My family just buy a tata nexon xm but we just found a column of logistics charge of rs. 5500 by the dealer here in indore (Shyam automotive), which by no means is legal. So may i know why is tata group, silent on this illegal practice taking place at the dealership. Either tata group doesn't want our business or are just are manipulating along with the dealers to make quick money. Seems like every tata motors achieve something good is the tata dealers which let them down. Sorry, but totally hopeless dealers.

    I've booked new nexon facelift xza+o petrol model at kht motors whitefield bengaluru on 2nd feb 2020.

    As conveyed by the sales manager that delivery will be done on or before 28th feb 2020; yesterday i called to check status of the delivery but now they are telling we don't have any update and we might get some update by end of feb 2020.

    What the hell is this!

    Simply they are delaying to charge more invoice amount, as price
    Will be increasing surely for this vehicle.

    Issue for gear box not work proper from the date of purchase and one extra tyre or stapnie is not work properly the tyre is not good thanks

      All payment and loan disbursement completed before 7th jan. Still there sales person finding excuses to delay delivery.

      I am paying emi of car loan without owning a car now.

        Dear sir,

        My tata tiago xz petrol car up 70 dq 0504- engine no - revtrn02ntyk28318 have some trouble.
        After sharing whatsapp video it was reveal that some fuse problem, i requested to send electrician but customer care insists for toeing the vehicle.
        The tata service centre is outskirt of prayagraj so i requested to attend my vehicle on payment basis but toeing the vehicle was their opinion which i not understand.

            I have purchased my tata tiago vehicle (Ka51mm7563) 11 months ago, surprisingly i am now seeing black dots are present on car front and back side, when i see bonnet, i would thought like it happened for something fallen but when i saw backside of car, there are so many black dots and some are present inside tata symbol, xt symbol etc.. And i am sure this cannot be done by human intentionally who loves a car (Please see image). If i remove those black dots, i can see silver body.

            I had given my car for servicing to your kht motors and i have told to fix it under warranty period, but i got update that warranty team denied this, i am sure that team denied for every customer if claim under 11 months warranty, probably they would surprised paint will never shade because tata trust their car body paint lot but i never as customer. I took the vehicle as kht manager promised to speak to warranty department get it fixed, but still they denied it

              My name is imtiyazul haq, i am living in kasmir village ussan tehsil pattan, any person (Who i dont know) has booked a tata motor vehicle bearing regs. No: jk09b - 1493 but he has put my mobile number at the registration and i am getting calls and messages from tata motors or locals service centers, i want confirm that my number has been put wrongly in the registration form i dont have anything with this vehicle, any anti - national activity if done by the said person will be his responsibility.

              मैने 2014 में tata zest xt कार ख़रीदा है, उसमें लगभग 6 माह से anti theft warnig sound आटोमेटिक बजता है, जिसके कारण पूरा मोहल्ला परेशान है, मैं तीन बार tata मोटर्स जगदलपुर में सर्विस center हो आया लेकिन कोई काम नहीं हो पा रहा है !                 Tata motors saibaba automobiles in pune coated me with insurance of rs rs 106134 for 3 yrs zero dept and offered a discount of rs 15000 for new tata nexon xz+ diesel variant. When i enquired future generali i got same insurance at rs 50352 for same idv value i. E 969, 569 and other benefit given by tata.

                Zero dept insurance in quotation 106134
                Discount offered by tata = 15000 (Already included in onroad pricing).
                Total insurance cost after discount deduction - rs 90134
                Actual insurance future generali amount by tata (Done through dealer)-75850.
                Individual quotation from future generali for same idv = rs 50352.

                So total difference in insurance is rs 39782.
                On the one side tata is offering me discount of rs 72020 on road price 1272020 and they are charging hefty amount of rs 40000 in insurance itself and i am sure the will charge the rest in rto process.

                I have already purchased the car as the amount was paid and and after raising complaint there was no response from Tata team. I just wanted to enquire that if i got the insurance quotation for 50352 from future Generali for Same Idv Value then why Tata is charging 75840 for same insurance if its done through dealer. Also a rule has been made by dealer to not deliver vehicle without insurance and registration.

                  I had purchased a tata tiago from kht motors whitefield bangalore. I also purchased a tata aig insurance as well from the showroom.

                  Recently i had an accident where the entire left portion of my car got damaged. But to my surprise the insurance guys only approved the front door and left front bumper. They did not approve the rear door and rear lamp.

