I sold my XUV500 and purchased Tata Harrier XZ with lots of enthusiasm. It was really the best buying experience for me and my family in Bhagyashree Motors, Nalbari, Assam.
At the time of delivery (14/06/19) the camera was not working, they said it was a minor problem need a software update. Next day (15/06/19) they asked me to come to the dealer to resolve the issue, they told it required approximately 1 hour...

This is regarding my relatively newly bough Tata Tigore (2017 Model).

The car shuts down abruptly while hill climbing. I have experienced this issue more than a couple of times and it could have turned fatal if it was not for quick thinking and action.

While climbing the hills of Himachal Pradesh my Tigore would stop abruptly without warning, there is no engine light or any indication...

During my Chitkul trip I faced problem with my Tata Tiago xz petrol. Engine of car switch off automatical and refuse to start. Same problem was happened with all Tiago models in Chitkul. Some one Tata tiago informed me that switch of[censored]r vehicle, open Ur car bonet and fuel tank cap, and trying to start after 30minutest this trick worked. He told me that when Tiago engine got heat then fuel tank stop supplying fuel to engine.

nexon / coolant issue / car stopped mid road / highly unsafe

Hello,

We bought Nexon XM, Petrol Model in April 2019, keeping three priorities in mind :
First- Safety as the utmost priority.
Second- We trusted TATA.
Third- "Made in India" by an Indian Manufacture.

Car is driven approximately 270 Kms. Yesterday when we were driving back home our Nexon stopped all of sudden in Mid road in Heavy running traffic where in we were hit by another vehichle...

tata tiago xz fuel pump problem

I bought tata tiago 2.5 year back but currently fuel pump on the car is not working properly, your service agent in Pathankot Sandhu Motors told me that due to some technical reason most of the tata tiago facing same type of problem and you are required to change your fuel pump and it will cost around 10500 rs.

I am Arjun Sonawane, purchsed TATA Tigor MH-14-GY-2039 on 21-Jun-18.

TATA Tigor MH-14-GY-2039 vehicle shift down from 5th gear to 2nd gear when running on the road during travel. After that we took vehicle to road side but vehicle not allowed me put 5th and reverse gear.
We took vehicle to Tata Motors service center and found that it was a manufacturing defect.
Its seems to big safety and quality issue...

smart card / blue book not received

Hi. I have purchased Tata Tiago XZ+. Advance was made on 30th March 2019. 15th April I took the delivery. The complimentary Seat cover provided has come out inspite a second redone on the same.

But the larger issue is that I have not received my Smart card / blue book yet. it is getting difficult to drive on road. Today we are sitting in June. I have given 6-7 mails to Dulichand and also the sales in charge. but they are not...

I have bought a Tata Hexa Car from Auto Vikas, Moti Nagar, Delhi in February, 2019. At the time of booking I have asked for extended warranty for car. Then, the executive (Shapath Verma) has made a deal and give the final price. I have made the whole payment. And, now after 2-3 months, service center guy, told me to please buy an extended warranty.

But now, when I checked with the sales guy, he is straight away refusing that...
