Sir,
My one year old tiago faced an issue related to headlight. Its headlight fixing clip has broken without any external forces. I reported it on service centre while the service on 28/09/2019. But, they refused to change it under warranty. Then, i contacted the dealer (Marina motors calicut) from where i bought the car. Threy behaved very badly and informed that, if i service from there only, they will solve the issues. I strongly believe that the problem raised due the manufacturing defects. So, you should solve my issues with immediate effect.

    मैं रंजीत कुमार सोनी एक टाटा मोटर का नया ग्राहक हूँ मैं गुरुकुल नामक विद्यालय चलाता हूँ दिनांक 5 फरवरी 2019 को जे एम ए स्टोर लिमिटेड के डीलर संजय कुमार ने विद्यालय में गाड़ी के लिए संपर्क किया उन्होंने मुझे रजिस्ट्रेशन, इन्सुरेंस, कुल 628000 जिसमे 100000 डाउन पेमेंट और 7500 कागजात में लगेंगे
    जो मुझे उन्होंने लिखित में समझाया जिसमे 528000 लोन की राशि जिसपर 4.99% की दर पर कुल 59 माह के लिए 11200 की प्रति माह की क़िस्त जमा करने की बात लिखित में समझाया उपरांत मैं भी सहमत हो गया ।परन्तु अस्वस्थ होने के कारण मैं गिरिडीह जाने में असमर्थ हूँ ये बताया फिर उन्होंने मुझे अपना कार्ड दिया और कहा आपको तकलीफ लेने की आवश्यकता नही है मैं सभी कार्य आपके विद्यालय में आकर ही करवा दूंगा फिर अगले दिन शुभम कुमार नामक ब्यक्ति जिनको उन्होंने लोन मैनेजर बताया के साथ आये फिर मकान के कागजात सहित अन्य कागजात लिए साथ ही फ़ोटो भी लिया फिर 2 दिन बाद 107500 नगद कागजात पे हस्ताक्षर ले कर 10 तारीख को वैन सुपुर्द करने की बात कह के चले गए और फिर उन्होंने तय समय मे गाड़ी स्कूल को सुपुर्द कर दिया परन्तु 12 मार्च को एक मैसेज से पता चला कि 12411 की क़िस्त जमा करनी हैं तो संजय कुमार से संपर्क किया उन्होंने बताया कि गलती हुआ जो हम कंपनी से बात कर के सुधार लेंगे आप निश्चित रहे मैंने उनको कई बार कहा परन्तु संजय कुमार टाल मटोल करते रहे फिर चैट पर बात हुई मैन आगे ब्रांच में शिकायत करने की बात की तो उन्होंने कहा 2 दिन रुक जाइए हम आकर हल कर देंगे फिर 1 सप्ताह के बाद आये तो उनके साथ शुभम कुमार भी साथ थे उनको मैंने गाड़ी लौटने की बात की क्योंकि इतनी क़िस्त देने में असमर्थ था फिर संजय एवं शुभम कुमार ने कहा 1200 कि प्रतिमाह की क़िस्त हम जमा करवा देंगे आप 11200 ही दीजिये जिसकी जिम्मेदारी शुभम कुमार ने ली फिर मैं सहमत हो गया और मैंने उनसे लिखित मंगा तो पैन कार्ड पर उन्होंने 1200 राशि क़िस्त में देने की बात लिखकर दिया और 3 बार 1200 की राशि जमा भी की इसीबीच मैंने रेजिस्ट्रेशन पेपर मांगा तो उन्होंने रेजिस्ट्रेशन के फीस में बृद्धि हो जाने की बात बताई इसलिए मैंने इंकार कर दिया फिर उन्होंने कई बार मुझे कहा तो मुझे लगा हो सकता है कंपनी का आदमी झूट नही बोलेगा फिर मैंने 29 अगस्त 2019 को 30000 नगद सुपुर्द कर दिया उन्होंने 10 september तक रजिस्ट्रेशन पेपर सुपुर्द करने की बात कही और 1200 की बकाया किस्ती भी जमा कर देने की बात कही लेकिन अब न उनके द्वारा इंकार किया जा रहा है ओ उनके जब मैंने गुस्से में भला बुरा कहा तो उन्होंने मुझसे कोई नगद नही लेने एवं क्या सबूत है ये कहकर पल्ला झाड़ लिया मैंने उनसे कोई लिखित नही लिया जब पैसे दिए महोदय अभी मनीष नामक का एजेंट जिन्होंने मुझसे स्कूल में संपर्क किया और कुल सितंबर माह की क़िस्त का कुल 12412 में 3600 (3 क़िस्त)संजय से प्राप्त कर लेंगे और मुझे 8812 रुपये की मांग की जिसको मैंने स्वीकार किया और पे टी एम से राशि जमा कर दी जो मनीष कुमार की उपस्थिति में सम्पन्न हुआ ।
    महोदय मैं टाटा मोटर से ठगा महसूस कर रहा हूँ ब्याज में भी और डीलर के द्वारा भी महोदय जो कुछ उचित कदम हो उठाया जाय क्योंकि मैं एक मरीज हूँ जो चलने में थोड़ा असमर्थ हूँ

