Hello sir my name is gulshan kumar from j & k state.. I am facing a problem since i am using it.. That time i thought its not to worry after some time its getting even worse than i thought.. And complained to the tata service station about the noise in cabin bt they said its nothing to about it. Bt my friend had a same model he told me he had the same problem bt it is resolved.. Nw i want you to resolve my problem...

I had enquired about tata tiago for the purpose of test driving in the first week of march at concorde motors india limited thodupuzha, which is a subsidiary of tata motors. A customer advisor from concorde motors india limited came to our home for test driving tata tiago. He collected a cheque of rs. 10, 000/- as booking fee by convincing us that it is 100 % refundable if the booking is cancelled. I gave the cheque for rs. 10, 000/- payable to concorde motors india limited. The next day itself i called the customer advisor to tell that we are cancelling the booking and don't encash the cheque. When i went in person to collect the cheque one week later, concorde motors india limited has already encashed the cheque on march 7 depsite asking not to do. I filled the form for returning the booking fee.

After almost two months, after frequent calls to concorde motors india limited asking about the return deposit and hearing many lame excuses, an amount of rs.9, 000/- was deposited on april 24th. Now when i am calling about the remaining rs.1000/- the customer advisor who is our contact person at concorde motors india limited is not even caring to pick up the call.

The cheque was written in the name of concorde motors india limited upon the customer advisor's insistence. Already i have made numerous calls and follow up and fed up with the way tata motors as well as concorde motors india limited has treated us. We feel cheated and duped into believing the words of a representative belonging to a reputed company.

Kindly look into the matter and see what is possible to get us our money back.

    I have purchased tata hexa on sep 2017 and from the six months after purchase i am struggling with ac issue.

    The ac is not working and stop working automatically after few minutes you switch on the ac. This issue is intermediate and occurrence percentage very high in day when outside temperature is hot.

    I visited the moti nagar, delhi service station and they were not able to detect the issue and now the problem re-occurred.

    I am struggling with this and really not happy with this.

    So here is am looking and expecting a good customer service from tata to get this issue resolved. My contact details are motioned below

      I have deposited my Tata Safari storme bearing vehicle no UP 70 EP 1717 at GP motors Dandupur Prayagraj for second free service but I have not gotten any response stating that due to non availability of Company Engineear I can't do any thing.         This is mohit karamchandani, i have purchased my harrier on 15th of march 2019. Its only been a month and this is what happening with my car. The touchscreen display isnt working, even when i was closing my car, these types of little problems are coming which is absolutly not a goos sign for a new branded car, and it gives me the feeling of consumer disatisfaction. I live in agra, and i have purchased my harrier from ashok auto sales ltd., its only been a month and many problems are occuring. I have drived this car today only 10km but after the journey this is what i saw. The touch was'nt working and the engine of the car was still on when i lock my car. I really want you guys to fixs this problem off. This is what tata is making its image to their customers?. My car is in the warrenty time period i want you guys to replace my car. This car is defected. I want you guys to take any action against it, otherwise, it will make a bad impression of tata product to me.           Greetings of the day!!

          I would like to convey my serious concern regarding my vehicle service at dada motors pvt. Ltd mehndipur punjab ludhiana.

          Sir i was giving my vehicle pb10dm8511 for service at dada motors workshop on 24th april & they was delivered my vehicle on 26th april evening & now today 27th april morning we trying to start my vehicle but is is not start.

          Sir i have paid 5000/-rs. For my vehicle service but vehicle is as it is & oil leakage problem is same. So please resolve my issue on priority.& give my vehicle because i bear major lose of three days already.

          Now 4th day they are saying your battery is dead & need to replace but i want to clear that my battery is change by there technicians my battery is fine & not any problem init.

          Overall i am not satisfied from dada motor service please provide solution.

