनी पहिला डिस्काउंट नाही म्हणाले, नंतर ३९००००/- डिस्काउंट देतो बोलले, नंतर ४८००००/- डिस्काउंट देतो म्हणाले आणि शेवटी संबंधित डिलरचे श्री. सलीम हुदली व श्री.प्रशांत गायकवाड यांनी आम्हास सदर गाडी घेणेसाठी ची रु. ५ लाख डिस्काउंटची ऑफर दिनांक ०५/०३/२०२० रोजी एसएमएस द्वारे दिलेली आहे. मेल द्वारे द्या म्हणता तसा मेल करता येणार नाही असे सांगितले. परंतु त्यात ते म्हणतात बुकिंगसाठी सर्व एक्स शोरूम ची रक्कम भरावी लागेल आणि गाडी उपलब्ध झाली नाही तर तुमची रक्कम तुम्हाला परत दिली जाईल. याचा अर्थ काय?
    आम्ही त्यांना म्हणालो आम्ही १ टक्का टाटा फायनान्स करणार आहोत आणि गाडी घेणार आहोत. फायनान्स घेणार असाल तर डिस्काउंट मिळणार नाही. तदनंतर आम्ही बुकिंग रक्कम भरतो परंतु आम्हास चेसिस नंबर आणि इंजिन नंबर मागितला तर आमचेकडे सध्या गाडी उपल्बध नाही आम्ही दुसऱ्या डिलरकडून मागवून देणार आहे.
    शेवटी आपणास गाडी देता येणार नाही असं संबंधित डीलर कडून मेल आला आहे. संबंधित डीलर ना आपलेकडून योग्य त्या सूचना व्हाव्यात हि विनंती.

    सोबत कोटेशन आणि मेलची प्रिंट जोडलेली आहे. आम्ही एका शाळेस सदर स्कूल बस देणगी देणार आहोत. तरी संबंधितांना टाटा फायनान्स उपलब्ध करून देणेसह निस्वार्थपणे केलेल्या मागणीप्रमाणेची स्कूल बस त्वरित उपलब्ध करून देणेच्या सूचना आपलेकडून व्हाव्यात हि विनंती.

      I received the same fake interview letter via email on 2nd march 2020 by the name of tata motors. This is not the first time, few days back i received the same email by the name of bajaj motors which i deleted. I can see complaints pouring in from last year but no strict action is being taken and many innocent job seekers are being trapped in this manner. This cyber crime should be addressed immediately, as they are making use of reputed company names which are not only harming reputation of these companies but also duping candidates by asking for deposit of an initial refundable security amount in favor of company hr account for the sum of rs. 12, 625/- into the (Axis bank).

          My self kamal hassan. I purchased new tata safari strom registration no. Is pb70d8117 and it's running only 8000 kms. I am facing 3 problems.

          1.) engine oil leakage.
          2.) when the speed is above than 75 then steering is vibrate automatically.
          3.) the smoke create black spots on gear bumper and tail gate.
          Please help me. I visited many times in mohali tata motors. But they don't give any solution. I faced many harassment. They give my wrost product. I paid for new product but they give me wrost product.
          I want to change my product.
          Please help me.

            Resp. Sir, my car number is mh17 bx 2631. This is to reveal that since last eight months i am using nexon xz+. I have complained about the key to nearest delear at nasik/rahata regarding it's cells. I came to know that the cells are not available in delears inventory.
            I had to purchase the cells in local market but are not durable. First of all i don't know that how can a cell discharge within four months of purchase of car?
            Secondly when i tired to open the door manually it opens but the siren starts as if theft alarm. Is there any remedy to start a car manually when the key cells get discharged? Otherwise there is no use of this expensive car in case of emergency.
            Yesterday night only i faced this problem. Is it not a flaw in this high tech car? please help me out to solve this problem.

              Dear team, approximate 10 days before i bought tata tiago xz from moga garrison motor pvt ltd. I paid all my dues but still i don't have my car's registration number or number. I request to showroom that i have to go pathankot today for bussiness meeting so plz arrange on priority. Afterthat they do not pick my call.
              I request you that please help me out from such a trouble. Really its very very poor service which effect goodwill of tata motor in moga. This is 2nd instance with me.in insurance they input my name wrong. My name in all docs is amandeep kumar and the insurance which the showroom booked for my car in the name of amandep kumar.
              M not getting my 2nd key of my car.

