I own a tiago xt petrol for about two year. There are several noise inside cabin and an irritating noise coming from brakes. I have complained and serviced my car in two service centers of marina motor several time. Each time i pay 300rs for cleaning brakes. Then issue will again come after 2-3 days. I regret owning tiago instead of maruti celerio.

    Hello team,

    Owner: lalu john

    My vehicle (Kl 69 a 9139) has some unresolved issues from day 1. The vehicle is going out of control for the first few minutes after ignition. Also the break system is leaning towards the right side of the vehicle. I have reported this multiple times to the service center but they could not find anything. Yesterday the vehicle got switched off while driving, and then it has to be towed to the service center, even after that thy are unable to identify the root cause. Requesting your intervention.

    Its puneet motors on faizabad road lucknow..such there have uneducated nd stupid staff...I expended 16-17 lac rs for safari storm nd they behave with bad manners nd making new problems with my brand new SUV.they didn't fit perfectly high security number plate and bend no. plate..creat prblm with car bonnet setting and some spot car's clr rubbish.

      Please be informed that i bought tata tiago in jan 2017 (Bill date dec. 2016). Within an year, i faced the choking issue while driving but that was very nominal initially.

      Now same issue became very serious where my car engine completely stopped on long run like fuel not supplied to engine and fuel tank is full, in last two days[protected]. I was with my family, and somehow i managed to reach my home from out of town where 4 hrs journey completed in 8 hrs. Every 15-30 min, i have to hault the car.

      I called tata service center, they advised me that this is fuel pump issue and there multiple complaints they received of same issue. I also read the information over the internet and found out that this is very common issue with tata tiago and thousands of customer face the same issue (One of the customer faced this issue at just 1700 kms.)

      Replacing the defective part will not be the permanent solution of this kind of issue, as again in future i will face this issue.

      As it's only 2.5. Year i bought the vehicle (I am still paying the emis) and this is technical/manufacture defect of tata motors, in this case i request you to replace the my car and give me new product.

      I received the call from Triumph Auto where they advise me to replace the part, which is very obvious that I have to get it replaced as interim solution.

      But as I mentioned in my previous email, replacing part will not be enough as in future this problem may occur again and I cannot take risk of taking this car on long run.

      I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM CONCORD MOTORS, SOUTH EX, NEW DELHI, NOT FROM TRIUMPH AUTO

      As I requested, replace the car as this technical default from Tata Motors and being a customer centric company, you should recall the car like other automobile companies. Many customers who bought Tata Tiago faced this issue, google search this issue, you will get hundred of customers complaints.

      Kindly check and advise, how Tata Motors will replace this faulty car on top priority, as it's very risky to ride on hilly area/long journey.

      MY FAMILY IS VERY SCARED TO TRAVEL IN THIS CAR NOW.

      My car having problem of coolant leakage i asked question in rudra showroom wagholi pune why coolant laekaged during observation we notised that becasuse of rust there is problem of hole metalic parts got holes because of poor plating tata motors is having more issues regarding quality very poor customer satisfaction

      I hav purchased tata nexon xm model last may 2018 at siliguri.after 11 mts aftercheck engine indicator came on the sreen .i took my car for service at siliguri tata service.they tried to resolve the problem but all in vain.i visited around four times for the same issue but till now the problem is not solved .kindly do the needfull.

        We had booked tata nexon on 14jan 2019 for a december 2018 make model. The vehicle was delivered on 29 march 2019 but it was a march 2018 make. We have returned the vehicle and requested for the vehicle of dec 2018 make. The dealer was rude and we have asked to cancel the booking and asked for the amount to be refunded. Please look into this matter to get the refund processed asap so that we can book the same vehicle from a different dealer who appreciate customer satisfaction.

        I have earlier raised the complaint on this forum.. Now i am not able to see it

          Dear tata motors team,

          I have purchased tata-nexon xm on december'18 and recently i have seen a crack developed on my front glass shield (Without impact of any material). Contacted the agency where i received the reply "sir ye to garmi ki wajah se hua hai" (Means all the cars standing in sunlight must get crack then - which is not the real situation).
          And
          2 days back my car's rpm meter was showing overheating alarm and car stopped as it should be, after inspecting the same it was revealed that coolant tank was emptied and the pipe of connection of coolant was popped out (May be due to swelling of the pipe or some loose connection of the same).

