Today, there was my first service of tata nexon xz+. Totally unsatisfied, i was call by showroom for my first service at 11am. There was a generally checkup and that takes only 20-25 min. Then they donot washed my car till 1pm. Then there was a break for your workers (1pm-2pm) but at 2 pm the workers were not out. My car washing starts at 2:30 pm. Your workers said that we will start washing of your car at 2pm but this was not happened. Your staff is not supportive. I have also a maruti suzuki swift and the service station is always full of cars but it takes only 2-2.5 hours for the service, but here at tata showroom its takes 5 hours and the service station had only 4-5 cars. I want to go jammu that is 67 km from my town. But the plan was cancelled because of your pathetic service. Your service is very slow and they even didn't ask for a glass of water. I reached showroom at 11am. And they ask for water at 12:40pm. Your workers are just enjoying. My car volume was full. I attached a video below where you see the work is slow and enjoyment was in the top. I requested service manager many times and said that i have to go jammu please ask workers to start the work, but your service manager is like your workers. Not expected this from you tata. I will definitely not suggest anyone to buy your car, because cars are good but the service is pathetic. Better to go with ford or maruti suzuki because they care for their customer's.

    I purchased tata nexon from dada motors savitri complex ludhiana. On 05.4.19. I was sold vehicle by saying dec 2018 model. But in fact it was april 2018. U came to know this when i got provisional rc. Against committment of discount of 40000. I got cheque less than 5000 after so many days. Now 5000 is pending. No one is ready to listen and ready to resolve my issue. Also permanent rc is pending no one is paying heed for resolving my issue. This is my first vehicle purchased of tata motors.       The car was purchased from bafna motors pvt ltd 3004302 on 31 may 2017. This car has since failed 22 times on road. Every time dealer promises that it will not fail. But it fails on road. It just stops and does not start. It has resulted in immense hardships and loss of my peace of mind. Now i have returned the car to dealer and decided to stop payment of the emi. Kindly replace the car. There is no other option.

        I booked tata harrier on 22/04/2019 with the below commitments from venkataramana motors, gachibowli with the below listed commitments from them.

        1. Cash discount of rs. 20, 000.00
        2. Accessories worth of rs. 10, 000.00
        3. Car exchange value of rs. 5, 10, 000.00 for my ford ecosport of 2013.

        I cleared everything from my end, down payment of rs. 5, 00, 000.00 on 02/05/2019, they got the finance money on 08/05/2019 and now they are not delivering my booked car as they are saying that they cannot give me the promised exchange rate. They made me sit in their showroom on 5/8/2019 for 4.5 hours and send me home without the car and since than i have been waiting helpless.

          After the great frustration i am writing you my a truck no hr 58b3897 on 6.5.2019 going ropar when the truck was at kharar (Punjab) mohali punjab) road suddenly stopped. All the meters and other equipment stopped as soon as the truck stopped we immediately lodge the complaint on the toll free number [protected] they given us complaint reference number 1-[protected] after stoppage we arrange jcb to remove the truck in between road as their was long traffic jam and i have paid to jcb owner 10, 000. After some time the staff at toll free number talked with pasco motors chandigarh taking my driver in conference. After seven hours mr bhupinder ([protected]) from pasco motors chandigarh reached and after checking they decided to remove the alternator for repair at pasco motors. Next day ie our drriver received a cll from pasco moptors and given the estimate for alternator repair rs 8000 on 7.5.2019 we given the consent to repair it at any cost next day we received a phone from a number [protected] pasco motors that first we make the payment of rs 11832 we make the payment on line immediately
          On 8.5.2019 pasco motors mistri ([protected]) arrived at site and fitted the alternator but of no use. The position same as on 6.5.2019. Due to not working of alternator the again open the alternator and returned to pasco motors for further repair at their workshop
          Today 10.5.2019 my truck standing. At kharar mohali road near shera punjab dhaba punjab and up to writing this mail no body came from pasco motors and my truck standing idle.