                  Please let me know what is bumper to bumper insurance? Why is this not being approved. If i do not get this approved, i would be escalating this further and also would not go for tata aig insurance in future.

                    I had asked for the quotation of Altroz petrol variant from the Wasan Tata motors, chembur, Mumbai 400071. In the quotation they have mentioned 9100 as logistic charges including Fast tag. Fast tag costs only 600-500 rs. No other dealership ask for these kind of excessive logistic and handling charges of 8600. They are asking 9100 for handling charges which is illegal as per high court judgement also. It is malpractice being done other showroom in Mumbai also. Tata motors is doing nothing in this regard.

                    I purchased Tata NEXON from PUNEET AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD ( a dealer in Lucknow) But they gave me defective car as the paint on the roof of the car is patchy and uneven. This is unacceptable please look into the matter.
                    Attached is the Receipt of the car where chasis no is given.
                    I serviced my tata tiago about 2 months back. After that service my central locking system is not working properly and the front speakers are not working too. Before getting it to the service center the music system was working good.

                      I had a pathetic experience with the sales and service team at tata motors.

                      I am experiencing issues since couple of months with my tata tiago zxa bought in february 2019.

                      Issue :
                      The engine misfires while taking a start gives a sound, the car won't move anywhere until you keep pushing the throttle till few seconds, this is even worse on an inclined surface. For eg: reversing on an elevated road is a nightmare the engine just won't take it.

                      Complaint :
                      My mother was almost caught in an accident with this issue and in my absence, she took the car to the service station where they denied to notice anything.

                      I flew back to the town and experienced the exact situation. The service team said its normal for a car to perform like this.

                      I asked the sales team for a trail car to compare mine and was denied, they said they don't have any amt version in stock currently, i then applied brains and called them up as a customer asking to buy an automatic and was promised a test drive the next day,

                      But luck wasn't in my favor they recognized me and gave reasons for the car to be in the workshop for some repairs and denied me a test drive.

                      After couple of hours shouting my brains out, i managed to get it. I drove the trail vehicle and it was perfect i took it to service station and asked the technician to see the difference only then he agreed to admit the flaw.

                      I was surprised to see how the game is played in the dealership.

                      My car is still at the service center with no resolution and i would not stop taking this to a higher level.

                        I also got the job recruitment from quikr.com, and i applied, after one day i got interview call from tata motors, and i got selected for the post of supervisor, and then they asked me to pay rs.2050, for training purpose, and i paid that amount, after 3 days again i got call from them for verification taht is today 31 jan, again they had asked me for rs.1900 for verification and they said it is for refundable, they are calling me with this two numbers that is [protected] (Arosi sharma) and [protected] (Kartik oberoi) and their account no. Is which i send the money that is name of asheesh kumar a/c no. [protected] ifsc code - sbin0000592, so kindly please help me, is this fraud or real one, kindly let me know, in this no. ±[protected]

                          I purchased a tata nexon car from arya motors gurugram on 30/05/2019 and from the date of purchase after driving about 200kms, there was heavy engine sound and vibration and a check engine light warning coming in the speedometer. Even the modes stopped working after that warning signal and it's been like 10 to 15 times i visited the service center and two times flywheel has been changed in my vehicle. And still i m facing this issue. I m totally depressed as i wasted my hard earned money on such vehicle. There is no resolution from any side and my vehicle is still under warranty and i want my nexon vehicle to be replaced with a new one.. Or i will file this case under consumer forum..

                          Nothing will happen my dear brother, you have to bear, there is no value for our belief in tata or they will give any value for our hard-earned money, I was also hardcore tata fan untill I bought a NEXON XM, paid full amount of money, but cheated by gave us 10-month-old rusted vehicle, The solution from tata motors is that "they have completed all PDI " .Dont recommend tata, please to any of your friends or family

                            This is rajashree pattnaik, i have booked xt harrier - white from gugnani auto cars pvt. Ltd. Bhubaneswar odisha. My delivery was being agreed by both the parties was on or before 5th jan 2020. But when i contacted them on 2nd jan 2020, it was informed me that they have sold my booked last piece of white xt harrier to someone else, that to be they have not informed or confirmed the same to me while selling the same. After then, they have given me a new quotation verbally which was hiked rs.50000/- from the earlier one saying that new lunched price for year 2020.
                            I was not interested in the same as in spite of commitments and having my booking with the booking amount they have sold my car.
                            I have given mail for the refund of my booking amount to the dealer as said by them on 2nd jan 2019 but did not receive any kind of reply, i have followed up with them via phone several time for the refund but they are kept on delaying. Already three follow up mail given for the same, but same no response from their side.