      I have bought tata tigor xz varient on 25 of august 2019, on same day a person who came for taking deliver of same model and same varient had informed me that he had got that car at lower price as compare to me and also for more assessories as compare to me. I had bought car from parin motors rajkot. I need my hard earn money back at any cost. After completing the same dealer denying to give the additional monty which was charger more as compare to other customer. Please resolve the problem. My contact number is [protected].

            I am owner of nexon xma. My car no. Is mh12 rk2245. My car was having a problem of burning smell, blocked ac knob, abs indicator, some noises from exterior. When i showed my car to narhe bafana service centre, the concerned engineer suggested to drop vehicle for 1 week to resolve the complaint. Therefore i dropped my car on 16th september 2019. From that day till today, my car is not repaired, also the service centre had given one constant response that 'your car is under investigation. We are in communication with company experts.' they neither offered me substitute car, nor they committ any date of delivery of fully repaired car. My question is, whether nexon is such a complicated technology that even company experts cants repair? If it's so, then company have to inform customer while buying the car. I don't understand, whether r&d is poor, or service centres are not well equipped with necessary technical backup. Is it really such complicated or company didn't value it's customer. Either concerned service centre and company is neglecting the customer, or they don't value time, money and status of customer. If this car is so problematic in warranty period, then i am sure, the product will fail for sure, frequently after warranty period.

              I gave my car for padi service at m/s riddhi auto koparkhairane for scheduled service on completion of 2 years. They were also told to acknowledge the service reminder display.
              I was disappointed when the vehicle was delivered to me.
              1. They blanked off instrument cluster panel, in key in mode.
              2. No display even if key is turned thrice. Dispaly starts only...

              Hi,
              I am writing to you regarding my dissatisfaction on the current estimates from Concorde motors followed by conflicting advise on one of the issues. Attached is the Estimate from Concorde motors for my car - Tata Nano (KA 53 MC 4827).

              First of all, let me tell you that I have taken an AMC to ensure my repair expenses are covered. For this service, I have received an estimate of INR 10530 (excluding taxes). For a small car like Nano, this maintenance cost is huge. I have an Ertiga and the maintenance cost for that is usually half of the estimate Concorde has given me.

              I was told by the Service Advisor that there is a leakage in the AMT Kit and it is necessary to replace some parts associated to that. The cost for the parts + Labour alone comes to around INR 6500. Even after paying for the AMC, not a single thing in the estimate is covered under AMC. I am at loss to understand the benefit of such an AMC. When I voiced my concern and requested for the estimates so that I can raise my concern with Tata Motors directly, it took 4 days for Concorde to send the estimates. Before sending the estimates, the Service Advisor called again and said that now there is no oil leakage in the AMT Kit and may not need the parts replacement. This has raised my doubts in Concorde Motor's analysis of the issue as well.

