I am manik gupta i booked a car with concorde tata peeragarhi for 905000 on march 1st then a representative from auto vikas named mohit wadhawan called me up and said sir dont buy car from there i ll give you this car for 870000 scuff plate and chrome door handles i ll give you free as a complimentary accessories and he came in my factory saying i ll book your car sir m giving you a huge profit margain of 35000 rs so i booked the car with him then every day they keep on torturing me saying sir this problem is coming in your loan account or that problem is coming so i said them cancel my booking i dont want to buy car from you frauds they from 15 march every second day i went there to collect my cheque they wont giving it to me then on 26th march they said sir your loan was cleared of 650000 at the time you cancelled the booking so they started forcing me take car from us for 870000 and from last 4 days again doing the same behaviour now today there representative said sir the offer for 870000 was till march now you can get the offer of april that is 15000
Pathetic behaviour by tata guys
I wont let anyone buy any tata product in my entire life and will tell about these services tata provide to his costumers shame on you and that auto vikas people

    I had purchased a tata motors nexon on 16-03-19 from m/s malayalam vehicles india pvt ltd aluva - (Through vyttila branch). The model was xza+, 1.2 petrol, and klb09368. 3 days back, ie, 7 days from the date of its purchase, while running, at around 12.45 noon, the working of the engine was stopped and the vehicle stood motionless in hr middle of the road near perumbavoor. I tried to contact the sales person in malayalam motors via mobile no.[protected] and[protected]These are the only contact numbers available with me.). These mobiles were in switched off condition at that time. For god’s grace one of my friends obtained telephone number of concord motors perumbavoor. As per their advice i registered a service complaint (Complaint no.[protected]) through [protected]. It took 35 minutes to register a complaint. A technician came after an hour and informed me that he is unable to rectify the defect and vehicle should be towed to nearby service centre. I have opted concord perumbavoor, since it is near to the place where i am residing. The whole process ended by 17.15 hrs that day. I have got also courtesy call from concord. However the response of malayalam motors was not at all supportive.

    They have informed on 25-03-19 that there a problem with the reverse sensor and it requires replacement and it will take few days to get the spares. Buying a new car and doing its breakdown repair within days of purchase is really a matter of worry for us.
    For years, we were using hyundai cars. Recently when we decided to purchase a new car, we were impressed by the review of tata nexon and many of our friends also suggested this. On account of all these, we never thought of a second option other than tata while buying. It is our trust and confidence in tata that is really affected on account of the complaint occurred to the new one. A a car which has not even run for 110 km and its sensors being repaired is a matter which cannot be digested by us and is of great concern. We are totally worried about its future performance.

    On account of this, we have no other option than to get the car replaced with a new one or get it repaired immediately. There is no point in advising a customer who has bought a new car to wait for a long period for repair works, for the reasons for which he is not responsible. I also request you to provide a spare car for my use till the vehicle gets repaired. The permanent registration of the vehicle is also pending. Please favour me with an immediate reply within 2 days.

I haven't expected such an irresponsible act from a reputed firm like tata. Please try to respond else i would be forced to take legal remedies.

      Hi, i bought my first car tata zest red color in dec. 2014 upto 3 years nothing happen to my car and i was very happy with performance but now issue is, lots of bubbles or you can say blisters are coming on my car front and back side as well. I am worried about, is this corrosion? Please help me out why this is happening? And how i can prevent this?

        Sir i had purchased a car Tata nexon XT model. From grover motors bareilly. On 4 feb 2019. Nd from the next day of purchasing there is moisture in the head lamps of the car. After driving in night. I have also clicked some pictures of it as a proof. Nd the headlamp are in warranty so I request to change that headlamps. As soon as possible.i already contacted to the motors but they don't take it seriously. I have photos of that moisture headlamps still they want to recheck nd more pics.

              My nexon xza+ delivered on 22/03/2019. Yesrerday onwards automatic gear not changing from first gear and it resulted in traffic block three times, this happened when we slow down the vehicle, as the manual mode functioned we escaped, service center people came and checked and they had only one answer nexon is a super vehicle and ours is first complaint, chasis number mat627265klc11943, hope we will get a good reply, also expect a call from tata motors as we didn't get any call from tata from the beginning

                I bought nexon diesel xz+ in diesel thinking tata motors have improved with their cars but my thinking was wrong.

                From the day 1, i am facing lot of issues

                1. When car is move to reverse gear the steering gets tighten.
                2. The digital screen gets blacken up automatically and comes back after some minutes multiple times.

                Steering is faulty. It made noises. I am sure they sold me a defective product.

                I think i made biggest mistake by buying a tata car. Lot of people saying not to buy tata car but i thought tata motors had improved. Feeling sad that i made a wrong choice.

                The service engineers do not have any specific reason for above issues.

                I want the replacement to be done as i am facing these problem since i purchased the car.

                I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 7 days, i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.