                              I bought tata nexon on 29th nov 2019 and the same day i applied accessories on my car from showroom itself worth 14500 rs. Now i've got problem with tata logo with light and they keep saying they don't have logo nor they have double tape to fix it, # man. Double tape hi nahin hai, wow. Special edition kraz k wheel caps bhi nahi hain. How can you say that to the customer that you don't have wheel caps and rest other accessories?
                              They just have one labor in accessories dept and when i bought tata nexon kraz, showroom guys said, they'll send somebody to fix it at my home, but i keep calling them and nobody came so far. I'ld like to take it to the highest level because team leader don't have no information about the cars and don't even pick up my call.

                              Also, first servicing experience was worst ever experience in my life, service given by tata sparsh, matiala, near dwarka and supervisor name - shashi. Plz take it seriously and a serious action against them or i'll file a lawsuit against all of them.

                              When I went to Tata Sparsh Service center Matiala Delhi, they were giving me my Nexon Kraz with a very tiny dent on bonut and when I was complaining about it, they gave me very ### reason and said - Sir kuch ni hota, servicing k liye laaaye ho toh thoda bot aisa ho jata hai n den put some black paint on it to cover it. Shame on them. One wheel cap cost is almost 4000 Rs, m i fool?? Kindly take care of this issue, it's not a small issue, it's just 2 months I bought it. Plz look into the matter and terminate such stupid employees from ur organization who are dipping down Tata's brand.

                              I bought tata tigor i-CNG XZ+ (White Color) from tata sparsh, narela on 23, feb 2022, when i took it to hill area, the light of the ACM would come on and the car would stop racing and not even RPM used to get up
                              When I told this problem to Narela Sparsh, he said that when the problem comes in front o[censored]s, then only we can do something, his response was very messy.

                                Hii i am aman, please take strict action on this service centre located at nallasopara pelhar fata, worst experience of my life, never seen this type of service centre, unskilled labour, unprofessional worker's and employees are hire in this tata service centre and they even don't know how to handle a customer they all are just spoiling the tata name, this service centre don't deserve a single star, i have 3 tata ace tempo and when i came for service they just always disappointed me and in the name of free service they charged money around 2k or 3k and i have many more to say but only negative thing they don't a positive side to say, in the last i just want to say tata is famous for his worst service centre in the world. I am too much frustrated with this service centre.

                                I purchased my 3rd Tata ace tempo around 7 month ago and I delay to on my first service they said your first service date has been gone if you want to do the service then it will charged you then I asked what's my next service date and then they said to me it's in next month's then I said to them okay then I will service my vehicle at next month which is second service and it's should absolutely free but they said it's charged you around 2600rs I said okay and I said to them that engine is producing rattling noise and this sounds is from starting when I purchased this vehicle then they said it's a silence noise you have to change it and it will cost you around 16 thousands and I think this should be in under warranty because this sounds is from the date when I purchased the vehicle but now I think it's my fault I should avoid the Tata vehicle now it's not trustworthy from now onwards I will Stop purchasing Tata commercial vehicles.

                                We give our car to this s service centre last month for second service. After service is done our car making sound while driving on left side... How can resolve this. I am not satisfied with this service of the Tata company...

                                  On dated 1st september 2019, i visited the sab motors at patel nagar and after negotiations with mr. Ravi, a refund of rs 12128/-
                                  Was assured to me for the wrongly quoted the price of said tiago by the executives of sab motors.
                                  In this respect i also submitted the request letter for refund.
                                  Though till date refund not...

