Dear Sir, I purchased Tigor XT on 29th June 2017 Number UP 32JA 2763, while travelling to NOIDA from Lucknow on 2nd of June 2019 at around 10.00 AM, AC become non functional only air was coming, i have to open window glass to travel further 250 km.
While returning on 4th June, after around 180 km the car was not taking he race though engine was working.I contacted to your call center and got assistance & took my car to Naval Motors Mathura. They checked and repaired the malfunction error. I was bound to stay at Mathura just be on safer side. Next morning i moved to further, again after 120km problem repeated, again i visited to Ashoka Motors Agra.There they again checked and did some testing. Now it was very risky for me to travel on expressway, so i took long root.The worst thing in my travel the AC was not working properly. My car was serviced on 23rd may at SRM motors Lucknow.

    I purchased Tata Harrier XZ top model SUV last month( HR 26 DY 2574 ), Vehicle has manufacturing fault, Display Remark appear on screen " Hill Hold Control Malfunctioning, Contact Service Center " and malfunctioning Icon appear on driving display board .
    I purchased this vehicle from Hartron Motors Gurugram, Haryana, Now Hartron people ( CEO / GM / CRM ) reply is that its Tata Problem they can not help .

    This vehicle been sent to Hartron service center 7 times in last one month but problem not resolved even though many parts of new car been changed .
    From last two day vehicle is at Concorde Motors Delhi, nd I am still to get any positive reply, I am been told to wait one more day for the update .

    I and my family had gone under mental trauma / harassment from last one month, we are hiring cabs to handle our day to day work, Never been provided any alternate vehicle from Tata .

    Now I need to file legal complaint against TATA Motors / replacement of the vehicle / reimbrusse my money paid to Tata Motors .

    Very unprofessional people at Hartron Motors Gurugram Haryana .They does not attend phone calls / does not reply emails i have all the records for legal proceedings .

    Need an solution, can not take this harassment anymore.

      I have visited the showroom 8 times for this. They have changed the compressor, condenser and a valve but still there is no improvement in cooling and the workers over there say that this is the max cooling this car can give and and I was like if you call this cooling then why not just open the windows it would give much better cooling.When the car starts, it takes 15 minutes for the cool air to start coming from the vents. This is a huge issue for me and they are not resolving the issue. What is the point of buying such an expensive car if there isnt a nice AC. Please look into this issue and help me to resolve it.

        tata hexa ac unit problem

        Hi,

        Pathetic experience. Twice the AC has failed to operate since I bought the Tata Hexa which has only run 1370 km. Twice I have visited service centre but no one knows the real issue. The reason I say this is because I met one more customer facing same issue.
        Hexa stagnant in traffic AC doesn't work blows hot air.

        When you start the vehicle it starts functioning only if you run vehicle for about 10-15...

Today i went your dealer ship mohali automobile ltd at mohali for the service of my tata taigo for 4 service but yours team refuse that amc is closed after purchase of 2 years..           Multiple telephonic and written complaints has been made to Guinea Motors(TATA Motors) regarding replacement and repair of Compressor, Condenser and Expansion valve of Govt Vehicle TATA Sumo Gold BR01-PG2136 but the complaint has not been entertained . kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

            Dear sir
            I am the owner of Tata safari 2.2 vtti made by good company TATA .
            I had no problem with the car and the service from 2008 till midd of 2018 then i got problem with AC in my car so i went and gave my car for suspension and ac repair in veerprabhu service center on[protected]. Then they told me that you AC is been rectified as they found the gas(R134A) was less and charged Rs.2124 for gas filling and Rs.250 for checking the whole system and said now its fine . As that was in time of December so couldn't find its been rectified or not and we dont use this car much we drive maximum of 500km in a month so couldn't find now slowly -2 we found that cooling is totally gone. Then when i went to workshop in month of April on[protected] then told about several problem which were related to wheel alignment and ac again.
            Everything was checked and said plz go and check now forward left hand side tyre was 3 degree deflected from the fwd right hand side when i told this thing they said we dont have mechanic so wait after waiting for whole day they said sir now You wheel aliment can be done, but they cannot make sure because there wheel alignment machine was not working, told me to do alignment outside when i went out found its the same my left tyre was in same problem and they didn't repair it and AC cannot be repaired today because we dont have mechanic so wait for few days, i told i need to go for vacation so they said will revert soon . No call came for 15 days so i went again with same problem they tried and rectified my tyre problem sir you all will be surprised to know 2 left and right side nut bolts were in loose condition and by god grace i was driving the car with that loose nut bolts how funny and same for AC we dont have mechanic then when i went to higher authority they told you can bring you car on 1st and it will be repaired by 2nd of june wheni told that i did booking for hotels they said dont worry it will be done by 2nd evening so i gave my car on 31 of April only so that work can be done by 2nd, but when i went on 2nd they didn't repair when i asked they said sir there was some issue with parts so we will do it by 3rd of june i said sir please try to understand we booked all hotels etc so now there will be a loss of around Rs.45000 please repair it .When i went on 3rd they said we are doing it cannot we done by 3rd when i told about my booking and all and told that will complaint about my situation to higher authority they said ok will give you car by 11:30 to 12:00 am can you people come ? we said ok we will, as told we wejt to take car @12:30 am on 4th can everyone believe in world were we have pick and drop facility we went to take car around 12 am thats ok because we needed to go as we booked our hotels but they were delivering car without checking it properly, when we checked we found that in back side AC there was no flow of AC air when asked them they stated saying this is normal there is normally no flow in back side when i asked that why they hav given this if there has to be no flow in this and as i asked it was having good flow before they started checking in other safari cars in workshop after they found yes there is the problem there should be a flow but its not there when i asked manager now what to be done he said sir i cant do anything what ever you want to do can do ?
            i was like what and why ?
            now i dont want only my car till i get my refund for hotels and all why i suffered when i asked that will my car be delivered by 2nd evening then only take it and such a rude behaviour and why i need to be in such a problem when i gave all my time and dedication because we all believe in TATA.

