    Sir.
    I have purchased tata nexon from marina motors calicut. My deal was exchange of my old car (Verna fluidic 2011 model) so they promises 10k echange bonus plus corporate offere 5k total 15k extra benefit. Down payment of nexon they taken from my old car amount balance amount the have transferd me is less what they offered before and my other benefit also they cut which they have given me exchange and corporate offer. Now they are not hearing me and they delaying my balance return payment by telling some excuses.
    And my nexon car also have some sounds coming from inside while going through hump and my lft side door handle color changed now white to yellow, they are not listening my complaint also.
    Am requesting to take action against marina motos calicut, kerala.

      I booked a tata tiago and was to get delivery of 6th april, gudhipadva. To get delivery on gudhipadva i was asked to pay in cash, as there was no time for loan process by national auto wheels, hadapsar, pune.
      So i arranged the money in cash and paid the cash on time. But the delivery was nto given on 6th april, instead i got it on 13th april. I aksed dealer to pay the late delivery charges, but he said tata motors has delayed the delivery.
      So who will compensate the late delivery and loss which i incurred due to cash payment.

      Also it has been more than a month and yet the free service coupans are not given to me, again i was told that it is also delayed by tata motors.

      The light weight tray behind the rear seats is not given with the car, i was told that it does not come with tiago xta model??

        My car has dual fuel car and gas. It was working on both. However after surge in current there was program failure of the software at the workshop. After that my car is not working on gas. It worked intermittently once or twice then stopped working on gas completely.
        The lamda sensor had been blocked in 2016 as it was disturbing tuning of the car. The car was getting converted to gas without it all the time. However now the workshop blames the lack of lamda sensor. Reinstalling it will mean new problems. But the the problem is "gas sensor" damaged the workshop is silent on it. Tata have asked me to contact the workshop to resolve the issue.
        I do not have techical knowledge. But feel it is unfair to have such electronis in a cheap car when you have gone and completed other repairs recommended by the workshop and just paid a bill of over 62, 000/-. The car is delivered to your home as fit and then next you are asked to pay 24, 000 for replacing sensors, which even if you do, you know is not the end of you troubles and something new can come up. Any assistance in how to deal with this is welcome.

        so far the workshop has recalled the car three times for repairs and sent it back each time as repaired without doing the needful to have it converted to gas. sending it to workshop each time includes an expenditure of rs 1000 on petrol each time.I am being worn out in my requests to have it repaired. what can a helpless customer do?

        the complaint is already made and number is 1-[protected] .
        its a month now, i have been politely -by service manager verbally, told they will help out and ensure they get the required part and show me the car running on gas.
        but when the repair work will be done, when car will be called, there is no firm commitment,
        so far kept sending car to them (thrice) and it comes back with same defect, each time only petrol gets consumed.
        Ques 1. can you not release us from the bondage to your the software which only serves a severe impediment to using the product as evident from my mails in 2015 and 2016 as well.( fortune motors and Bhatti motors at Nerul)
        Because of the poor electronics of the car where some things suddenly do not work properly .
        I have almost been in accident and near death situations in the past in 2015 and 2016. But this is india buy a car at your own risk seems to be an unsaid company attitude..
        After partially blocking the faulty electronics at Fortune motors(nerul) in 2016, car worked upto april 2019. now it has totally stopped working on gas after visit to riddiauto workshop where they delayed delivery for two days by their own admission due to power fluctuations affecting the software.( happened when car my was connected to scanning system. as per workshops intimation of reason for delay in delivery)
        -since then I am waiting on promises. restoring the car working on gas will be done only if they find some second hand parts so that then they can claim closure .
        Q2, how long these old replacement parts will last is anybody guess, whether these parts will get the system running again ?
        O3. when will my car be taken for setting the gas system right, how many days will it be in the workshop?
        Q4. how many more days must i restrict use of the car as it is not running on gas?
        --other than the nice promises, which i appreciate i would also like to see the rectification and restoration of the car running on CNG gas as it was doing earlier.( also reason why i had purchased the car)

        A car running properly on gas is returned without it working on gas, after promising to collect it and return it working on gas they have not picked it up again .
        it was picked from my house and dropped at my house, i have no choice in what they do with the car even after i have paid the full bill of 62.000 + for the repairs.
        always politely saying they will pick it up in a few days does not solve anything. it is more than a month now.

        correction ful lbill of rs 62, 000/- was paid and car returned with gas sensor not working after delaying delivery by two days and admitting that there was a power disruption when my car was being scanned.