                                  Dear sir / madam,
                                  I have booked my tata harrier xt grey colour with treo tata safdarjung show room on 18 sep. 2019. They committed me to give you delivery in 2 weeks. I told them that i will take delivery by 12 oct 2019 for which they got agreed. Also i applied for finance with them as they told me that they are partner with hdfc bank. So when i approached them for delivery then they told me that the car booked for you has been delivered to some one else and it will take 2 more weeks to deliver you the car.
                                  Then i asked them that to cancel my order. But they insisted me to buy another model and they will offer a good deal on this and immediate delivery. So i agreed on their offer and i selected tata harrier xz model for which they told me delivery on 14th oct. But after so many reminder and followup they didn't give me delivery till 19th oct.
                                  So i send them a message to cancel my order.
                                  On 3rd nov. I got a message from hdfc bank that your emi will deduct from your account on 7th nov.
                                  I immediately approached treo motors that how this happens while i have not signed any loan disburse papers. So how you can claim payment from bank. Then they assured me that they will return the bank amount and settle this case with bank within a week.
                                  On nov mid i again visit to their office regarding this case and give them a complaint with whole story then they again told me to that they will settle it in a day.
                                  On 3rd dec i again got a message from bank regarding emi to be deduct on 7th dec. I again visit to their office to clear the matter. Where i met with their avp mr. Ved kaushik. I told him that approximately rs.60000 (Sixty thousand) interest of two months has been deducted from my account so you are requested to settle down this amount with bank.

                                  Mr. Kaushik shows his regret on this and gave me more offers and insisted me that you buy the car and we will give you a good deals again and car accessory too. So instead of creating a mess and put myself in legal action i got agreed to buy it.
                                  They committed me to give me delivery by next day. But when we reach showroom for delivery, the car was not available for delivery. On my objection they told me that they car for another buyer but they will give it to you. It took me 5 hours to take the delivery. I was stranded there with my family for 5 hours.
                                  When they done all billing and got all payments then they started to tell me that there is accessory of rs. 30, 000/- they fitted on it. I refused to pay it as i told them remove it, and i don't want any accessory. But they give me the car delivery with accessory by saying that we will see in this. On delivery time they didn't give me car insurance by saying that there is some problem with online system so not possible to take print out, so they will mail it to me.
                                  At this time i have paid them for my car cost + insurance + cr registration with govt. Authorities.
                                  We started to chase them for insurance and registration but then they started asking for payment of rs. 30, 000/- to which i already refused at the time of delivery. And we got nothing.
                                  Today on 24th jan i again visited to their office for insurance and registration. After lots of arguments they handed over insurance to me but denied to give the registration papers due to which my car is running on temporary number and time is going on.
                                  Dear sir/ madam, you are requested to please look into this matter and help me to get the justice.

                                    Below is the response i i have received from the service center.

                                    Now as stated below, is the vehicle have an accident history then why the parts was not changed at the time of accident, there was many parts replaced under and was claimed to my insurance.
                                    Now, did tata failed to analyze that the steering may also need a replacement?
                                    If so, then who takes a responsibility of a loss of my life incase i would have met with an accident due to this negligence.
                                    Secondly, if tata thought that the part is absolutely fine and need no replacement at the time of accident then what's stopping tata now to cover now under warranty?? Is tata tryin to fool people here? Or the companies intensions is to put the burden on consumer.

                                    Now, mr sohaib, the impact of the left tyre was done by the puncher man, at the time to fixing my puncher he hit the type with an hammer which end up giving a dent to my alloy.

                                    Having said that, the i met with an accident last year, so if the car was working perfectly fine after tata has fixed and handovered to me and now when there is a problem, u are saying that it will not be covered.
                                    Either tata is making fool to consumers or tata do not have enough qualified engineers to examine the fault at this right time to get timely solution.

                                    This question is for all the top directors/ceo of tata motors who are in this email.

                                    I am not at all buying this point which mr. Shoaib informed me as all the pointers are illegitimate.
                                    I am willing to proceed further legally.

                                    Tata motors refused to cover my part however the car in under warranty.
                                    I am extremely disappointed with tata.
                                    According to them the damaged happens when the car met with an accident. However, they did not examin the car and handovered to me and put my life on threat.
                                    According to them if the car was perfectly fine at the time of delivery after accident then why there is an issues now to cover the parts under warranty.
                                    Tata is just trying to put avoid the replacement of this part and trying to put the burden on me.
                                    Please find the attached screenshot of what they respond.
                                    Their own statement states that there was a negligence of proper examine.
                                    Please help me and get this fixed

                                      Break down during school trip on 17/01/2020. The service team from focus motors mavelikkara, alappuzha, kerala has attended on the next day. Now the vehicle was at the same position. At first they said it has been happened by the complaint related with the fuel pump. After the rectification of the same they said the complaint was not with that cause, but about the engine part. They also claim that the battery of the vehicle was not in proper condition. Though it was taken five days for rectification, it was either found or repaired till now. So we hire the vehicle for these four working days.
                                      They were relucted to include the repairing and service by saying your vehicle was already covered the warranty period.in my knowledge these things are related with major engine part which was covered under the warranty.
