Dear all,

Good day,

With due respect i would like to bring kind attention of you all that one of tata motors employee named manmohan jha who is working in tata motors ltd patna office has done cheating with me by keeping me in his own confidence.
The matter is like this: in august 2016, he was in contact with sunmarse motors and also with me with respect to sell my spares and tools. I was not knowing sunmarse so he made all kind of deals with them and called me to hand over the spares and tools as per telcon as well as email communication which is attached.
The truck was send by sumnarse thru him to my place and all the discussed spares as well tools was loaded and dispatched. He took all the responsibility of payment since payment was not done at the time of dispatch and told me to dispatch the spares with truck as per his telcon, my man went to muzaffarpur and was handed over two cheques by sunmarse owner (Bodi kashyap). After receiving the cheque in my hand, i was about to go to bank then manmohan jha called me for not deposit the cheque and he will arrange to send the money thru rtgs. He assured me by showing his influence of being tat motors employee and i also trusted on him because he is the employee of such a renowned and best organization. He told that if sunmarse will not give my money then he will give which he convinced me to believe and i also trusted on him. Since i did not get my money in next 15 days then i realised wrong deeds, during this period manmohan jha kept assuring me to believe and trust on him as he will arrange my money. Till this time i was not having any kind of direct conversation with sunmarse as manmohan jha was doing the mdiator. However when i smelled wrong deeds the i deposited both cheques and both cheques got dishonor due to no balance in account. Same was informed to manmohan jha and still he kept assuring me that do not worry, he will arrange my money "trust me, believe me and all convincing words". I was in touch with him all the time and always he assured to wait and wait and wait...,. Almost after some months when he got fed up with my call for my money. He forwarded bodi kashyap number to talk with her. Here i have talked with her but i was not having any kind of direct deal with sunmarse neighter sunmarse is responding positively because manmohan jha is the person who did this mesh.
It is the manmohan jha who did the deal and took all responsibility for my payment, stopped me for depositing cheque and also for not taking any kind of legal action.
It is going to be 2 years and he kept telling me to wait and wait. As per last telcon with him, he is now refusing to settle my money and washing off his hand from this deal. He is running away from this deal and telling me to look after this matter by yourself.
If he is running away now then why he took all the responsibility for my money, why he stopped me to deposit the cheque, why he kept assuring me from last 2 years that payment will be done if not then he will give.
It is totally unfair and he has shown his cunning, deceiving and defrauding character.
Tata motors "this word is enough to trust" but if employee is like this, defrauder, cunning, deceiving character then how the world will trust on tata motors.
Therefore would like to bring attention of organization to look into above matter.

    Hi tata motors,

    I am a proud tata nexon xz+ customer. I really appreciate tata motors for the efforts that put in to bring the tata motors to the level what they are today and to achieve great success. I congratulate each and every employee of tata motors for their innovative next generation design and wish many more successful launches in years to come.

    But i am very disappointed with the one of the service outlets concorde motors pune. I have been completely misguided by the service advisor and the service was comprised. I am not at all happy with the service at concorde motors. I was shocked when i was asked to give the ratings 10 for all instead.

    Let me pen down the list what i have been through.
    1. During my first service, my floor mats was replaced with the plastic mats.
    2. They did not have common sense to clean the vehicle after service. Roof top had a dirt hand marks and i had raised a complaint for the same.
    3. I had met a minor accident and took vehicle to claim the insurance. During the bodyshop check, service advisor told me that right side mirror would be covered under warranty need not be claimed under insurance. Later, at the time of delivery i was told the mirror cannot be replaced under warranty. That's fine but my question is wasn't service advisor aware that the mirror would not be covered under warranty?. If it is not covered, why was it told at the time of delivery? It could have informed well in advance so that i would have claimed for insurance.
    4. The service was not properly done. The left bumper was not repaired. I realised at the time of delivery and asked service advisor why was it not repaired. The reply was awesome.. He told we only did right side work. I have asked him to do the correction. While making the payment, service man came and told cladding was broken and accessories shop was closed.

    I have also raised a complaint[protected] on 5th sep through tmsc app. I have received call from concorde motors to compromise on the service with 50-50, when i did not agree i received a email stating side mirror is not covered under warranty.

    I am really disappointed with the pathetic service by concorde motors. With this kind of service, it would definitely keep tata motors as local brand only.

    This was my second tata vehicle actually. I will never go for another tata vehicle for sure if this kind of ignorance continues and i strongly recommend others not to go for tata vehicles only because of pathetic service.

    I believe some one from high level will see and listen my query if i post on social site.

      I have purchased tata nexon in november 2017 having engine no. 15crail01nsyw24299 and chassis number mat627162hln11929. From the date of delivery i am complaining about the a/c in the cabin at ur tata service centre.
      I am completely unsatisfied with the result...
      I am not all satisfied with the the a/c. All of my frnds and my family making me fun by saying that {thats y we told yu not to buy tata cars}.
      And the quality problem withall the wheels painting issue especially right side rear wheel, steering wheel, a/c vents and even problem with the door locks r very very poor quality and already brokeup these all r the things making me a unhappy customer.
      Pls resolve me all these issues and find me a solution.
      So i consider it as a manufacturing defect.
      Actually i am looking forward to buy tata harrier... But looking at these issues i am very much afraid to buy tata and to suggest to frnds about the quality of tata...