        the workshop riddiautocraft, had taken the car two weeks ago and have said that it is ready today. they have surprised me by saying i need to pay 10, 000/- for the repairs. and 500 for petrol.
        They have not raised any bill. they have asked me to run it for a few days and then pay as per my convenience.
        I appreciate their hard work but am exasperated by the expenses, down time of the car and frankly the tension caused in owning a Tata car. It is a punishment, i will not wish on my enemies.
        From entering the workshop first almost 3 months ago till today it a continuous tension.
        something that shoud have been corrected in this car in the warranty period has been allowed to harass me for these past five years.
        I hope now when i get the car today it will be as tension free as my earlier cars, Maruti 800 and santo were. IF Not I would request tata motors to reimburse the riddiautocraft for their trouble.
        After my experence with National Auto Pune, Bhatti motors Nerul, Fortune motors Nerul, Concorde Motors Pune, I feel here is somthing wrong in the product sold to me or the way the company handles its dealer (that they cannot provide the satisfactory experience of owning a car To the customer.)

        TP KL.69 2019/166 TATA tiago XT car got accident on 25th April 2019 at 5.15 am. Crushed car was sent to ernakulam showroom on same day. Car was delivered on 22nd April 2019 and it run only upto 700Kms. Company said that it could be delivered back after repair within 1 week. Now they are saying it will take 1 month. Please do necessary actions.
        The car is switching to gas properly now when required.
        The petrol to gas state it was in before sending has been restored, the tuning, pickup are all excellent.

        After driving the vehicle over a 100 kms, as before the vehicle heats up and fan remains on EVEN after switching the vehicle OFF.
        The fan goes off after some time of switching the car off( about five minutes)
        This has been happening since the warranty days, Mr Shimpi (GM ) of fortune motors, Nerul had told me that the catylytic converter heats up / sensors shows its temp is high hence the fan remains on. it will go off after some time and has no effect on car engine performance.
        There is no problem with using AC if it is used since starting the car . I had complained that switching AC on is not possible after running engine for about 100 kms after it heats up. the practical solution he gave was that to stop the car, let it cool and then run it again on AC.
        I am following the same for the past few years and life goes on. ( not something i faced with my Santro car for the 10 years i used it)
        Anyway, Thanks to Riddi autocraft for restoring my car to the state that i can use it regularly without any major problem. They have really restored my faith that cars can be repaired properly and returned above expectations . Thanks Riddi autocraft. (turbe)

          I have purchased nexon kraz (Mh 03 da 3750) in oct 2018, this is my 2nd tata car first was vista aura which was buyback for nexon. I am totally dissatisfied with type of product and service provided by tata. I have mentioned defect in both my first and 2nd service but car just went to service center and came back.
          Dis satisfied on following points and seek to have your clarification on same.

          * during tacking car in reverse wheel gets jam this was informed in both services but still problem persist.
          * after 2nd on 2nd day it was found there was no water in wiper tank.
          * after 2nd service car is showing service due for 26 days which i suppose should have been taken care.
          * gear system is not smooth as it should have been in new car it seems i am driving old car which is 5 years old.
          * steering wheel is not smooth as it should be
          * i has been to weekend drive for week end and suddenly left wiper stops working which is very embarrassing in front of others.

          * ​it was promised at the time of purchase of extended warranty which has been communicated to your call center representative. They only confirm that they will check and confirm received 6 to 8 calls but still they are confirming
          * this point is just a feed back nothing related to performance of car but performance of company. I received a call that as an esteem customer we are giving free passes of imagica for 3. Then it was asked how may people are there in family i confirm four i confirmed that its ok i can purchase one ticket. Then representative confirm that she will confirm back. As i was awaiting for update one day prior i get an sms that you need to go tomorrow. My question is are these activity done for sake of doing or tata is serious on customer satisfaction.

            With due respects i see swarup dhara, owner of indica ev2 lx car (Wb42x 8197) beg to inform you that the remort circuit bord of the key pad of my car is not functioning proparly
            That, s why i went to bardhaman banerjee motors one of the approved repairing centre of approved tata motors for repairing the key pad, staff of the banerjee motors informed me that for repairing the key pad whole system should be change which needs a lot of expenditure of me, therefore i request to you to arrange duplicate key pad of my tata motors that will enable me to run the car.