            When I went for car delivery, car has dent and scratches. Still they are saying to take this car they will repair it.. worst experience with Tata motors
            I have purchased tata tiago xt model. But fuel average of this car is very poor.Three times service is completed When I complained releted this issues all times have no solution.

            So I suggest to customer don't buy this car as well as any tata car because of the service is also very bad.

              Good morning to all,

              I have purchased a new tata tiago xza car from trivandrum tata motors dealer. And while purchasing the car sales team informed that they will deliver the car any where in kerala. Actually my native place is at calicut and currently working in trivandrum.

              On 31st may 2019, tata tiago xza car delivered by mr. Aravind, trivandrum motors from trivandrum to calicut (Night 11 pm).

              Next day morning while checking it is found that backdoor is having scratch. And i have informed mr. Arun and nishanth, trivandrum tata motors sales team regarding the issue. But i didn't get a positive reply from the team.
              And after that i have informed the same with sales manager and he simply told that they can't do anything on this case. And car delivery time its in good condition. Actually trivandrum motors only told that they will delver the car at calicut, otherwise i couldn't buy car from trivandrum.

              Almost 4 days left and no positive updates from tata motors dealer end.

              Scratch should occur between the delivery done from trivandrum to calicut by your driver. So i requesting you to transfer the amount for painting the back door of newly delivered tiago xza.

              So i requesting your intervention to resolve the case.

                  But this truck brake not properly working from 9 days, this reason we have already idle stand trailer tata signa 5523 at your workshop as on date 20.05.2019, which is currently idle stand at workshop for repair.

                  So kindly request to you please provide idle charge inr 20, 000.00 per day plus 1100 km test drive diesel plus driver expenses.

                  Total amount inr 3, 00, 000.00

                  Also we request to you please replace new trailer truck tata signa 5523 as soon as and provide new tata signa 5523 with above charge.

                  Otherwise we shall be take legal action for this regards by consumer court

                    My name is ganesh satish ukirde i have purchased tata tiago xz model from pune location on jan 2018,
                    In the previous month, my vehicle is suddenly got brake down while running engine got shut off then after not getting started for which i have raised a complaint to customer care.
                    Your mechanic has come and checked the vehicle then suspected that if fault code occurs again then fuel pump needs to replace.
                    Recently during schedule service, your person has rectified the problem said fuel pump need to be replaced due to unavailability of parts suspected parts not replace in phenoix auto katraj

                    On 15 may again the same issue occur and the sudden engine got shut off in the middle of the road and met the accident with heavy duty tipper of bharat benz.

                    I send my vehicle to penoix auto katraj for accidental repair work
                    Estimate cost is 42000 rupees but my point is if that suspected parts got replace during time then this incident may not have happened
                    So this incident happened due to faulty parts hence i required all this work on foc basis.

                    But not get positive reply on same.

                        Very unethical, unprofessional and rude behaviour of employee when i enquired about new tata harrier car...
                        If that be the case i will not be at all interested in any tata product in the future...
                        I am using tata aria for last 6 years and now plan to get it exchanged for new tata product that is harrier... But the the way the employees treat their customers at grover tata motors at bareilly that is really pathetic... The employee name is shivani singh... Hope you people will look into the matter seriously...

                        I purchased Hexa, 9 months back and since then there is no adequate cooling effect of AC for the car. Even in non summer months, you perspire inside in the car. The regn number is TS07GG9055.
                        I referred to the showroom as well as the service center. They could not fix the problem. Now i am saddled with a junk with no AC

                        But till now i have not got any massage about my vehical registration. And about insurance also.

                        When i asked his representative mr. Kalyan he said every time i process ur documents within 1 weeks 'or' within 1-2 days.

                        In this situation can you help me about this...
                        And any action for further details and any action you take your dealer partner Guniea Motors Pvt Ltd, Boring Road, Patna, Bihar

                        And alao his representative mr. Kalyan
                        Bcz when i inquiry for tata tiago xz plus he committed me lost of accessories. But he every time told me not in stock...