          My concern:
          A) how the issue of the glass shield crack can be resolved as in future it may break while running and can cause serious injury to the people sitting inside which will not be in line with nexon image as it has been given 5 stars for safety concern.

          B) loose connection of the pipes/ swelling of the pipes is shocking at such early stage of car life which may cause fire in worst case scenario.

          I hope that my above queries would be taken up on high priority and concrete solution is provided to resolve my concern as early as possible.
          Being very high faith in tata motors, i expect resolving of my mentioned issues at the earliest.

          Hi TATA Team,
          Thank you for assisting me for my raised concerns in my TATA NEXON, I have been called for a visit in SAB Motors workshop on Sunday i.e 7th July 2019.
          They have thoroughly checked the car and in 3 days time, today i.e 11th July 2019 i have my car with:
          1) front Glass shield- REPLACED
          2) Coolant line checked and problem rectified plus coolant also replaced.
          3) Washing plus cleaning plus general check up and servicing

          Very much satisfied with the response of Team TATA- SAB Motors, keep up the good work. Hope to receive the same timely cooperation as and when needed.

            Hello sir,
            Recently i have purchased a new car tata tiago [ chase no: mat626294kkd33594 tiago xz+ 1.2 p (St) espreso_brwn-tata tiago xz+ 1.2 rtn bs4. ] from hp continental (Aly tata) palakkad, kerala.
            They have delivered my car one month back without having the remote key and form 22. Now i am not able to register my car without form 22 and the sales executives were saying that the tata motors haven't send the document along with the vehicle, also my temporary permit has expired too
            Kindly consider my concern as a humple request and please provide me a solution

              Dear tata,

              As a loyal customer of tata i purchase tata tiago xz diesel chassis no: from surat, gujarat 17 th oct. 2017
              Reg no : gj 05 rc 3315
              Invoice :t-012/17-18
              I face major problem on about 28334 km & 1.25 year o[censored]sage, over head rocor set (Hla) failure suddenly. Which is abnormal case as per general opinion.
              It take 3 weeks to fixed problem as per not available l of material received car on[protected] pay bill of 8975 inr with in warranty period. (Invoice pramukh tata : ipraur[protected]

              Then after running of more 5000 km over head hla rocker set & main sharf failure again. Car suddenly block. This event take mine another 3-4 week of car. This time it cost me :2928 inr (Invoice pramukh tata : ipraur[protected]) date[protected]
              Note: battery is fail and replacement process under way still waiting for replacement

              Now today[protected] its shutdown again at around 35000 km plus whats the problem is not rectify yet.

              Now after the background of this much problem still i belive its the good product to drive but not easy to maintain.

              Mine demand is :
              1) replace whole system as its on warranty period
              2) i can not trust this vehicle anymore its unsafe to drive on highway as its anytime shutdown
              3) need compensation for metal harassment i am facing due to faulty product
              4) mine businesses depend on commuting its also effect by this failure. From last 7 months
              5) why i dont publish whole event on public platform to educate the people they dont buy this vehicle?
              6) why i dont use legal action?

              Note : local workshop person are very helpful they do their level best to rectify and solved this problem. But now problem is out of their control

              Revert back in positive way and as early as possible. If you need supportive documents let me know i will provide you.

                Sir i have purchase ac new bus this month only hardly its complete 3000 km in bus ac some part chock-up and pulley is broken i went tata service center gida gorakhpur (Up). Spare part is not a viable to procurement it will take 4 days minimum who they are working you are tolly free no telling withn in 24 hours break down will be rectified please look into the matter and intervene to rectify early take action immediately

                  Dear sir /madam,
                  As i have purchased a tata tiago xz+ two weeks ago from a tata car dealer named commerical automobiles jabalpur, (Madhya pradesh) the product i have got was having some serious issues like sound is coming from tha car and check engine light is blinking, doors are having some issue as sound is coming from the doors also when we drive the car and as well as the music system has some bugs (Whenever i connect my phone to the system the phone and system hangs and also when i have reached the dealer with the same issues immediately after the day of purchase they solved the problem and said that one part is damaged we have changed that part but how 2 days new vehicle has a damaged part in it. And now after 1 week the same problem again started occuring in the new car.
                  I not happy with the tata service.