              I mukul parwani son of dilip parwani purchased a tata tigor from sparsh tata in najafgarh. We demanded the 2019 manufactured model but after several delays they gave a blue tata tigor diesel variant. The first mistake they made was that they billed the vehicle in the name of my late grandfather (Hiralal parwani), due to which it got delayed further by 10-11 days. It was supposed to be billed in the name of my father dilip parwani. Finally on 25 april 2019 they gave the vehicle saying this is the 2019 latest model which was manufactured recently and hence jusified the delay made by tata motors. The vehicle was booked on 25 march 2019 and they delayed it by a month saying it is being delayed by the tata motors itself. They also said that we will do teflon coating of the car but didn't do it. After recieving vehicle we demanded verification that vehicle is indeed the right 2019 manufactured model but they didn't showed us the form 22 and neither verified the car, they just assured us that this is correct model. Even after demanding form 22 to take a look they didn't gave it to us. Then we brought the vehicle with us. Later when i took form 22 from accounts of sparsh tata then i realised that the actual manufaturing of the vehicle is october 2018. And now after inquring sparsh tata on 06 may 2019 the manager (Satish) said we will replace/refund the vehicle but till now no action has been taken from then and they are saying it's a fault of tata motors that they sent the wrong model of the vehicle. Since the vehicle is not yet registered. Now the manager is saying we will provide additional discount and you let go off the matter and not tell anyone about it.
              We have been frauded by sparsh tata and this car was financed by tata finance and now we don't want the car and would return the car to the sparsh tata and want refund of money. So please look into the matter and help us returning the car and completeing the returning process.

              I have not provided any technical detail in this mail but will provide any document and evidence whenever whatever is required.

                I have brought new nexon xt 4th may 2019
                On 12th may my car inner tie rod it ditched from rack & pinion in palakkad kerala
                Total 373 kilometers
                I called road side assistance but they said car towing not available in my location on sunday my trip was not completed that day next day morning again i called then they arranged car towing and car is taken to service center i called the dealer to arrange vehicle for my travelling the denied then i have payed 4000 for my travelling
                Is any possibility's to get my travelling expense and my wastage or my time by the quality less product they given by them

                  Dear Sir,
                  Sub: Irresponsible behaviour of Tata Motors dealer in Kerala M/S Focus Automobiles Services Ltd, Aiswarya Complex, Omallur P O, Pathanamthitta, Kerala and subsequent mental hardship and financial damage caused to me.

                  I am owner of Tata Indigo Manza car bearing registration number KL26 F 2973 and an employee of NTPC Ltd Kayamkulam. Since my above car was malfunctioning due to overheat, I contacted M/S Focus Automobiles, Omallur, the authorised dealer for Tata Motors who is regularly servicing my car, on 06.03.2019 and they engaged their employee Mr.Sharat Bhanu to pick up my car from my quarters at Cheppad (Alleppey Dist, Kerala) and the person picked it up on 07.03.2019. Since I had to proceed to Kolkata on official purpose I instructed M/S Focus Automobiles to deliver the car only on 13.03.2019 which the above dealer agreed over phone.

                  But to my utter dismay one person who introduced himself as relative of the agent of Focus Automobile Mr.Sharatbhanu, informed over phone to me that the car has met with an accident somewhere near the residence of Sharatbhanu. When contacted the authorised dealer, they have totally washed off their hand and instructed me to proceed against Sharatbhanu instead!. Is it not a shame on the part of the dealer to shirk responsibility?. I understand that Focus Automobiles are the main dealer of Tata Motors in Kerala. When I threatened them of complaining, they have provided a vehicle for my temporary use. Now I received a call from Aranmula Police Station informing me that the vehicle provided to me for temporary use, is a stolen vehicle and SHO instructed me to surrender it to Aranmula Police Station. I have send notices Focus Automobiles and registered complaints with Pathanamthitta Police Station (on 16.03.2019), Kareelakulangara Police Station, Alleppey Dist (on 01.05.2019) and Mannar Police Station, Alleppey Dist (on 02.05.2019).

                  I am convinced that the whole episode is getting unfurled with the active connivance of Tata Motors dealer M/S Focus Automobiles and I request you to take immediate and effective steps to get my car back to my possession properly made functional within five days from this letter. As a leading car manufacturer in the world I hope you have complete responsibility for the activities of your authorised dealer.

                  Please take notice that if you do not act on this complaint and get my complaint redressed; I will be constrained to proceed against you for redemption of my enormous mental hardship and huge financial loss.

                    I had referred my friend to tata and she purchased tiago car 3 months ago. Till now I didn't get the referral benefit they have offered. I didn't get any response form dealership 'concorde motors' till now. The referral points that offered by TATA is such a fraud program. Even TATA or dealer doesn't know about this. I want to file the case in consumer court. I want to know the escalation matrix for this.