        Dear sir,
        I purchased tata nexon xe on 04-11-18 from aryaman automobiles. During filling nitrogen gas in all tyres, i found cut in driver side front tyre. When i complaint to the dealer, they said it is a third party product so contact goodyear. After registering complaint with goodyear twice one person came and said that it does not cover under warranty. I again approached with dealer they said it is a third party product and we can't help you.
        Please guide as i am facing this issue since may 2018.

        Today I received a message from aryaman automobiles stating your complaint is concerned with vendor goodyear and vendor has rejected your complaint.so it is not concerned with the dealership.
        Now please suggest as I have purchased nexon from dealer not from vendor so dealer or company is responsible for complaint.

            On 23 august, i have taken my tata hexa to tata sandhu motors pathankot for ac switch part repairing, which was not available as per service executive. I was assured that within 7 days it will be repaired buy they have not demanded my vehicle part as on 10 september. My vehicle is in under warranty period, and service dealer is not responding only. You are requested to take necessary action at the earliest and acknowledge me asap.

                There was call from Wasan Motors, Kandivali that company have recalled your batch no. car for leakage.

                I've been there on time & done everything that they told me
                1) Sir, it was mistake to recall your car for leakage problem
                2) Their is Roof light change in your batch.

                I said okay.

                Then after one Month rain started in Mumbai(generally I used to keep in my cellar car parking) but last rain I was out & I kept outside.
                Problem is due to leakage in my car;
                my car now got fungus everywhere,
                Now my seat cover i have to change.
                Because of all that I missed my important meeting with clients, etc

                I used to suggest everyone to buy Indian car especially Tata car & used to tell them about best service & JLR technology used in Tata Cars.

                Now people are making fun of mine.

                I got my third service at a cost of 10k.
                Because dealer sold me their AMC pack.
                10850rs
                Now my left front seat belt not working.
                Left side back door not working.

                These dealers just sucking blood of customers nothing else.

                  My name is sanjeev kumar, i bought tata tiago xz in december '18. Company is claiming milage of 23 km to 27km/ ltr. But its not implemented on my car as its max 19 on national high way and 12.5 in city. I have visited service center thrice but they failed to provide satisfactory ans. I have driven 6k km till date but still struggling for getting average. I want to raise a complaint against fake commitment or not worthy performance by engine.
                  Even today again i have visited service center but they were clueless.


                  As per my expectations of 18km average is per ltr i have lost below amount till date due ro wrong commitment.
                  6000/18*67 =22311rs fuel expense should be till date

                  What actually i have spent more then as below
                  6000/14*67 29748

                    Dear team,

                    On 22/07/2019, i visited jd autonation, bilaspur, chhattisgarh in order to change tata safari dicor lx - 3l's front radiator fiber grill. Subject to non availability of mentioned spare part, i was charged inr 1000 as advance with the promise to bring the part withing 5 days. I received a call that the part available and i can come and get the work done. Upon visiting on 3/09/2019, i was said that, the ordered part was not available and hence they asked me to adjust with safari storm's front grill which was not at all acceptable. Upon asking them to refund the advance, n number of reasons were given, finally they agreed to refund the amount with so many paper works, which spoiled my time. Still waiting for the amount to be credited. One more thing, if i have an old model car, won't i get the spare part? Is the only option left is to set the car on fire or sell it to a scrap dealer??? Why there is no option as the authorized tata service centres bluntly denies for any support?

                    I own Tata Tiago XE petrol purchased in 2016 and I am facing problem regarding NVH. While driving huge noise comes inside the car from engine compartment. Also for reverse gear it is making big noise. I request you please provide me solution for this. So where I can fix this let me know it in detail.
                    In coimbatore tafe access purley cheat their customers...they have not retify a problems...they have put a used spare parts to the vechile..but they telling new parts they put...purely cheat their customer...very worst service..

                      Sir,
                      I purchased tiago xt, 2018 december, from ncs tata motors kayamkulam, kerala and ran just 2100 km.
                      Now i cant open front left door in front of people because when tried to open or close, it makes big cracker like noice from the joints. And if i take the car in rain both the head lamps gets filled with moisture and takes several days to dry off. My nearest service center is 50km far. Kindly do the needful.

I have promised for car cover during delivery. I have not received car cover during delivery. After regular follow up the sales person mr. Mari praksh told me that i will receive car cover after april 2019. So i waited till april.

                        tata tiago steering problem

                        I have stearing problem in my tata tiago car. When i drive it then its stearing make a noise in movement some time is move round very hard.
                        I went to tata motors gt road kanpur, but they saw it and said please change the whole stearing setup.
                        My question is that only for just make a noise from stearing it will be change only that solution no other solution tata have.

                        Please give me solution about it.

