I purchased an extended warranty from 'malayalam motors' for my tata tiago vehicle on[protected]. But till now they haven't issued my policy certificate and the warranty booklet. Directly complained to tata but no response yet

At first they told me some application problem for punching my warranty. Recently they accepted that they have fund issues. Its not my concern i already paid the amount. I need the booklet and tmsc application should be updated

    My self jay prakash shaw, join in tc motors (Authorised dealer of tata motors) from 1st jan 2018, worked till oct'2018 end, before leaving the organization, i am given the resignation also serve the notice period, but my salary not credited in my account... After 45 days of leaving the organization, i email to company director mr rohit choudhary to complete my due salary & pf, but they not replied. Also send the mail to tata motors, still not getting any response...

      Respected sir,
      I am your customer of tata tigor car which is purchased from nerul, mumbai. The distance of showroom is far away from my residence even though preferred that showroom because since long back the showroom named sudarshan motors, kalyan not refunded my booking amount of 5000 rs. Till as on date, answering that due to tata's policy 5000rs. Penalty on cancellation of car (Tata nexon) which is totally fake. We have requested them to withdraw penalty as my grandfather passed away so i was in great distress and have to postponed the car purchasing but they denied to refund the booking amount hence i'm extending my complaint regarding sudarshan motors, kalyan.

          Hello, this is vikram dubey from jabalpur (M. P.), i enquired for tata harrier in jabalpur, the call me for test drive but when i reached they refuse me to give test drive by saying driver is not available, but same time they provide test drive to other customers.
          I went to tata for booking after test drive but the behavior of the dealer was very bad. After this issue i booked hyundai creta.
          Try trend ur employee for professional behavior.

            gear shift lag in tiago xza amt version

            I bought tata tiago xza amt car on 19 march 2018 and now after almost 11 months and 25000 kms o[censored]sage, i am raising this complaint regarding the gear shifting lag in this version. Apart from this issue, the car's performance is excellent. I raised this issue several times with my tata motors service center, but of no use. They one need is positive feedback all the time and that too 10/10 in each parameter.

            Well, i have earlier also complained several times and it seems to be habit of tata motors authorised dealership (Rsa berkley tata motors chandigarh) to loot customers by charging them illegal charges.
            What's worst i have never heard back from you on this issue. When handling / logistics charges have been declared invalid by rto, high courts and supreme court of india then why charge the same from the customer? Don't you know that what is ex-showoom price?

            An ex-showoom price includes all cost at the point of sale. Handling / logistics charges are to be paid by dealer itself, why customer pay for it. I am so much angry and furious over your customer relationship management. I booked the harrier on the very first day 15 october 2018 and the way i have been treated so far the dealership i would rate 0/10. That's what you deserve. Everytime i had to followup with them. What are they? Are they my boss? I don't give a #.

            Also, if this is your attitude and you think you can loot and fleece customers by cheap tricks then keep your goddamn harrier with you. I have had enough of of this #. Your dealership is the worst i have ever experienced in my life. Thanks to tata motors for showing me how low can a company fall for the sake of making money.

            Thanks again tata motors for your so much world class professional (Read pathetic #) service. Remember customer is the king always. I will make all the people aware of the ill treatment given by your professional guys and fleecing customers in the name of illegal charges. I would complain to rto office too. I would take it to the highest level.

              Would like to share my problem as vehicle (Car - tata tiago xza) below : -

              As per my long & precious search for bought my new & first car, i had given my all, in the form of precious time, search through online & offline etc.
              But i have got two to three things those are bothered me a lot!
              1. Average (13.50 km in city & 17.1 on highways!).
              Mainly i have bought this amt vehicle for city uses only, but i am very very disappointing through its mileage! Though one of the expert had check/reverify the mileage in the form of test drive on highway.
              That time it had given 19-20 on highway, but he wasn't tested that in the city.
              As per company claimed 23.84 km/liter.
              So now what i have to do, please let me know.
              I am totally dissatisfied!