              I want Tata Motors to investigate and confirm on the below points before I take a decision.

              1) Is the AMT Kit and associated parts replacement advised by the service advisor (and later suggested against his own advise) required for my car or not. If not required, I want to make sure that any issues coming up due to this would be the responsibility of Concorde Motors
              2) Why is none of the cost (parts & labour) not covered under the AMC?

              Till the time I get a satisfactory answer from Tata Motors, I would not take delivery of my car and any damage while at your premises will be under Concorde motor's responsibility.

              Please note that I have been very happy with Concorde Motor's service till no and had been recommending them to my friends, but this time they have let me down, really badly.

                Hi,

                My name is manjunathahcari n from bengaluru. I bought tiago nrg car from concorde motors india ltd., mysore road, bengaluru. I am sure that they had given me the display car though i had asked not to give any display car to me and they somehow managed and convinced me and made me believe that was not a display car.

                Since the day i bought the car i am facing the jerking issue when i shift my gear to second gear and that jerking was very horrible. When i raised my concern regarding this during my first service they said all tata cars now have been designed in this way to enhance the mileage and pickup. During my second service also i have raised the same concern and i did not get any resolution.
                Till now i completed around 12000 km. By the time i gave my car for the third service it was in very worst condition, full noise, poor mileage, vibration, ac cooling was worst to next level, jerking, gear rod vibration etc.

                After third service i was bit satisfied with all my complaints addressed and resolved. Soon after one week from third service my car had broke down. Clutch operation was totally failed, as soon as i start the engine the car started moving with full acceleration and it would not allow me to shift the gear. Now the breaks got jammed and i am not able to turn the steering itself. My car is now in very worst condition. I don't think any car get worse that this.

                I am totally unsatisfied and i would not recommend anyone to go for tata cars.

                  I had booked tata nexon xt+ with concorde motors dairy circle on 4th sep 2019 with a booking amount of inr 25000. After a week of booking, the dealer's sales person mr renny mathew told me that due to production issues they cannot deliver the vehicle and the booking amount will be returned to me in full. I have not received booking amount back yet. It has been a very frustating experience with concorde motors.

                    I have send a mail in your care with regard of the fraud done my select motors, warangal with me.
                    I had purchased a tata to ago xzplus car on 22 aug, 2019.
                    At the time of delivery all the executive had misguided me and done fraud with me.
                    I had taken tha car on loan.
                    The showroom had given me discount of 12000 cash discount and had deducted my the money from my i durance cost and then they had taken 6500 for the sake of their service charge.
                    When i demanded a slip of the payment they refused to give any slip regarding that amount.
                    They are not yet talking to me normally.
                    Do plz help me out in this respect.

                    They had not kept any transparency about Insurance and mother about service charge they termed service charge as document charge for finance at the time of delivery.

                        Hi,
                        I bought nexon xm diesel model from concord motors mysore road showroom in bengaluru on 7th september.
                        Before buying i have asked 100 times with the executive pradeep, team leader rudresh and even with their manager omkar about which amc package i would be getting and all of them told that i will be getting gold amc package. Even while taking delivery i checked with the delivery manager omkar specifically that whether the replacement of clutch plate is covered in the amc which i am getting he confirmed that it is covered. But when i insisted them to clarify the same they checked with the service team and told it was misunderstanding from their side and they apologies for the same. And when i argued with them they took me to service executive and they told that they will get the amc package upgraded to gold one and that service executive also confirmed the same. But now after one week when i followed up with them for the status they are telling they can't upgrade the amc package.
                        Please check and resolve this issue asap. Please note i am going to take this issue to all the social media flatform.