                  Should i raise a complaint on local consumer legal service on tata or on the dealer.?

                  I seriously cant spend my valuable time in running behind the dealer.

                  Kindly take back the vehicle, and refund my amount.

                        I purchased this car on november 2017, my car has completed 11000 km.
                        From the date when i bought this car to today, i faced too many problems on hilly area and sometimes on plain roads. The car suddenly stops sometimes on hilly area, i noticed this problem more than three times. I have complained to costumer care number provided to us. But they don't take any action and they give another costumer number and waste our time. It irritates so much. So please take any action so we can satisfy of our purchase.

                          We are facing problem in new tata ace gold purchased from maurya motors patna
                          On 31.03.2019 vehicle is facing pik up problem from day one. We have send vehicle to
                          Maurya motors patna service center they have not open job card and return our
                          Vehicle that there is no problem in vehicle but problem exist till date
                          Regading this complain we contacted to mr mohan himatsingia ([protected]) owner of maurya motors
                          Workshop manager mr rajnish ([protected]) but no proper repsone taken by both of them
                          This is not new problem to maurya motors patna we have already faced same problem last year
                          In our tata ace dicor they where unable to solve the problem so, we have sold that vehilce
                          Due service issue
                          So, we will not send our vehicle to maurya motor workshop
                          As there is no skill mechanic in working.

                            Its 2019 and as per my knowledge all leading private car companies not even within India but all over the world, keeps working out on proving the better and better customer services till the best is achieved.

                            But, to my astonishment, the scenerio in the BERKELY TATA Motors Chandigarh stands totally different. May be they are working on achieving maximum harassment of the customers and cheating them by non-disclosures, or affirmative misrepresentations of the selling vehicles to the buyers.

                            The BERKELEY TATA Dealership withholds information affecting the desirability or value of a vehicle. They didnt informed that the vehicle was previously used as a rental/demo/running.

                            I purchased Tata Nexon on 21/06/2019 evening from the BERKELEY TATA MOTORS CHANDIGARH.
                            • The next day morning after Purchase of my tata nexon from berkeley, I Discovered that the car sold to me is a demo/running/rental car and it was already around 120 kms done. I immediately informed the concerned staff of the Berkeley Tata Motors Chandigarh and even visited the dealership myself regarding this unethical and forgery concern but the dealership total denied to corporate or to investigate into the matter as they were already aware that they have intentionally sold the demo/running/Used car instead of a brand new car.
                            • I feel that the Berkeley Tata Motors Chandigarh dealership ripped me off by selling methe demo/running/used car instead of a brand new car.
                            • I am suffering from great harassment due to this unethical and forgery, cheating activity of this Tata dealership.

                            Affirmative misrepresentations and Non Disclosure regarding the vehicle were made inorder cheat the customers and in this type of fraud, the Dealership takes a more active role.

                            The Berkeley Dealership lied and cheated on me saying a car is new when it has been used, or by labeling a vehicle as certified pre-owned, / Demo /Running car.

                            I THINK THAT THE BERKELEY TATA MOTORS CHANDIGARH JUST RIPPED ME OFF BY SELLING ME A USED/RUNNING CAR.

                            Iam shocked to know such a Big Reputed leading brand TATA MOTORS PVT. LTD. INDIA may or may not be involved in such unethical activities.TATA MOTORS INDIA PVT. LTD. needs to look into this matter and take necessary action against the dealership at the earliestor i will be left with no other alternative than knocking the doors of the Court for justice.