          Sir please see my truck of rs 35 lakhs standing w. E. F.6.5.2019 unattended. Your sales executive come here and promise to give service is it is good service now i repentance why i purchased 10 truck 4923.

          So i requested your self to get my truck repair which is still standing on the road unattended. Further compensation 5000/ per day along with jcb charges rs 10000
          I again request you to get repair on top priority

            Dear sir,
            I shiv kumar jha, chief manager, state bank of india, rbo godda, jharkhand, purchased tata nexon xm petrol model car from extension counter at darbhanga, bihar under dealership of m/s yashraj motors, muzaffarpur, bihar on 10/02/2019. Amount of quotation dated 19/01/2019 was as under-
            (A) ex showroom price - 718220.00
            (B) insurance - 43093.00
            (C) registration and road tax - 82504.00
            (D) logistics 8000.00

            Total 851817.00
            (-) corporate discount 5000.00

            846817.00 (Quotation attached.)
            (1) expected delivery time was 10-15 days, hence i given him date of 03/02/2019 but on 02/02/2019 they informed me that vehicle could no
            Delivered on 03/02/2019. Then i fixed next date i. E. 10/02/2019 and taken delivery of the vehicle on that date.
            (2) after a long wait and time and again several reminders over phone and over their counter also, they delivered me the papers related to my vehicle in which nominee name of my late father was inserted in cover note of insurance. For correction in the nominee name i have been harassed badly and in the end correct insurance paper was delivered to me a few days ago by a lapse of two and half months.
            (3) after receiving the all papers it came to our notice that extra amount of rs.10343.00 on account of insurance charges was taken from me.
            Insurance amount in quotation - 43093.00
            As per cover note of insurance - 32750.00 (Cover note enclosed).
            When i asked for refund of my money from official at extension counter of m/s yashraj motors, muzaffarpur, bihar at darbhanga, bihar, they denied to refund the extra amount paid by me and told that all the money has been adjusted towards price hike of two days before. I am sure that they have manipulated the invoice amount to grab my extra amount.
            As per quotation and demand made total amount was paid by me and details of amount paid by me are as under.-
            A. Booking amount transferred to m/s yashraj motors a/c
            No [protected] of sbi on 21/01/2019 - rs. 11000.00
            B. From car loan a/c no-[protected] of sbi
            On 12/02/2019 - rs.765000.00
            C. By cheque no 479731 dated 12/02/2019 of sbi - rs. 40000.00
            D. By cheque no 479732 dated 12/02/2019 of sbi - rs. 30800.00
            Total rs. 846800.00
            4. I cannot believe and a bit surprised that such type of service and cheating of amount is being done by the dealers of brand like tata motors. Our sbi is associated with tata motors in several fronts of business and then if employee of sbi will have to face such type of incidence then what to say about others.
            5. I have to add further that no any communications or alerts are being sent to me regarding my purchase of vehicle or service alerts either over my email or over phone.in this era, very small brands dealing with commodities and other things are sending messages and alerts to their customer on regular basis.
            Hence look into the matter seriously and arrange to refund my extra amount alongwith other things stated in para (5) otherwise i will have to choose other way for recovery of the amount.

              My name is baljinder bagga. I have booked a tata nexon from your ludhiana agency grayson motors pvt ltd on 22/04/2019 and also paid rs.5000 in advance having receipt no. 19010026. But due to some personal reason i cancel my booking from ludhiana and purchase the car from your jalandhar agency aakriti world on 26/04/2019.
              Your agent mr. Sanjeev kumar of grayson motors is misbehaving with me and also used some abuse words when i demand my booking amount. Kindly look into the matter and refund my amount rs. 5000 as quickly as possible. I waiting for your quick and favourable response.