              Insurance.
              And all relevant docs.

                I have booked a car i krupex tata motors, electronics city, bangalore. There sales manager mr. Girish was one waste person in that show room, he doesn't know how to behave with customers. After paying booking amount he is telling that you have to take this you have to take. Actually that things are not required, otherwise cancel your booking like that he is speaking. He don't know how to deal customers and he had worrest behaviour. Please take necessary actions against this kind of people otherwise over all tata group will end up with bad name. His no is +[protected].

                  Insurance : 36510
                  Life tax : 93930
                  Hyp fees : 1500
                  Fastag : 600
                  Logistics charges : 6500
                  Essential accessories : 10220
                  Total : 918260

                  I want to buy insurance and fastag on my own, but the dealer says it is mandatory to buy from them. I have right to buy insurance and fastag on my own. There is also logistics charges levied on top of ex showroom price which is illegal as ex showroom price includes all the transportation and handling charges. i want to understand why insurance, fastag and logistic charges are mandatory to pay to the dealer? I have huge respect for tata, but i feel it lacks in transparency towards customers. Please address my concern.

                      I had given my vehicle mh05ca1447 on 25th january 2020 for teflon coating and antirust
                      However during the routine cheque service engineer sudarshan motors konegaon kalyan found some leakage in amt related part there was oil leakage.
                      He asked me change part as vehicle is in warranty and if we don't change now vehicle will have problem. So i agreed to change the part. An oral commitment was made to deliver me vehicle next week. However to my surprise when i called they said will take a day for liquid calibration. I waited upto monday of next to next week. Again i enquired for my vehicle now they were saying that the part is not matching the software and we need to another amt kit for it to work..
                      My vehicle was in running doing absolutely fine.. Now they have changed parts and gears are not shifting properly.. I interacted with them and they suggested a new amt kit.. So they ordered new amt kit. So now from 5th feb till now they have ordered the part and they are yet to recieve it..
                      I don't understand why so much time for parts and if it's so why are they committing that vehicle will be fine in next week
                      Now it has taken almost 3 week just for part to come and then they will fix it and do trial run. They tried to fix another new amt part however now that is also not working. God know what is going to happen. To my knowledge or thinking a wrong part was installed or faulty part was installed that y vehicle had problem. I request u to look into this and take appropriate action

                        Brand new vehicle jan 2020 purchased had so many problems.

                        1. From black spot inside in interior. (Image attached) no solution yet.
                        2. Centrol locking not working.
                        3. Door locking not operational.
                        4. Car engine stopped in slope. (Applied hand brake)
                        5. Coolant oil leakage on next day of delivery (Now fixed).
                        6. Car automatic doesn't work if i switched to neutral in traffic signal.
                        7. Car ovrm automatic was faulty. (Now fixed)

                        I wonder did i buy second hand car or brand new from tata? Too much struggle. Can someone accept ugly black spot in their new car?

                          As above mentioned vehicle is tata lps 4018/2017 /euro iv. We send the vehicle for service job work at satyakabir automobiles p ltd. Udaipur on dated 09/02/2020

                          We think that tata motor is committed for best & reliable service for his customers. But their authorized center are doing just opposite of tata policies.

                          When our vehicle served at your authorized center they using second had damage wiring (Accident vehicles wiring) for repairing of the said vehicle at the part of service card no are jc-satkbr-up[protected] dated 09/02/2020 job they charges 3 times of charges for cleaning, installation of egp, catalyst + cleaning amount is 1517/- from others tata authorized service center. Also charges of 1250/- service charge in the name of main wiring repairing. On 02/02/2020.

                          Also when we contact for the repeating of the service issue in 03 days they representative of satyakabir said that it is normally happens this is electric folt we are not responsible for that.

                          Same vehicle again gone for same work at supreme service center p ltd at 13/02/2020 jab card no jc-suipii-dp[protected] they charge 550/- only.