                              Vehicle given for a general servicing including: oil-fuel filter change, engine oil replacement, throttle body cleaning, air conditioning servicing, under body inspection including service package of paid major servicing (Every after 20, 000 km) at tc motors, rajarhat, kolkata on 24/6/19. After receiving the vehicle, immediately i pointed out the sticker of gear leaver position is torn. Same reported to my service supervisor mr amrit singh. On the pretext of office closing time and non availability of evidence collecting tabs, answered me he first will be sure whether it was intact or not at the time of receiving and then only he can arrange any solution. Soon after driving away from service centre for couple of kms, found steering wheel is tilted to right hand side by almost 90 deg. Shockingly again i rang back to mr singh to lodge serious concern about the finding. Mr singh replied he had no clue about this steering misalignment and he perhaps can make arrangement to pickup my vehicle for rectification tomorrow or day after. No sooner discussion is over, air conditioning unit started making shrill noise. This nonchalant attitude towards servicing reflects utter disrespect to the value of time and amount of inconvenience caused to the customer.in the whole episode, i am really unable to understand, meaning of getting vehicle serviced by a tata motors authorised centre. Does the misalignment of steering have any direct relation to any part of the servicing described above?

                              Immediate intervention of customer grievance manager to expedite a process of rectification and an acknowledgement call. Rightful compensation for anomalous, unwanted, distorted job carried out upon the expense of customer's time and money. Further, an exemplary notice of work ethics to the servicing personnel, will be highly appreciated.

                                As i have purchased a tata tiago xz+ before two weeks from a tata car dealer named scharalya motors pondicherry, the product i have got was having some serious issues like front grill with tata logo is completely damaged,
                                paints works not completely done with full finishing mainly on roof dual tone, and rear doors paint finishing has some kind of visible dent marks and also when i have reached the dealer with the same issues immediately after thae day of purchase they are very lethergic and blaming the brand tata and claiming that it was not the dealers problem ...
                                they even forced me to pay for the replacement of same .

                                should i raise a complaint on local consumer legal service on tata or on the dealer . ?

                                i seriously cant spend my valuable time in running behind the dealer each time I use call them for update regarding the fixes, and they not even responding back in return, its almost 2 weeks have passed.

                                kindly take back the vehicle, even i m ready to pay penalty for the days i used the car. i dont want to take risk in this regards.

                                  This is to report continuous issues which i am facing with my car which i purchased in april 2018.
                                  One or the other issues is occurring in the car
                                  -missing problem
                                  -fuel motor problem
                                  -fan belt problem
                                  -rusting and paint coming out (Peeling off)

                                  I toll tata product based on the trust factor and it seems to be a bad decision. The customer care is equally worse an emergency breakdown services tat is endless and they never turn back infact they turn their backs to customer.

                                  I truely believe that products that is delivered to me was faulty and was not qced properly as the issue which i am getting are manufacturing defects and careless inspection.

                                  I want my product to be replaced as it has become haasel for me.

                                    I am kharat balasaheb, i have purchased tiago xz (P) on 29 sept.2017 which registered as mh12pn6709 from concord motors, baner, pune, maharashtra. But company gave me a car with default engine system & faulty battery. I pointed this problem at 3 rd service but service manager ignored them.
                                    Now car is in brake down position. Car couldn't start because of starter alternator problem, battery totally faulty, sensor not working properly, harmony sound system doesn't work. Now car in tathawade service centre, pune. They told me the warranty period of battery is expired. Bad service centres couses this problem if they do work at proper time. Because of them they delay the battery problem and expired warranty period.
                                    So i requested you to resolve all those problems otherwise your car is in showroom today. Just i will stop emi. It my first experience is taking a new car as second car. Why should we purchase new car when it work as second handed car.

                                      It's nearly 2 years 6 months since i bought tata tiago and it has the tendency of breaking down after the travelling certain kilometres. I complaint at jkr, motors kangra, hp and they said there's a problem with the fuel pump and it needs to be replaced but they don't have the part because of shortage. It's been nearly 2 years but they kept saying the same thing. Now my warranty after 2 years is over and i had to pay for the part which i got replaced at sandhu motors, pathankot, punjab. This is all company's fault to issue these cars with faulty parts. Look into the matter or we have a group of 8 persons with same problem who are now willing to file a case against the company

                                        Yesterday I faced a problem with my tata tiago, after running for around 20 kms it started giviing missing problem and It started giving acceleration problem . It misses each time i accelerate. Tata motors dealers say that there is a problem in fuel pump and it will cost me around 9000 coz my car is not under warranty. This is jot my mistake this is a manufacturing defect amd company should replace it and what is the gaurantee...