                मई 2018 में खरीदी गई हेक्सा एक्स टी का रीयर वाइपर टूट जाने के बाद सर्विस सेण्टर गोल्डरश लखनऊ में नये वाइपर की मांग की गई परंतु यह बताया गया कि ये माडल बनना बंद हो गया है। यदि इतने जल्दी स्पेयर पार्ट मिलना बंद हो जायेगा तो इन गाडियों को कोई क्यों खरीदेगा। गोल्डरश द्वारा यह अवगत कराया गया कि चेसिस नं० के आधार पर जो पार्ट आया वह कोम्पटेबल नहीं है, इसका मतलब है कि एसेम्बली लाइन में लापरवाहीं से कार्य किया गया है।
                अतः मेरी गाड़ी की वाइपर मशीन बदलवाने का कष्ट करें

                  I am extremely regretting to inform you that today I feel why do I purchased Tata Nexon Car, "A winner in Extra Safety"l I had saved my life at Mumbai Central Railway Station at 12pm, Just sat in the Car with my friend and suddenly guys waved at us that Smoke is coming from Bonate, We called Tata Motors Customer Road Help 24Hrs, they could not arrange toeing even after 3hrs, Worst experience, they wanted to call toeing vehicle from Bhivandi fior a car in Mumbai Central, I had arranged it from Bajaj Alliance with in 1hr and put the car with Concord Motors, Worli.We found to our surprise that there is Major problem in Engine.How can it happen after the service of just 15000 Kns, purchased on 27th Dec 2017, purchased at Rs 9.5 Lakhs.I feel shivering and thunder shock to seat in the same vehicle again, I hope Tata will give us new Engine.But I still will I be satisfied with Tata Vehicle, Jyoti Madam from Concord Motors, Worli was extremely helpful in Taking care o[censored]s.I feel Tata should replace my Car and see to it that these type of incidences will not repeat again.You can not play with "Human life."If something would have happened for God Sake.then what would Tata do!!

                    I ranjit borkataki from biswanath chariali, assam bought a tata tiago xt from your dealerasutosh motors, biswanath chariali on 24 october 2018. But till today i had not got my road tax receipt and the number. I have paid an amount of rs. 26, 200 as a road tax to your dealer. If you cannot do the job why you take the responsibilities. To harrash the customers? I have talk with the dealer but when i call them they tell that it will be done by tomorrow. Now i am confused that what to do now. If they cannot do the job they should refund my money. As it has crossed 3 month, now i will have to pay fine in dto if i go to dto to do my registration. It is so excitement to take a vehicle, but if i cannot go with my family to visit any places due to registration what is the purpose of buying the vehicle. I was not expecting such incident from tata such a big company. If it was known to me before buying the vehicle i would never go for tata. I will never tell my friends, relatives, colleagues to go for tata for such incident.

                    Kindly, help me with the incidents that is happening with me and it should not be happen with any other customers.

                      While dealing with dealer they promised me that they will provide me 2018 manufactured model. But they had provided me 2017 model and i realized this issue when i received car rc book.

                      I tried to followup's with them (Dealer) but they denied my request and not ready to change the car or compensation

                      Appreciate your response.

                      Can you please recheck with your team and ask them what solution they have provided? Are they ready to change my existing car ?
                      If not then ask them to give me a 1 lack cheque as a compensation.
                      And I have already met your dealer manager and they are not ready to resolve this issue as per my expectations.
                      Now only solution is to replace my car with 2018 manufacturer model.

                        I want to file complaint against tata motor sales charbagh lucknow, the company charged huge amount for service but work not done was not satisfactory

                        I am regular customer of tata motors sales charbagh but every time company has been charged huge amount, but work was not satisfactory,
                        Company is charging so much tax and huge labour charges each and every work they are incorporated labour charges and cost of parts and materials are also very high in comparison to market rate

                            I have few concerns regarding my recent purchase of tata tiago xm (Petrol) from miles motors, ataladra, vadodara on 27th january, 2019.

                            I recently purchased tata tiago xm (Petrol) from miles motors, ataladra, vadodara on 27th january, 2019. I have few concerns regarding my recent purchase and all over sales experience with miles motors which i have mentioned below.

                            Sales experience: as this was my first car, i and my family were really excited about it. When i went to showroom i met mr. Dhrumil parikh (Sales executive) and while choosing the model xm, we were committed that xm model has in-buid speakers of harman/kardon. We also cleared this thing more than four to five times with mr. Dhrumil parikh. As music system was not available at the time of delivery, we were not able to check that whether speakers are installed or not. However, we had put full trust on tata motors and took the delivery. Even while taking delivery of the car he mentioned that speakers are there in the car including wiring and i only need to install music system panel from outside. When i installed music system panel i got to know that car does not have speakers. So, i called mr. Dhrumil and informed that car does not have speakers, and at that time he told that i have joined tata motors 2 months ago and i was not aware that this model does not have speakers and i am ready to pay half of the amount of speakers. However, this was not the solution for us and we were not happy with the experience with miles motors dealership.
                            Faulty piece: we had many car options to choose under 5 lakh budget but we chose tata tiago over all others. We had put blind trust on tata motors and took delivery without full inspection. But after five days we noticed that there is gap of 3 to 4 inches between interior roof and its fabric. So, i also informed the same to executive and informed by mr. Vijayan joshi that monkey might have jumped on to car due to that this issue is occurred, however there was no sign of scratches or dent on the roof. Mr. Dhrumil told us that and also was not agreed to what mr. Vijayan said and assured that he will fight for this issue and resolve the same. After discussion we were informed by mr vijayan that we can keep car for two days and they will fix the issue.