                      That, s why i went to bardhaman banerjee motors one of the approved repairing centre of approved tata motors for repairing the key pad, staff of the banerjee motors informed me that for repairing the key pad whole system should be change which needs a lot of expenditure of me, therefore i request to you to arrange duplicate key pad of my tata motors that will enable me to run the car.

                        I had booked tata nexon petrol xza+ dual tone on 27th april 2019 from kht motors, whitefield bangalore. The prime reason for going for this car was dealer promised me that the car will get deliver with in 7 to10 days. And now my loan amount have been se crooned and money has been given to the dealer but it is very frustrating that i have not got my car delivered and dealer is not giving me any dates for delivery. Now i was planning to go for another dealer but tata finance guy told me that now this is not possible as the loan amount is already given to dealer. I think i got trapped by dealer on the delivery date at the time of booking. Really bad sales service of kht motors whitefield bangalore. I do not know now, where to raise my voice i really don’t want to start giving my emi without my vehicle.

But his talking way is very bad. He told me. U send ur mother for one night and i[censored] any wife, sisters also send them. Like crucial he scold.                             Custmer care services is very disgusting, called so many times but didn't get any response from them.
                            Need to raise a complaint for tata zest car as car is not working even after the services from service center itself.
                            So many times we need to go to service center and raise a complain for that but they didn't any help. They hold car for 10-10 days and more than 10 days but again the car condition was same.

                            Treat this on high priority.

                              I have submitted a complaint regarding non working of the music system in my car tata zest py01cg7135 on 22.04.2019. I am submitting same same again, as my problem not yet resolved:
                              I, dr. Virender kumar nim, working as professor in a medical college in pondicherry, had tata indica since 2003, which i gave in exchange of tata zest in march, 2015. Because i liked my previous car, a tata product too much. Both the cars are petrol version, present one is xt model, registration number py o1 cg 7135,. I am happy about this car, but some issues are there, which not solved by the service center in pondicherry, schakaralaya motors despite telling many times since beginning.
                              Spring action of side indicator lever is not working since beginning. Is has to come to neutral/center after bringing car straight, but it is not.
                              Music system is giving many problems almost since beginning. Initially controls on the stearing wheal were giving problem on and off, and now not working at all. Now quite long time usb is not working. Now the moment a pendrive is used for music it stop completely. To start the music again i have switch off the car completely, remove the key for at least 5 to 10 minutes, the start again, even then can use only blue tooh connected to my phone, still can't use pendrive. This i brought in notice to the service center at pondicherry, schakaralaya motors. They are not able to solve my problem. Now they are not responding to my massages also.
                              Can you get into my problem, and solve them at earliest.

Dear team now its not my default i dont know why not changed my coolent on last service from autovikas services center but now as per mistake of autovikas i am why suffer?                                     Today, there was my first service of tata nexon xz+. Totally unsatisfied, i was call by showroom for my first service at 11am. There was a generally checkup and that takes only 20-25 min. Then they donot washed my car till 1pm. Then there was a break for your workers (1pm-2pm) but at 2 pm the workers were not out. My car washing starts at 2:30 pm. Your workers said that we will start washing of your car at 2pm but this was not happened. Your staff is not supportive. I have also a maruti suzuki swift and the service station is always full of cars but it takes only 2-2.5 hours for the service, but here at tata showroom its takes 5 hours and the service station had only 4-5 cars. I want to go jammu that is 67 km from my town. But the plan was cancelled because of your pathetic service. Your service is very slow and they even didn't ask for a glass of water. I reached showroom at 11am. And they ask for water at 12:40pm. Your workers are just enjoying. My car volume was full. I attached a video below where you see the work is slow and enjoyment was in the top. I requested service manager many times and said that i have to go jammu please ask workers to start the work, but your service manager is like your workers. Not expected this from you tata. I will definitely not suggest anyone to buy your car, because cars are good but the service is pathetic. Better to go with ford or maruti suzuki because they care for their customer's.

U came to know this when i got provisional rc. Against committment of discount of 40000. I got cheque less than 5000 after so many days. Now 5000 is pending.                                         The car was purchased from bafna motors pvt ltd 3004302 on 31 may 2017. This car has since failed 22 times on road. Every time dealer promises that it will not fail. But it fails on road. It just stops and does not start. It has resulted in immense hardships and loss of my peace of mind. Now i have returned the car to dealer and decided to stop payment of the emi. Kindly replace the car. There is no other option.