                I bought tata tiago before 5 months. So may complaints are there in the vehicle. For past 5 months i am behind of service center. They have not rectified the issues till now. Instead of rectifying the issues, they are trying to convince me. The doors are not closing properly. The guy from tata motors is saying that the doors are heavy in tiago. So you have to close forcibly. It is not like other vehicles. As per his technical specifications, the doors can't close that much easy. If i need, he said he can give in written.

                1. Entire dashboard is shaking even on the high ways if go in 100 km speed itself
                2. Music system will not on some times until you restart the vehicle
                3. Doors will not close properly
                4. Automation transmission does not work some times but they tell that is not their responsibility
                5. Doors noise will be too much.

                Please don't buy this vehicle and suffer like me. Both the dealer and tata motors are not responding.

                Hi,

                Your customer team does not have manners in dealing with the customers. Mr Kathir from customer support team is saying that there is no issue in the vehicle without checking the vehicle. The driver from the KLN motors came here to pick up the vehicle and he is able to identify the issues from his side in the vehicle. While i tried to explain the same with Kathir, he is not listening and started shouting at me. I am really fed up with the vehicle and enough number of times informed all these to eveyone. I decided to go to consumer court on this. I don't have any hope that the issues can be rectified. Istead of rectifying the isses, both KLN motors and TATA motors are trying to threaten me.

                  I left tata motors concorde last 6 month
                  But still i m not received a myp f account
                  I always follow up but the h r team not rly properly.
                  I don't know what can i do. I also complain but no one call and no one update me the process
                  After customer service and after employee service concorde motors worst.
                  I m complain the consumer court. Also if this month not happen

                      Hello, I booked Tata Harrier by paying Advance amount 30000(thirty thousand rupees)at Rajahmundry Tata commercial vehicles Dealer (SRI KODURI AUTOMOBILES) on October 20 2018, Mine was the second booking number in the dealership. Even after the release of vehicle in the other dealerships there was no consulting o[censored]s for the vehicle confirmation and not even the display of vehicle was placed till today(ie[protected], by seeing their irresponsibility i have written a letter to cancel my booking on[protected], The employee and the Manager told me that they will rend the amount in two days but its been four weeks now there is no answer from the manager even after calling and informing him. There are terms and conditions given by company that in case of delay of 21 days the dealership has to pay 10% extra. so please consider my complaint and make sure they dont do this to other costumers.

                        Hi,
                        This complaint is regarding bolt xm vehicle which i am facing serious problem while driving especially during heavy traffic.

                        I have also complaint about this to the service manager at prerna motors service centre, peenya bangalore while giving my vehicle for servicing.

                        While driving in heavy traffic, the abs logo automatically gets displayed in speedo meter and i have to struggle hard with my steering and can have a personal injury also.

                        I request you to do the needful to rectify this issue. Please note that, this situation arises only in busy traffic.

                        My loader is Tata zip and RC are not coming for 2 years so please for action
                        So i serviced my tata tigor for 2nd service . I had two complaints 1)the car doesnt pulls when we turn on ac 2) was the problem with the gear it was too tight . After service i was amazed to see that both my problems were not even rectified still the same. Also the service centre people were so lethargic on customer

                          I bought tata tiago xta amt and i think electronic display of tata is rigged as it always shows 8km/ litre how is that possible.

                          Infact i have been trying calculate actual millage and its way below 8.

                          In mumbai city traffic millage of the car is not even 10 km/l, which as per claims is 20

                          I think tata tiago is scamming people with rigged indicators. I feel my hard earned money is wasted in buying this product and would like to complain formally.

                          I have done my car servicing twice, both the times i have complained regarding low millage but nothing was resolved.

                          Infact i am sure tata sold me a faulty car.

                          To sum it up i would like to complaint about rigged display which tata cheats by not showing actual number

                          Second millage claims are ridiculous and missleading.

                          Today on 29 April, I have got some abnormal noise from engine compartment.

