Dear concern,
I hv placed my vehicle on your reputed service center in chaibasa city of jharkhand starte on from 2 week. But painfully i want to inform u that till now i haven't received my vehicle.because of mishandling of service center staff the engine broke down. Whenever i call on ur helpline or on ur service center every time their reply is we are talking about this.service center says we are talking about this and asking to take broken vehicle home. My question is i hv purchases a commercial vehicle from ur renowned company for earning purpose. But i m sorry to say that ur after sale service is totally third class. Please tell me who will bear the loss for these days, as i hv to pay the installments also. I think if this continues i won't be able to survive in this line. Please do something.

    Dear sir/madam
    I bought a tata tiago xz+ from kosmo vhicles pvt. Ltd. Near delhi public school, gt road jalandhar on date 31 january 2019.
    I am having problem with my car from the 2nd week of purchasing. I went to them and ask to solve the problem they tied and told me that issue was solved but when i reachd home on the next day my car still making problems. It donot picking up race and making black somke too much. Then once again i go to the service station and ask to solve it. They ask me to leave the vahicle. Then i left my car at there for four days from date 5/4/19 to 8/4/19. They call me that problem has solved and get your car. Last evening i got my car but today my car is still making same problems. I have faced very embarracing situation when i was on road and my car stoped and donot picked up race, the people behind me on road are shouting at me. I have not enough time to go many times to the service center because i am a govt. Employ and i have a lot of work to do.
    Sir please solve issue as early as possible otherwise exchange my car or give me back my money. Thank

      I am writing this mail to your kind attention with a strong hope of top management leadership and commitment towards tata policy on customers satisfaction and delight.

      At the outset, am in deep pain for opting tata safari, the breakdown of a brand new vehicle in the middle of the road within a month of purchase (10.5 lakhs) and thereafter your representatives engaged continuously to repair this scrap vehicle!

      When i was general manager-ehs at bangalore international airport limited during aug 2011-jan 2012, i purchased, used the car driving 50km/day and since then the total km 42062 driven as of 2 feb 2019, during this period thousands of rupees invested for brake disc, steering sound, central locking system, clutch, radiator issues, front wheel issues, sound during steering maneuvering period and most of them are continuous... Tata staff spent some efforts to resolve superficially making me to spending on the original cost. Now your workshop people listed a long repair list which may cost me additional lakhs, however, from the day one, i am having your scrap vehicle which cost over 12 lakhs and no one wants it today for 2 lakhs selling price, can't trust the vehicle to drive more than 50-100km.

      You may ask shafiq, anil, rajaram etc for their feedback and trailing mail will give you some details of it. On the other hand, i purchased a toyota innova 2009 model for 9 lakhs in 2014 which was driven around 80000kmts and now 108143km but didn't spend anything from my pocket and its performance is fantastic.

      I will be working for ehs-head for delhi airport from 5th march and the vehicle is parked at home. I seriously looking forward to hearing from you soon as i didn't sell the vehicle in 2012 trusting that tata would be at my backbone support but is not the way it responded on all these past 8 years.

      For tata the vehicle cost may be negligible but for me its hard earned money (Not sure other people what would have done), i honestly trusted tata products and now my family also taking a ride on me in this subject matter. May i trust for solutions from your end or i consider my hard money is cheated?

        I got email from tata motors ltd for recruiting under skill india program in tata motors company. They conducted a telephonic interview as well for me and then they said that i am selected for jr. Engineer designation in production department with offering salary 3.41lac per annum at pantnagar uttarakhand
        They used the name monu hr head
        Vikram sharma mankad dgm
        They also send me the confirmation letter and then adked me for depositing 7000 rupees as security money.
        What is this.. Many innocent job seekers can become victim of this stop this..

          clutch plate of my new tiago car got failed in 3 months

          I had purchased a tiago xt model in nov 2018 from manickbag automobiles. Last week my car was put to halt on road. The vehicle was took by crane lifting to manickbag automobles, belgaum.
          They said that the clutch plate has gone. I had to replace it by paying rs 7, 500.00
          How a clutch plate of a new car with 7000 km run get bad?
          This is to request you to kindly replace my car or else i will file a case against...

          I have still not received confirmation of transfer of ownership for my old car esteem and instead i received an challan intimated by nagpur rto on the vehicle

            Dear team
            My father book tata nexon xz+ petrol glassgrow gery from satluj high tech hamirpur, himachal on 7th march 2019...
            And dealer give us delivery time 15 march & vehicle not deliver
            After that give next delivery date 25 march & vehicle not deliver
            After that give third delivery date 31 march & vehicle not deliver
            After that give forth delivery date 7 april & now they are not responding
            Total 4 time they're changing the date

            Note:- i already give total payment of vehicle

            Same thing happened in your mandi dealer
            They also cancelled the booking after more than one month, and say they're not provided the vehicle to csd now

            Booking dilip attached

            So tata team i am waiting more two months

            So please help me

            Problem in starting and ACis not working properly and pick up problem is also there it need to rectified as soon as possible.battery is damaged in just 1.5 yrs..its not a small issue i m facing problem while starting my car...