                    I s s rana, owner of s s rana tour & travels has purchased 3 no. Of 15 seater winger from m/s. Pascos, delhi branch. Two winger in the month of october vide invoice no ipaskn[protected] & ar[protected] dated 29.10.2018 and one winger in the month of december vide invoice no. Ipaskn[protected] dated 11.12.2018 from the very first month of purchased i have in facing the problem firstly due to shortage of engine oil. The matter was intimated to workshop of pascos and the oil was toped up with the confirmation that the problem not occurred again. But i am sorry to say the problem has not resolved.

                    Moreover i have in facing a problem of clutch plate and shocker in all the three vehicles. The vehicle is no being cooled properly by ac, after a lot of harassment and miss commitment to me from the problem still unresolved as on date and thereby i am facing cancellation of my booking from my clients. Due to this problem i am not able to pay my emi to the bankers and a lot monetary trouble is being faced by me. This is a dented over the confidence of winger.

                    Yo are kindly request to resolved the issue as soon as possible.

                      First and foremost i thank you very much to your customer care personnel for arranging the towing vehicle and towed at dealer's service centre.
                      I am your one of the reputed customer and so far i have purchased three vehicles from your dealers.
                      Though this vehicle was purchased in 2017 the make was 2016 and i have run this vehicle around 75000 km within two years.
                      The customer care advised me that this vehicle is under warranty and therefore i need not pay anything for this sudden break down on road.
                      Accordingly the vehicle was taken in to tiruchirappalli city, and the dealer is m/s. Kaveri garage pvt. Ltd., located at 27/5, dindigul main road, dheeran nagar, piratiyur, tiruchirappalli - 620 009.
                      The dealer was unable to diagonize the fault throughout the day on 25.03.2019 and today on 26.03.2019 called me and told that there is complaint in ecm board which will cost around rs. 9000.00 and that i have to pay because the vehicle is not covered under warranty as the vehicle already run 75000km as against 60000 km but time limit of four years.
                      I just wondered by hearing this and i am in opinion of tata nano vehicles could be run at the maximum of 60000 km and there after there is no life guarantee for the vehicle.
                      Please consider this sudden break down under warranty and do the needful.

                        I very sorry to bring your kind notices on the grievances faced by me by your authorised partner M/s. Concorde Motors (India) Limited, Mathura Road, New Delhi :

                        1. That I have purchased TATA NANO emax on 20.06.17 for my spouse vide registration no. DL1CW8176 with the assurances free as well as best services from TATA with the Gold Member by paying extras.

                        2. That I have visited to above mentioned service center on 23.03.19(Saturday) forenoon for 3rd services as well as to rectify the previous service problems by filling the requisitin slip by Mr.Hridyanand Singh and told me to collect it on 24.03.19 at 11.00am.

                        3. That I again visited to service center at about 4.30pm on 24.03.19 to collect my vehicle. After waiting of half an hours and following to Mr. H. Singh, finally he issued a slip to deposit Rs.440/- in cash counter for gate pass.

                        4. That a SAP Gate Pass Invoice No.[protected] dated 24.03.19 issued to me at at 17.05.14p.m. and security guard instructed me that your car is at outside service center parking areas.

                        5. That I found in outside area, my vehicle is lying without services. Immediately I rushed to front office desk and reported everything. I called to the service manager Mr. Rajesh on his Mobile No. [protected], 42224777.

                        6. That the service manager found it unserviced on the spot with front office madam (photos & videos are attached).

                        In view of above mentioned circumstances, I lost my trust with TATA as well as CONCORDE MOTORS. There is big loopholes in the entire service management systems. Such type of serious negligence shows how this service center and their service managers are not religiously working towards the benefit of their customers at all.

                        My humble requests to entire management team and sr. officers to kindly go through the CCTV footage of service centers and ensure me the rights of services at the earliest.

                        The service center should take care and valued for time, money and harassments suffered to customers due to poor supervisions by Concorde Motors.

                          I have booked and paid the full amount on 18th March as I was told the vehicle XMA Nexon is available in stock with Rudra Tata Motor Wagholi Pune. Since 18th march I was suggested delivery on the coming Sunday 24th March. Nobody called me/ updated me about any delays in process, collected my documents on 17th March ensured my old Car exchange formalities were all complete. As the delivery date approached I asked my Sales Rep Sharad Bansode about the status and he wasn't sure, then he realized on the 7th day that I was missing a copy of the Challan/Index2 in my Rent agreement. Yet no person has contacted me from the store asking for it till I didn't call to check on the status. At the time of booking the vehicle the SUP Mayur shared great urgency on making the full payment as the car, model and color was available in their stock yard. It is the 25th today and I have no update on the delivery date for something that was readily available and promised at the time of completing booking and payment formalities. Nobody has the right kind of knowledge, I was quoted nearly 10k over and above the actual insurance cost vs what I received as an SMS from the insurance team for the OTP, but nobody has basic courtesy to call and refund the excess payment. The TL Fakhruddin Mody has no etiquette to even call us back with a quotation while we were checking details about the car. The SUP Mayur is so busy that for days together he does not revert to any phone calls or msgs sent to him. I really want to know why the urgency for payments and deal closure but no reciprocation with regards to delivery, follow up, documentation. Is your sales rep selling his first car at the showroom because that's definitely not the case as stated by him. As a customer you just expect basic and satisfactory customer service. I regret my decision of buying a TATA nexon, honestly the service I received from competitors and the kind of follow up from them was definitely appreciated. There was no negotiation capability with your dealership Rudra motors, extremely stuck up and unable to match market competitors.
                          I am still in the lurch as I dont know when I will get the delivery of my vehicle and neither do your reps at the dealership. Its poor and extremely pathetic customer Service. A basic phone call keeping your customer updated is all that was expected. but now I am furious as I feel I have paid all the money still begging to get details on the vehicle.