                            Following an accident met on 1st february 2019, i gave my car to tata motors authorized workshop at ranchi, jharkhand - basudev auto limited on 5th february 2019 for repair and insurance claim settlement. After repeated follow up and visit to the workshop they did not release my car sighting delay from insurance company side. The major reasons sought by the workshop were 1. Surveyor report and 2. Do from national insurance company.
                            At last i visited the national insurance branch at ranchi, jharkhand and met the branch manager who assured me an early settlement. Ultimately, i received my car on 4th march 2019 almost after 1 month in the workshop. The main tragedy happened during release of the car from workshop. Though the invoice amount of the workshop was rs. 25, 457/-, the do from national insurance was only for rs. 16, 900/-. Hence, i had to pay rs. 8, 557/- to the workshop to release my car.
                            Despite having a nil dep insurance for my car under 1st year, why i had to pay such an amount during claim settlement?
                            Now, the authorized workshop has billed rs.14, 702.80 towards labor charges where as the surveyors assessment is rs.9912.00. The dealer delayed the delivery (Around 25 days) of my vehicle (Post repair) citing the cause that surveyor has not given the go ahead to do so.
                            Also service by the authorized workshop was not satisfactory e. G., the new replaced bumper was without reflector fitted onto it.

                            If there is no co ordination between dealer (Repairer) and surveyor then what is the point of this tie up insurance. Why should i be bothered about the amount of labor charges if i have taken a nil depreciation policy and carried out the repairing work in an authorized service point.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I am an owner of tata indica vista, reg. No. Pb 03y4759. I have given my car for service in rp jhuntara automobiles bathinda service center on 17th april, 2019 to note all types of problems. After 4 days i have been called for taking my car back after service. One ac regulator switch related problem i. E. My ac was not working on no. 1 & 2 positions and was working well on 3 & 4 position. They have not attended the mentioned problem but they have broken my ac blower regulator switch. I told about that but nobody taken care for this.
                                    So i request you to take action to make my gadget healthy as it was earlier, or advise me to take help of consumer forum.
                                    Rpj service manager is making a story except any right action. I am waiting for his proper response.

                                      Sir,
                                      I have purchased a tata nexon xz+ st diesel (2018 model) for which i had gone through a couple of companies viz ford and toyota. But nexon promised me more than the other companies and i trusted tata so i went and chosen. I paid initially rs. 5000 after a test drive and within 2days i paid rs. 5lakhs on 14 march 2019. I have heard there is a price change in april, so i enquired again to confirm on road price and informed them if you increase the price i don’t want to buy the car, the showroom promised me that they won’t increase the on road price for me, so only i went on with it. But they consistently delayed the delivery without informing the actual reason. On 24 april 2019 they called and they delivered it without registration and invoices (Against the motor vehicle act 1988) saying that the next day would be the registration. But again they delayed but with a reason saying, the tax has increased by 5% of rs. 68, 000 but you don’t need to pay that we’ll arrange, for that please wait. But no response afterwards and i went to showroom to meet the general manager but the sales team head talked to me in the disguise of gm (He cheated). And he talked disrespectfully with my brother and asked me to pay rs.68, 000 if you want delivery now (An unfair trade practices punishable under consumer protection act of 1986). And knowing the truth we went to meet the gm today but instead of questioning the person who cheated me they blamed me for the delay in loan process. As it’s the day of applying the loan (13 april 2019) i told them if you make any change in price i won’t buy and make arrangements for the refund of initial payment. But they lied on that day and also they did know that the tax rate has increased for the nexon but they lied in this also and they are asking money now. The next month emi is due on 15 may 2019 so how could i pay for the car which i don’t own. And the branch manager said we would refund you but you need to be responsible for the loan charges for cancellation.
                                      I didn’t expect this from the respectable tatamotors. I hope you would solve this.

                                        It was claimed that avg is around 23 km /litre

                                        I have complaint in during all services that avg of my car is not coming more that 11-12 km/litre in city and 14 km/litre on highways.

                                        Even other people having tigor/tiago are claiming that average is good

                                        Than what is the problem with my car