                          I was provided a faulty car tata tigor purchased 15 days back having a problem with fuel indicator always showing refuel instead of having petrol all the time above 10-12 liters.

                          My car got broke down because of this and pathetic service provided by the tata motors towing machine was send almost after 5-6 hours of my follow up with different different executive.

                          After taking my car to the service centre they didn't tried to see the problem only because there is no fuel in the car... What a pathetic customer service and useless execuse for not checking the vehicle... I don't want this faulty car now...

                          Please take action against the showroom authorities and service centre authorities of progressive outlet of tata motors of ahmedabad sg highway branch in sapath 5 building.

                          Please take back this car and issue the new one as the car is just a 10 days old or else i will escalate this to the upper level...

                            Complain dated 16/05/19 1-[protected], ncidence took place dated 15/05/19 our new tata nexon purchased date 09/09/19 running 5100 kms.in standing condition tyre front right side was burst. We made sat whole day at services centre from 10am to 5pm at end of day gm said it's due to external impact, it was harrasment and waste of our time from service centre.
                            Without proper checking gm said it's due to external impact. We want immediate solutions for the same.
                            We have already cancelled today holiday for goa due to these incidents, if these issue could have happened on express highway what was your liability on it. Tyre should have been completely checked before fixing it. We have already faced losses for cancellation of tour for today, kindly resolve on immediate basis so that we can continue for tomorrow travelling.
                            We purchased tata vehicles because of safety point of view but after these incidents we feel our saftey is at task.
                            Customers are harrased at service center without providing good service.

                              Hi. The sagar motors tata motors in noida sold us old tyres in name of new that were high priced than market rate. We had emailed several times for proper bill and warranty but were never answered. Today we survived an accident that could have been fatal for my family. The tyre wore out as it was pathetically old.

                              Please take action against those cheats and get us new tyres. I will be seeking legal help but never wanted to file against the reputed group of tata. But your vendor sagar motors is a cheat and we should nt let it go that easy. Please take urgent steps.

                                The music system is not working except 92.7. I have driven my car just about 7800km, but the bolt underneath the driver'sseat have s broken. How come. I never drive my car at a high speed. About herman, i have been asked to pay for further recharge by basudeb and sons. But nothing is mentioned in the contract. My navi map is also not working.

                                  Horrible service, unprofessional staff, immature behaviour, low dealings, nil customer satisfaction.
                                  The company doesnt care about their customers and their satisfaction.
                                  We call them ourselves for service due and remind them.
                                  Further service is horrible. Yesterday i had my car serviced after so many reminder calls to tata autovikas moti nagar. One staff member javed was apointment, the car was serviced so horribly that my engine oil broke the next day at gurgoan highway, oil filter broke. They forgot to lock the filter. So unprofessional. Hate it. Never buying tata again and recommend all not to purchase it ever.

                                    I had a tata tiago car with registration no: dl1cw 7474 in name of tarvinder kaur. I registered a complaint with sagar motor noida as my car was not starting, so they pic my car on 18-05-19 and changed my battery and dropped my car on 20-05-19 on and sandeep told me that my tyre got punchered when their driver was driving my car and it's front driver side tyre was changed with stepny. Now my complaint is that when 22-05-19 i had gone to fix punchered tyre the tyre puncher wala told me that it has deep cut near wheel cap it has been hitted on divider because of which puncher can not be fixed and i had to change my tyre. And i informed the same to sagar motor but they denied to take responsibility. As it was their duty to fix tyre puncher but i got punchered tyre above this i got a tyre whose puncher can't be fixed and i had to replace it with new tyre. Kindly resolve my complaint by providing me with the new tyre from dealership as it was not my fault it was in their custody and their duty to return my car as it was not with damaged tyre with irreparable damage. Kindly resolve my complaint as soon as possible as i had took my son to classes in such a hot and humid temperature of day and travel by auto or rickshaw. I am attaching a picture of tyre and also had a phone recording which shows that sandeep there told me that my tyre got punchered. But recording is not attaching with my complaint but i[censored] need i provide you with more pics of tyre and recording whenever needed.

                                    I am really disappointed by the approach of Tata motors 12 days passed and nothing was done to resolve my complaint . And I asked from Tata motors to give details where should I send my details on 28 may and to this also 6 days passed no reply . According to my experience Tata motors after sales service is pathetic I will never buy again any Tata car and won't even recommend any one . I am not able to use car ☹️ in such hot humid weather I had travel by auto and rickshaw . If nothing is done with in 2 days I will file a complaint directly to consumer court .

                                      I'm a defence person and want to buy a car from csd depot but a delears boy comes to show me tata tiago and and collect rs 15000/- there after he told me to deposit 2 lags on delear account there after his another boy collect 15475/-

                                      But they don't gave me received when i quarry the delear returned 2 lac after 45 days. Still they don't refund rs 30000/-