                          When we contact to satyakabir owner they using abused language with us.

                          After the all episode we try to discuss the problem to tata person mr. Lokesh nath g on what up msg, still no reply.

                          We hoop take our feedback is necessary for in this market situation where tata trying to lead the cv industry.

                          Pl do the needful things for customers like us.

                            It's been 2 months when the vehicle was purchased from your dealer rp jhunthra automobiles bathinda punjab.
                            Mileage has been very poor and the same never improved after getting it addressed for more than 5 times.
                            I have checked myself also the way it was explained and it has never been more than 10 km/ lt which far below 16km/lt which was minimum assured.
                            Service department of the concerned dealer may be is not competent to address and resolve the same.
                            I have lost a lot of money till date with no solution.

                              I tried to contact tata motors customer care regarding my issue but the response was pathetic. I even mailed with mail i'd [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@tatamotors.com but there was no reply. I am trying in this forum and complaint is that i booked altroz and had quotation mentioning insurance as 39030 but the actual premium charged was 33687 higher than my quotation. And i have already paid the quoted amount of 826687 in full and today took the delivery of the car. Kindly look in to the matter and reply as soon as possible.

                                I have been using tata nexon. Due to some technical baring issue raised early days of new car i have been offered for a replacement recon engine. After replacing it under warranty. Now the issue started with tappet cover on engine, there is a frequent oil leakages since the engine was replaced and i have been informed to tata motors about this problem for which they have replaced tappet cover multiple times.in a recent replacement two days ago again i have the same problem repeating. Now i have trust issues with replaced engine from tata as it is mentioned reconditioned. Tata motors needs to look in to it and give a permanent solution for my problem.

                                    After i got the car (From the 2nd free service), after two days, a weird creaking noise started coming from inside the bonnet, whenever the gear shifts. I ignored it for a few days, but it was getting worse. Whenever the gear shifted and when the rpm was between 1500 and 2000, the noise became so evident. I took the car to the tata concord showroom on hosur road read dairy circle. Ever since, i have been there 6 times. 2 times even on a single day. They sent me back every time saying that there is no issue with the car. And the manager, one mr. Fayaz, even gave me the following explanation – “madam, small noise is there. But we checked all the regular parts as per protocol. We are not able to identify what the issue is. You please continue driving. When the issue aggravates and the noise becomes unbearable, then it would have affected some other part of the car, which we can see. That time we can rectify the problem”. This happened last saturday (7th feb 2020).

                                    I cannot begin to imagine what level of dumbness did he think i was at.
                                    This is not my first time driving a car or sitting inside a car. If the noise comes while the gear shifts, then isn’t it plain common sense that the gear box needs to be checked (Given that they have checked all the other moving parts)?

                                    Anyway, finally i told them that i need it fixed, the sound is too much. Please note that whenever they sent me back, i had to take a whole round, drive the car for some time and then come back wading through the dairy circle traffic.

                                    As per their instructions, i left my car today at the showroom at 07:00 am. I got a slip which stated that i am the first customer for today. However, i never got a call back or any acknowledgement from the showroom, until i called mr. Fayaz at 12:00pm.

                                    He said, “madam, advisor prashanth kumar will get in touch with you. He is busy with walk-in customers. So we have not checked your car till now”.

                                    I cannot begin to explain my anger and frustration at the callous nature and attitude of the people at the showroom. They just don’t care.

                                    In the mean time i raised a formal complaint against the showroom. Complaint number[protected].

                                    I get a call around 30 minutes later from prashanth kumar saying that, they are checking my car, and only by evening he can tell me what the issue is with the car.

                                    I cannot begin to tell you how frustrated and disappointed i am with the customer service that i have received so far from the tata concord showroom. The people there are callous, irresponsible, and extremely dismissive. I regret that i bought a car which cannot be serviced properly.

                                    After this i was called for joint test drive and they continued to ignore my complaint. They said it was operational noise. I left the vehicle there and came back. After an hour they called and confirmed that they heard the noise and they claim to have changed the clutch kit in a day. I again did the test drive and still continue to get the creaking noise at the same rpm at all gears.