                            Recently i have booked a tata nexon xm (Petrol manual) from concorde motors (India) limited (Akshardham, delhi-110092) by giving an advance of rs. 11, 000/- on 21 february 2019. Further, i requested for glassglow grey color, which this outlet fails to deliver.
                            Now, i would like a refund of my rs 11, 000/- as another tata authorised dealer promised to give me the same at a better rate for which i had also dropped a mail and intimated...

                            Dear sir,
                            I have given my nano vehicle three times to service station with engine warning issues, all these times the service station returned the vehicle after some updates and no billed work but failed each time. Finally the vehicle had the same issue and broke down. The vehicle was towed to the nearest service station.

                            At the service station i was not given any option of warranty inspite of being within warranty period or an option of insurance to claim for the cost of carborator and fan change.

                            This is quite disgusting from tata motors. Please get a solution to the same.

                              I bought a (Tiago xza 2018 model) in 2019 february, i demanded an alloy wheel, the dealers told me that the 2019 model tiago comes with only wheel cup and 2018 model comes with an alloy wheel, so i bought the 2018 model,
                              After buying, i came to know that it is not an alloy but a plastic wheel cup,
                              When i enquired about it, they told me that the name of the wheel cup is gen alloy,
                              I got no problem with that,
                              But i have demanded only for the alloy wheel, but they sold me the one with wheel cup,
                              Now they are not responding,
                              I bought it from srt tata, coimbatore.

Every time i visit them and asking for my invoice. Mr. Satyendra sing tell me that you have some due like 4000, some time, 1200, and taken money from me when i ask for bill he say that it will be adjusted in your in voice.                                       Sir,

                                      With reference to the above subject, i am purchased tata tiago xz on 29.12.2018 through yash motors, chittorgarh (Raj.).

                                      I am share my feedback as below:

                                      1) in context with the subject, i am purchased tata tiago xz on 29.12.2018 through yash motors, chittorgrah (Raj.) (Copy of invoice enclosed).

                                      Subsequently, tata motors issued a temporary certificate of registration for the period from 18 jan 2019 to 17 feb 2019 (Copy enclosed). After follow-up of several times with yash motors, chittorgrah & bhilwara dealers and their office staff, they have not provided valid registration certificate till date. As per motor vehicle act, enable to use my vehicle, for that i am spending a lot of money.

                                      For that, i have contacted personally to yash motors, chittorgrah and also contacted on phone to yash motors, bhilwara officers & dealers.

                                      In that case, if i am imposed any legal issues, who are the responsible for that and why i am suffer for these type of situations.

                                      Please treat this as most urgent and action against the tata motors, yash moter dealer at the earliest please. I am fed-up of these type of behavior of tata motor, i am taking a legal action against you and it is treat as a notice.

                                      2) for vehicle purchasing, i have taken a car loan from state bank of india. Bank send a letter to me on 14.02.2019 for submission of registration certificates and also inform me on telephone, if i am not submitting the documents, bank charge the penalties. Who is the responsible? (Copy enclosed).

                                      3) after 3-4 days of purchase, my car has meet an unexpected incident, that vehicle coolant pipe is removed from tank and all the coolant is flash out.

                                      For that, i have informed to yash motors, chittorgrah for these incident and they have suggested to send the vehicle at workshop after fixing of pipe and fill the fresh water for coolant purpose.

                                      I am sending the vehicle with my personal driver after filling the water to yash motor, chittorgarh, they have checked and not fill the fresh coolant and suggest during first servicing, we have fill the new coolant, after check the leakage. It is a question/prove that, “coolant is not important for the vehicle conditions”.

                                      Vehicle sent for first servicing on 08.03.2019 after 1451 kms run (Copy of job card is attached for reference) and also reported the compliant for coolant.

                                      After servicing, yash motors chittorgarh, says that, coolant is checked and it is ok and new coolant will be changed after 11000 km run. After checking, it is found that they have not checked / fill new coolant and presently it is working on water against coolant. It is very big question related to vehicle performance, why coolant is required?

                                      Presently, i am not use my vehicle as documents are not valid to run the vehicle on the road.