                        When take u tern steering jamming one or two minutes. That happens three times. I use tiago last 3 years. What is problem this. Service center cannot find this problem

                          Incident description: i have an tata indigo ecs cr4 car, using from dec 2012. My car is not starting. When you insert the key display is coming. So pushed my car and get started and took to select motors service center, peddammagadda, hanmkonda. Warangal.
                          I explained the following things to the job card person as well as to the electrician.
                          1. I generally use to wash my car on every 15 days interval (Generally), from past 2 months i am not washing and kept under the sun.

                          2. I got this problem not getting start with key. But it gets start by push. I suspected may be some rats were damaged the wires that goes between the started mortar.

                          3. I again told them, sometimes it gets start if i pour some water over the battery area. I showed them some wires were half cut at head lights. And informed the problem not getting the high beam lights.

                          I took my vehicle by 9.30am as they explained via phone, but they came at 10am created my job card. Took my vehicle unattended till 11.00am mine is the second job card for that day (15/09/2019). The electrician is not available (I my self-enquired about this that electrician is not available). I requested the assistant manager to call electrician. He called the electrician and at around 11.30am he came and took my vehicle and checked things. He said the problem can be solved but need a day and costs around rs 3000/- (Rs 1500/- for electrical labour charges + if parts are damaged then will reach to rs 3000/-). I asked him tell me the tentative time when you will give me back my car. He said if you are ok with the amount, i can give you by 2:00pm - 15/9/2019. I said ok, please do it. I am at around my vehicle when he does the job. He instead me twice you go away from vehicle sit in customer lounge in ground floor. But my vehicle is in first floor. I said him that i wount disturb you, you please carry on your job.

                          He opened the bottom portion of steering and opened all the wires and did something, at around 12.45pm he said, the problem cannot be solved by today you need to hand over the vehicle here and come tomorrow that to as we inform after your car get ready.

                          I asked him, what is the problem why you didn’t do that job today. Please do it. We have full day. He denied for that and asked me again if you want i can fit back the open parts and give you back you can have your car. And informed me if you come tomorrow also, you need to leave your car for 2days. And please don't take your car tomorrow. You get it after 3 days, i cannot start tomorrow. The electrician didn't attempted the problem at light too.

                          I have requested him, please reassemble back and give me the car. Then again we did push start of the car and taken for water wash. After the car was washed with water. It again started there at service center by their water wash team. They didn't inform and communicated between them.

                          Meanwhile (While the car is being washing) i have informed to assistant plant manager about the issue of not solving the electrical problem, he called the electrician to his cabin and enquired about issue and the manager also confirmed the same word from the electrician.

                          I took my vehicle out of their service center and took to home. I observed there is a problem in display symbols, when i press to light front fog lights, it shows me the rear light symbol. It is again troubled me in the next day. I took my car to local private car care electrical repair shop. After listening all the story about why it is not starting. They simply took another battery and connected my car and asked me to start with key. It is started immediately. They confirmed that there is a wax formation at battery leads so, power is not suppling to the starter motor. They took one toothed cutting player and rubbed the batter lead (Prong) and took one small copper piece inserted between the cable and battery prong. It worked well. And they solved all the misplaced fuses at steering location. I got all the display symbol back including the spring symbol. They checked the light high beam problem they were fused. So they put 2 nos of bosch high beam lights. It hardly costed me rs 400/- (Rs 250 labor charges - checked the battery power, wires connevity etc... (Amount is justified for me. Rest are for fuses).
                          I am using my vehicle as usually without problem.
                          One more information i want to share you that this service center doesn’t have open view to our vehicle while they get serviced. There are two customer lounges at ground floor. One lounge is not visible to the workshop and the other one is visible but the glass window is full covered with some big poster. Generally the car repair is not at ground floor. There is no customer lounge at first floor, but all the vehicles were repaired at first floor. My car too taken to first floor. I have gone there stand from 10 am to till 1pm. This is some thing you can improve your reputation. Please do check a sudden surprise visit to this service center.