            Dear tata motors
            I have purchased the tiago xza model on date 20.03.2019. At 4th april the vehicle stopped in the middle of the road with amt fault. The vehicle was approximate 10 days in service center. After taking vehicle the next day again amt fault occurred and it refused to change. Next day technician carried the laptop and issue for resolved. But the fault started showing frequently, whenever we started vehicle for trip the fault use to occur and gear shift doesn't happen. After trying repeat for 5-6 time some time the fault use to clear and vehicle use to run. But the fault is coming unpredictable and causing problem of change of gear. It is hard to run car like this. Beacuse the car has shown this much of fault in not even 10 days of purchase the trust on vehicle to do high distance seems dream due to unreliable amt.
            Humble request to tata motors to solve issue so i get some confidence on car and enjoy our 1st new car.

            I buy Tata Tiago zx+ by Shree Vasu motors, thay promise me to provide accessories ( matting & mudflap) free of cost.now thay said we only othurised to provide you local chip Quilty accessories. and thay also added 3500 Rs in RTO on the name of broker charge nd handling which is illegal. It's same Tata motor not responding on my mail bad behaviour.

              Dear sir,

              Problem - malfunction light on. Vehicle jerking and fuel smell. The problem was looked into and hopefully resolved yesterday 25.04.2019, by your authorised service centre urs kar service centre (P) ltd dewans road mysoremr ponnanna [protected]. I was informed the problem was related to spark plug and that it had to be cleaned as there was misfire. I was charged rs 295 for standard checks dtc check up. I had just given the car for service on march 14th 2019 and had paid rs 3000/.

              I was told by your representative that during service the spark plugs are not cleaned, if there is no indication of any malfunctioning found by your computer. The reply was strange. Prior to the service, i recollect sometime in the second half of last year i had changed the spark plugs as well as some cable in the same service centre and had paid around rs 1600/ as i had encountered the same problem in the vehicle that time. Please clarify whether is it right for the authorised dealer to charge me again.

                I am owening tata tiago and i purchase my car in december 2018. I have notified about my issue 4 times in active service center ahmedabad and 1 time in bachha motors ahmedabad. Issue is that my car's gear vibrate too much and this issue is still there.

                  I got this training mail asking to deposit 25000/- where as when i read the tata companies policy they said we don't charge a thing and it is completely on merit bases and then we got the account checked that was given to us with sbi i it was again a fake acc stata bank of india name-mr.                     I would like to put few lines with deep regret against urs cars, mysore, karnataka.
                    I have booked tata tiago xta white on 26.03.2019, during booking dealer promised to give the car within 10 days but after 10 days they didn't deliver the car. On enquiry it is learnt that they have not made billing for the vehicle. They gave vague answer for the delay and they keep on telling lies on each enquiry. Now today they are telling that the booked vehicle is not available and it may take another 10 days. I paid 70% amount within 3 days of booking and bank emi has been started. I am really fed up with dealer and their negligence, non commitment, false assurance and decided to cancel booking.

                        Whom so ever it may concern,

                        I have bought a new tata nexon xz+ in january end, this year. Since the day of purchase i have encountered numerous problems in the car and since then it has been in the company service for 7-8 times in span of this 6 months.
                        1) initially when it the vehicle was purchased, it was releasing high vibrations while shutting down the engine, after servicing it twice in company service station, in third service it was identified that a clamp was missing from very first day (Told by your officials)!

                        2) after that, recently when it was given for routine service at abc autolink, vadodara, the infotainment system software was updated. Since then, an electronic error is seriously affecting the entire vehicle performance. Because of this error the infotainment system suddenly turns into blue theme regardless of the mode (I. E. Sports, city, eco), i am driving in. The service symbol also lights up suddenly in odometer. Following are the other issues which occurs when this thing happens.
                        Driving mode doesn't changes, when the mode-knob is rotated
                        Fuel efficiency gets serious affected causing drastic reduction in mileage.
                        The vehicle exerts sudden thrusts, even when the acceleration paddle is kept steady (I. E. No speeding up or down, keeping steady speed)
                        Noise of engine increases and makes sound like a tractor.
                        For the 2nd problem, i have given my vehicle 3 times at abc autolink service center in vadodara and every time i have to travel 80+80 = 160 km for service as there is no service center in godhra, and even after so much efforts, expenses and wasting my leaves taken from the office, there is no solution of this problem after 3 services. This is extremely disappointing for me as a customer and completely unacceptable & unprofessional response from your side. Therefore hereby i am informing you to provide proper solution and servicing to rectify this problem, otherwise i will be left with the only option of taking legal way against you. Which will be very unpleasant for you and not advisable for both o[censored]s.