              I purchase Tata Tiago
              as from 1st day there is noice in dashboard and the car is missing out in 2nd or 3rd gear from first day of purchase.
              I complained so many times to dealer. he makes some adjustment in car and after few days the same problems generate again.
              sir this is so irritating and harassing me.
              provide the proper solution or replace if any manufacturing fault.

                There is many problem in my car.
                1).Its steering Adujst coloum is breaked
                2).its driver side door lock is not working properly
                3).its driver left side window mirror has a sound when i used
                When i complained in tata service center
                They told me sir visit our service center
                And then i visit there after they cheaked and then they told sir after some day i resolve your problem but till now there is no responce and they cant receive my calls.
                No responce by tata service center patparganj.
                Please resolve my car issues and problems ASAP

                  I am completely not satisfied with your service and service center staff. My vehicle tata bolt xm purchased on march 18, 3 free servicing completed but problems are not solved yet. Clutch problem - not solved, alignment problem - not solved, wiper damaged in 6 month, front seat belt - changed in 8 month. All 4 tyres are damaged from both side of edges because of negligence of service centers staff, and now i want to claim for changing all 4 tyres from company,

                    Almost more then two months have passed from the date of receiving the tata nexon wherein i am unable to use my car as registration papers has not been given to me till date.

                    The authorised dealer whenever is being contacted now is not responding to the calls.

                    Dealers copy and delivery challan has also been attached in the mail send to you on 24th march, 2019.

                    I would me most grateful if necessary action is taken at the earliest.

                    This is to inform you that on 15.01.2019 i had booked a car tata nexon xm (P) (Exchange offer) from your authorised dealer at cooch-behar, west bengal. M/s saha auto private ltd.

                    On the above date rs 5000/- was given as advance with an assurance from the proprietor mr d. Saha that within 4 days the car would be delivered to me. A delivery copy was also handed over to me on the same day. On the 4th day when mr saha was contacted i was told that the car has been booked at pune and within next 6 days i would be getting the car. After 6 days repeated calls were made and ultimately after 36 days the car was delivered at me residence on 20.02.2019 at 11.30 pm. On enquiry i was informed that the car was sent from siliguri tata show room and all talks of car coming from pune was false.

                    After the car was delivered and all payment made including temporary and permanent registration and insurance. I was told that within next 4 days the temporary registration from cooch behar would be done and would be handed over to me there after the permanent registration would be done within next 3 days from alipurduar, west bengal as my permanent address is of alipurduar. Insurance papers would be handed over to me within next few days. Once again repeated calls are being made to mr. Saha and on each occasion i am being told that next day the paper would be handed over to me.

                    Till date no papers are being handed over to me.

                    The car is with me for the last one month and without any papers the car can not be moved.

                    It is shocking to state that how come a renowned company like tata has it's show rooms where people like the above are there and how come authorisation to fraud dealers like these are given.

                    Acts like above will not only pull down the reputation of the company but also would force customers to think twice before buying a tata vehical.

                    I would be most grateful if necessary steps are taken at the earliest to ensure customers like us would feel proud to drive tata
                    Vehicle.

                      Dear sir, i have booked a tata nexon xz+p with ' csd ' offer on 23rd jan 19 & sales person has promised me to do the delivery before 28th feb 19 because i am the only one person to do the procedures for registration etc.. & i am settled abroad, so i have to take leave accordingly . Dealer already processed the procedures for loan & they do the funding . But the thing is still my vehicle has not got delivered because csd 4 wheels has been temporary blocked for some gvt resons, its ok, i can understand . But my emi has started already & i have paid one month also next is coming . But now i need to cancel my order because no use & i have not get time to do the same . Issue is there the dealer agent has give me wrong information & promised me to do the delivery asap & the main thing they have do the funding as advance 90% of the normal value, that i really didn't understand how they can do do the advance funding for a csd offer because my agreement is csd only & in their proforma invoice its clearly mentioned . Now how i can do the cancellation.Kindly do an advice on this

                        My name is unmesh. I would like to raise a complaint regarding faulty product.
                        I have purchased nexon diesel car on 21st feb18. Immediately after a week or so, i have started experiencing sudden jerks while driving.
                        While driving, car doesnt drive seamlessly and there is a huge noticeable pause while accelerating the car. It happens so frequently. I hv raised this issue during all my service visits and also in between. This is disappointing that no one is really seems to be interested in addressing this issue permanently.
                        Every time, service dealer either updates the software or clears the logs. Issue remains same.
                        And i am surprised that despite of so many complaints raised by many owners on same issue, tata motors doesnt' seems to be taking any action in order to bring permanent fix to this issue.
                        Not sure how they will be able to compete with the international brands.