                            I had purchased tata nexon uk 07 dm 0266 from oberai motors, dehradun. The car was running on an average of 14-15 hours per km but after 1st service, the average is reduced to 10-11 hrs per km. Moreover, after 1st service the pick up of the vehicle is also slow and the wipers are leaving marks on the front glass. Its really very disappointing. I had a word with the representative too but no solution was given.

                              I am Gurjit Singh from Mohali. I want to submit a complaint regarding my car Tata Nexon purchased from agency in mohali on 26 August 2019 . I was travelling from jalandhar to mohali and at pathankot bypass my car collided with truck with the estimated speed 80 despite applying the breaks. My complaint is about firstly, the Airbags didn’t open at the moment. And secondly the breaks didn’t work. The bumper, intercooler, radiator, turbo, bonnet got damaged after an accident. I didn’t get any service from insurance department as well, i.e., no towing van was sent at the location. The insurance department harrased me in the midnight at the time of accidentwhen i call them for providing me towing van. I did call at customer care office and its been 2 days, i got no response regarding my complaint. So Please, Pay attention to my complaint otherwise I will put the case in consumer court against Tata Motors and Will make it a news as well.

                              Sir my safari dicor is show lock indication on instrument cluster /dashboard and glow glow few second interval if I try to unlock remote but not unlocked and I can't start engine of my car music system and other lights glow but only lock indication glow what I can do sir for this problem...                                 I, chetan mokashi own tata harrier from last 2 months. Done my service and software updation from concorde motors, tathawade, pune. After software update getting problem of power shut off and all electronic safety malfunction. During entering my building premises due the above problem of power shut off, scraped my vehicle on wall as cant control the vehicle in momentum due to sudden power failure. Showed same issue to the service center but these people are denying the fact and not taking responsibility of accident which happens just because of technical error and changed the brake switch as it was malfunctioning.
                                Never ever thought of getting such a bad service from tata.
                                Due to scraping, damaged the bumper and the right side head lamp glass.
                                Help expected from you.

                                I have a tata sumo grande 2009 model it has complaint of the rpm of the vehicle is downing when the clutch is released. If press in the clutch pad the rpm has no problem when we release the clutch then the rpm is low & the accelerator is not working the vehicle is not moving it will stopped

                                I purchased car in 09/2018, and satisfy with my car but when i drive with a.c. my car is jerk and down its power, and it is not enough but when i climbing with more than 2 person it not climb so please help me for this. millage, a.c. all are best but power down and jerking problem please solve as soon as possible

                                  Good day,

                                  With due respect i would like to bring kind attention of you all that one of tata motors employee named manmohan jha who is working in tata motors ltd patna office has done cheating with me by keeping me in his own confidence.
                                  The matter is like this: in august 2016, he was in contact with sunmarse motors and also with me with respect to sell my spares and tools. I was not knowing sunmarse so he made all kind of deals with them and called me to hand over the spares and tools as per telcon as well as email communication which is attached.
                                  The truck was send by sumnarse thru him to my place and all the discussed spares as well tools was loaded and dispatched. He took all the responsibility of payment since payment was not done at the time of dispatch and told me to dispatch the spares with truck as per his telcon, my man went to muzaffarpur and was handed over two cheques by sunmarse owner (Bodi kashyap). After receiving the cheque in my hand, i was about to go to bank then manmohan jha called me for not deposit the cheque and he will arrange to send the money thru rtgs. He assured me by showing his influence of being tat motors employee and i also trusted on him because he is the employee of such a renowned and best organization. He told that if sunmarse will not give my money then he will give which he convinced me to believe and i also trusted on him. Since i did not get my money in next 15 days then i realised wrong deeds, during this period manmohan jha kept assuring me to believe and trust on him as he will arrange my money. Till this time i was not having any kind of direct conversation with sunmarse as manmohan jha was doing the mdiator. However when i smelled wrong deeds the i deposited both cheques and both cheques got dishonor due to no balance in account. Same was informed to manmohan jha and still he kept assuring me that do not worry, he will arrange my money "trust me, believe me and all convincing words". I was in touch with him all the time and always he assured to wait and wait and wait...,. Almost after some months when he got fed up with my call for my money. He forwarded bodi kashyap number to talk with her. Here i have talked with her but i was not having any kind of direct deal with sunmarse neighter sunmarse is responding positively because manmohan jha is the person who did this mesh.
                                  It is the manmohan jha who did the deal and took all responsibility for my payment, stopped me for depositing cheque and also for not taking any kind of legal action.
                                  It is going to be 2 years and he kept telling me to wait and wait. As per last telcon with him, he is now refusing to settle my money and washing off his hand from this deal. He is running away from this deal and telling me to look after this matter by yourself.
                                  If he is running away now then why he took all the responsibility for my money, why he stopped me to deposit the cheque, why he kept assuring me from last 2 years that payment will be done if not then he will give.
                                  It is totally unfair and he has shown his cunning, deceiving and defrauding character.
                                  Tata motors "this word is enough to trust" but if employee is like this, defrauder, cunning, deceiving character then how the world will trust on tata motors.
                                  Therefore would like to bring attention of organization to look into above matter.