                            with regard to non-availability of spare part anywhere in delhi with all the tata service centres.

                            Hi,

                            This is to inform you that, i had visited tata service center on 19th apr 2019 as there was some major problem that had occurred in my car radiator fan. The tata service center supervisor guided me to get the entire unit changed but he mentioned that part is not available here in the center nor in entire delhi in other centers.                             Customer has been mislead with mr ajaz of tata motors of sangrama bye pass baramulla... He almost cheated us with an amount upto 32000... We demand immediate action against ajaz ahmad hajam marketing executive other wise will file an fir against tata motors.. He also refused to get us the number of the car. He has almost cheated every one in ganderbal

                              Hi i am srikanth. I bought car on 15 th april 2019 which is tata tigor nrg from malik cars, hyderabad, malakpet branch. On 17 th april 2019 i raised a complaint states that
                              1. Engine is to noisy like auto riskhaw
                              2. Vehicle steering is cross
                              3. Brakes are not working

                              They request to bring to service centre i been there on 22 april 2019. Technician seen the vehicle he explaining me about vehicle sound after that they fixed the steering of the car handovered. After a while again it became cross.

                              A/c sealant as been taken off.

                              My question is this vehicle is brand new and these many complaints i am not happy with product what tata motors as sold. I am not happy with this car i am requesting to take back the car give my money back.

                              Can please resolver this issue.

                                It is here by once again reiterated with a great displeasure that as already intimated in respect of "tata hexa vehicle" bearing ch. No. Mat614170jre05445 and engine number: varicor07dryj08822, the gear transmission is not shifting smoothly thereby creates a great inconvenience during the gear shifting and the said problem exists from the very beginning/at the purchase of the vehicle, which stands intimated and well aware to the concerned sale manager mr. Ayiaz & workshop i/c mr. Parmheet singh, who also attempted to rectify the said problem but all in vain & ultimately intimated that the issue stands taken up with head office of tate motors, who have agreed & approved the supply the necessary part for the gear transmission, but till now no redressal of the problem.
                                The issue is also already intimated & discussed telephonically with the tata motors head office.
                                Lastly it is impressed upon to rectify the said issue of the vehicle at an earliest as the company has already prolonged & delayed a very fond customer having a no. Of tata vehicles in our use, failing which it will be constrained to move the issue to legal/consumer forum, at the absolutely risk and responsibility of tata motors, which pl. To note.

                                The vehicle stands purchased from M/S Fairdeal Motors Parimpora Srinagar j&k.
                                And the registration number of the vehicle is JK01AJ 0999, the said vehicle once again handed over to the said workshop for the rectification of the problem without further inconvenience at an earliest

                                  I purchase Tata tigor Before 3 month and vehicle run at 3300 k:m
                                  After Few day RR LH Tyre Ari leek issues come and i am going to dealer and make complain dealer said Some time air was automatic low so please fill air then after check and send me home,
                                  after i am fill air in tyer after 3 days Tyre Air more leek so i am going to dealer and again make complain to dealer after hemake me later and send me tyre dealer after i am going tyre dealer he said this is not manufacturing defacet this is damage and send me home .

                                  Still not solve my issue in your side,
                                  i am not use my vehicle in log drive because air is leek RR tyer.
                                  I am very sorry to say but this product or dealer chit & fraud with me i am very disappoint for purchasing this TATA car and i am not send any reference for purches TaTa car .

                                    I was there for regular service of my car on dated 17-april-2019, around 11:45 am. Their service manager mr sandeep chatrath attending me. All are going good but when i tell him for my last service concerns he starts overreacting and misbehaving with me and said "agar main chahu to app service nahi kerwa sakte". Please help me for that asap.