                            I’ve brought tiago on dec 2018 from kvr dream vehicles. Earlier time itself i was feeling trouble on the acceleration.. When we release the acclearator from a 4th or 5th gear, the vehicle push forwards itself kinda jerking.. And i’m gettng a mileage of 11 - 12 kmpl!!! 14 without ac..

                              nexon xt- auto sensing door lock and auto folding mirror

                              I explained issue with local tata motors workshop, they are saying this is software issue and saying we can fix it bt we dont give grantee if something happens..

                              I have booked tata tiago from sagar motors with booking amount of 38000/-, but due to their misleading behaviour of tata schemes, i cancelled my booking and have bought tata tiago xz car from different dealer of tata motors. Now when i requested sagar motors to refund my amount, they only returned 35000/- and deducted 3000/- from my booking amount. As of now i requested sagar motors to refund full amount but they are not doing this, and they are also saying to do whatever you want to do from mails and wherever you want to mail, we will not refund this. So this is like they are harassing me for my payment from last 4 weeks. Please help me out from this issue and refund my 3000/- at the earliest.

                              I purchased tata tiago in Deccember 2017. In a new car a.c is not cooling in comparison to other brand old car. I complained it in the service they checked the speed of A.C fan and and say it is ok but issue is as it is now again not cooling in march month what will happen in may and june.
                              issue is not resolved please help me Tata.

                                I am manik gupta i booked a car with concorde tata peeragarhi for 905000 on march 1st then a representative from auto vikas named mohit wadhawan called me up and said sir dont buy car from there i ll give you this car for 870000 scuff plate and chrome door handles i ll give you free as a complimentary accessories and he came in my factory saying i ll book your car sir m giving you a huge profit margain of 35000 rs so i booked the car with him then every day they keep on torturing me saying sir this problem is coming in your loan account or that problem is coming so i said them cancel my booking i dont want to buy car from you frauds they from 15 march every second day i went there to collect my cheque they wont giving it to me then on 26th march they said sir your loan was cleared of 650000 at the time you cancelled the booking so they started forcing me take car from us for 870000 and from last 4 days again doing the same behaviour now today there representative said sir the offer for 870000 was till march now you can get the offer of april that is 15000
                                Pathetic behaviour by tata guys
                                I wont let anyone buy any tata product in my entire life and will tell about these services tata provide to his costumers shame on you and that auto vikas people

                                  I had purchased a tata motors nexon on 16-03-19 from m/s malayalam vehicles india pvt ltd aluva - (Through vyttila branch). The model was xza+, 1.2 petrol, and klb09368. 3 days back, ie, 7 days from the date of its purchase, while running, at around 12.45 noon, the working of the engine was stopped and the vehicle stood motionless in hr middle of the road near perumbavoor. I tried to contact the sales person in malayalam motors via mobile no.[protected] and[protected]These are the only contact numbers available with me.). These mobiles were in switched off condition at that time. For god’s grace one of my friends obtained telephone number of concord motors perumbavoor. As per their advice i registered a service complaint (Complaint no.[protected]) through [protected]. It took 35 minutes to register a complaint. A technician came after an hour and informed me that he is unable to rectify the defect and vehicle should be towed to nearby service centre. I have opted concord perumbavoor, since it is near to the place where i am residing. The whole process ended by 17.15 hrs that day. I have got also courtesy call from concord. However the response of malayalam motors was not at all supportive.

                                  They have informed on 25-03-19 that there a problem with the reverse sensor and it requires replacement and it will take few days to get the spares. Buying a new car and doing its breakdown repair within days of purchase is really a matter of worry for us.
                                  For years, we were using hyundai cars. Recently when we decided to purchase a new car, we were impressed by the review of tata nexon and many of our friends also suggested this. On account of all these, we never thought of a second option other than tata while buying. It is our trust and confidence in tata that is really affected on account of the complaint occurred to the new one. A a car which has not even run for 110 km and its sensors being repaired is a matter which cannot be digested by us and is of great concern. We are totally worried about its future performance.

                                  On account of this, we have no other option than to get the car replaced with a new one or get it repaired immediately. There is no point in advising a customer who has bought a new car to wait for a long period for repair works, for the reasons for which he is not responsible. I also request you to provide a spare car for my use till the vehicle gets repaired. The permanent registration of the vehicle is also pending. Please favour me with an immediate reply within 2 days.