                                    Hi tata motors,

                                    I am a proud tata nexon xz+ customer. I really appreciate tata motors for the efforts that put in to bring the tata motors to the level what they are today and to achieve great success. I congratulate each and every employee of tata motors for their innovative next generation design and wish many more successful launches in years to come.

                                    But i am very disappointed with the one of the service outlets concorde motors pune. I have been completely misguided by the service advisor and the service was comprised. I am not at all happy with the service at concorde motors. I was shocked when i was asked to give the ratings 10 for all instead.

                                    Let me pen down the list what i have been through.
                                    1. During my first service, my floor mats was replaced with the plastic mats.
                                    2. They did not have common sense to clean the vehicle after service. Roof top had a dirt hand marks and i had raised a complaint for the same.
                                    3. I had met a minor accident and took vehicle to claim the insurance. During the bodyshop check, service advisor told me that right side mirror would be covered under warranty need not be claimed under insurance. Later, at the time of delivery i was told the mirror cannot be replaced under warranty. That's fine but my question is wasn't service advisor aware that the mirror would not be covered under warranty?. If it is not covered, why was it told at the time of delivery? It could have informed well in advance so that i would have claimed for insurance.
                                    4. The service was not properly done. The left bumper was not repaired. I realised at the time of delivery and asked service advisor why was it not repaired. The reply was awesome.. He told we only did right side work. I have asked him to do the correction. While making the payment, service man came and told cladding was broken and accessories shop was closed.

                                    I have also raised a complaint[protected] on 5th sep through tmsc app. I have received call from concorde motors to compromise on the service with 50-50, when i did not agree i received a email stating side mirror is not covered under warranty.

                                    I am really disappointed with the pathetic service by concorde motors. With this kind of service, it would definitely keep tata motors as local brand only.

                                    This was my second tata vehicle actually. I will never go for another tata vehicle for sure if this kind of ignorance continues and i strongly recommend others not to go for tata vehicles only because of pathetic service.

                                    I believe some one from high level will see and listen my query if i post on social site.

                                      I have purchased tata nexon in november 2017 having engine no. 15crail01nsyw24299 and chassis number mat627162hln11929. From the date of delivery i am complaining about the a/c in the cabin at ur tata service centre.
                                      I am completely unsatisfied with the result...
                                      I am not all satisfied with the the a/c. All of my frnds and my family making me fun by saying that {thats y we told yu not to buy tata cars}.
                                      And the quality problem withall the wheels painting issue especially right side rear wheel, steering wheel, a/c vents and even problem with the door locks r very very poor quality and already brokeup these all r the things making me a unhappy customer.
                                      Pls resolve me all these issues and find me a solution.
                                      So i consider it as a manufacturing defect.
                                      Actually i am looking forward to buy tata harrier... But looking at these issues i am very much afraid to buy tata and to suggest to frnds about the quality of tata...