                        I have purchased tata tiago xz novmber2018 from autoplex av jaipur rajasthan there was many problems poor meilge and miss fire. City mielge 10 km per liter iam complaint many time autoplex av jaipur company for servicing cange sipark pulg 2 time but miss fire problem not sole iam not satified

                        I have made so far 2 complaint tollfree number. But more than just a phone call i have not got any solution to this problen.
                        Not satified with tata motor service.

                          rattling sound and gear shift toggles vibrates a lot

                          Its been almost 2 years and my tata tiago xt petrol variant starts developing a rattling sound when i throttle it up along with the gear toggle vibrates a lot. There's a problem too in grear # which sometimes got jammed. Along with the capacity of air conditioning unit doesn't seems to perform well. Even the performance of the car has depleted a lot along with the mileage is not upto the brim as promised in the catalogue....

                          I brought my car(KL 01 CH 8071) on October 06 2018 from Trivandrum Motors in Kerala Trivandrum, In that time i found a few issues in my car. I found that my car under-body and some part of the Bonet having RUST issue. I raised a complaint against the issue and Tata Motors and Trivandrum motors not taking it as a serious issue. I called Trivandrum Motors, again and again, they are not responding to my calls. One day i called Tata Motors, they connected to me with Trivandrum Motors General Manager Mr Sajith. I told Mr Sajith, I'm having a problem of Rust, A noise from my co-driver seat and Dashboard Noise. He solved the above two problems. Please understand that this issue is coming within 2weeks of after purchasing.
                          Trivandrum Motors, employees having a lack of experience problem and they do not consider customers vehicle properly. I have many experiences with them, I'm attaching all photographs. One day they destroyed my seat cover.
                          From the beginning, I continuously reporting Tata Motors and Trivandrum motors regarding Dashboard noise problem. But that issue is not solved also my car has lots of issues. I weekly visit their service station to fix the issue, they told me all issues is fixed but lately, I found one by one.

                          1, noise found in co-driver side.(either its from door or leftside dashboard)
                          2, noise found from the engine side.( i can clearly hear a vibration its coming inside the cabin)
                          3, smell identified from the AC vents( if we drive at least 20-40min, a smell coming up from AC vent. It is similar to petrol smell)
                          4, unable to open petrol cap from driver side.
                          5, if i drove my car and turn off the ignition. After that when i come to near at petrol cap, i getting heavy smell of petrol.
                          6, when my car going to gutter road, i can hear the noise inside the cabin and sometimes vehicle shocks act as sharply.
                          7, my car gear having problem, its may not be a big problem for you. But it might be a problem for me. Gear, sometime gear is having tight and not smoother. In the 3rd gear shifting i can hear a noise from the gear. (Its something like vibrating)
                          8, my car wiper blade having problem, its not properly cleaning.
                          9, noise from back side
                          10, Revotron R letter is missing
                          11, need to check steering wheels, sometime its having problem while car entering into gutter road.
                          12, 4 doors having problems, sometimes i can hear a vibration while closing the door.
                          13, my car front left side glass having issue to rolling down.

                          I have all the proof...

                          Now Tata Motors is telling about the noise issue is because of Steering Column.

                          truely they are cheating me...

                          I do not trust them at all. I need my money back.

                          I will post this in all media to get attention.

                            Dear team,

                            I have purchased the tata tigao from your show room which was delivered on 20th of jun, 2019.

                            Yesterday an incident happened, because of which i am still in shock. My vehicle was parked inside a hospital premise. When i came back to start my vehicle, suddenly my driver seat left window glass got shattered. I was shell shocked. Can you please explain the root cause of this issue in technical terms.

                            I have already given my for servicing. But, i want proper explanation and reason why this happened and is not the technical issue related to car.

                              I have brought nexon on first week of jan 2019.

                              Last week i went to my native place athani from puna.

                              At evening of saturday 31/08/2019 could not able to start my vehicle. I have checked battery but it is good condition.

                                I bought tata tigor from sab motors, hindon ghaziabad on 30.12.18. Following complaints i wish to register,
                                1) the average of min. 16 kms per litre was promised in city road conditions, but the current average is hardly 13 kms. Took my car to showroom but nothing happened.
                                2) the pickup of the car is pathetic as it takes lots of time to recover the speed.
                                3) when the car is driven at the speed of 10 to 20 kmph there is noise of crank as if it is going to break down.
                                4) my car number is up 14 dx 4320 & hardly run 12500 kms.
                                5) my name is a. S. Malik & contact no. Is [protected].
                                6) the braking is just not proper & twice break shoes are cleaned by workshop.
                                7) recently rear wheel bearing was changed as it was giving noise.
                                I am really not satisfied with the car & i want company should look into it seriously & solve the issues else refund my money.

                                  After 5 month and 1 day the paper work of tata car was completed.in between there were various harassments from dealership and tata officials.

                                  Since this blood sucking tata car is now became unbearable to me therefore, decided to resale 5 month old, under 2k km driven car.

                                  Will buy brand new car from the world of "ford" obviously by availing loan this time.

                                  In this process whatever loss i may incur, the same will be recovered by hitting hard and hurting tata motors brand using every platform available in this damn world.