                            This was my first car and i had a very bad experience with tata motors and feels like we are cheated badly. Hence, i would not recommend anyone in my circle to buy tata cars. First we were lied that this model has speakers and then issue with roof.

                            Request to you to revert back with possible best solution to improve customer experience.

I recently purchased TATA TIAGO XM (Petrol) from Miles Motors, Ataladra, Vadodara on 27th January, 2019.                             Dear TATA Motors Team,

                            I have few concerns regarding my recent purchase of TATA TIAGO XM (Petrol) from Miles Motors, Ataladra, Vadodara on 27th January, 2019.

                            I recently purchased TATA TIAGO XM (Petrol) from Miles Motors, Ataladra, Vadodara on 27th January, 2019. I have few concerns regarding my recent purchase and all over sales experience with Miles Motors which I have mentioned below.

                            Sales Experience: As this was my first car, I and my family were really excited about it. When I went to showroom I met Mr. Dhrumil Parikh (Sales Executive) and while choosing the model XM, we were committed that XM model has in-buid speakers of Harman/Kardon. We also cleared this thing more than four to five times with Mr. Dhrumil Parikh. As Music system was not available at the time of delivery, we were not able to check that whether speakers are installed or not. However, we had put full trust on TATA Motors and took the delivery. Even while taking delivery of the car he mentioned that speakers are there in the car including wiring and I only need to install Music System panel from outside. When I installed Music System Panel I got to know that car does not have speakers. So, I called Mr. Dhrumil and informed that car does not have speakers, and at that time he told that I have joined TATA MOTORS 2 Months ago and I was not aware that this model does not have speakers and I am ready to pay half of the amount of speakers. However, this was not the solution for us and we were not happy with the experience with Miles Motors dealership.
                            Faulty Piece: We had many car options to choose under 5 Lakh budget but we chose TATA TIAGO over all others. We had put blind trust on TATA MOTORS and took delivery without full inspection. But after five days we noticed that there is gap of 3 to 4 Inches between interior roof and its fabric. So, I also informed the same to executive and informed by Mr. Vijayan Joshi that Monkey might have jumped on to car due to that this issue is occurred, however there was no sign of scratches or dent on the roof. Mr. Dhrumil told us that and also was not agreed to what Mr. Vijayan said and assured that he will fight for this issue and resolve the same. After discussion we were informed by Mr Vijayan that we can keep car for two days and they will fix the issue.

                            This was my first car and I had a very bad experience with TATA Motors and feels like we are cheated badly. Hence, I would not recommend anyone in my circle to buy TATA cars. First we were lied that this model has speakers and then issue with roof.

                            Request to you to revert back with possible best solution to improve customer experience.

                            I'm having tata nexon, give the car to 1st service in guru dev motors chennai cmbt, they have taken my car just wash my car and give it back to me, i said some problems in the my car but not all done nd they not consider the problem then what the [censored] i give to ur service center to service, my contact no.[protected]

                              I bought a tata tiago xz automatic new vehicle on the date of 06/02/19 and the car was stopped in just 300 kms of run and not able to shift the gear it was auto neutral due to software issues on the vehicle they are not able to solve the issue for the past two days and they are not ready to share any details and the report of the vehicle the tata motors keep on posting this for the same and as a consumer i am not responsible for this and due to this i have lost all the reputation from the tata motors and this is my dream vehicle when i was purchased this for my family the tata motors have lost all of the hope and trust from us

                                I have booked nexon on 12/20/18 and paid full amount by 12/28. But vehicle not delivered and amount returned. But had to loose my money as i broke my savings. Now they are asking full amount of vehicle as i booked on year end sale now not available.
                                My question is why to book vehicle and take money if there is no vehicle available to deliver just to take money to may be show their sales.

                                I have sent mail to tata consumer but they are also sitting idle and not replying.
                                I have all documents of payment and booking but no action by tata and by dealer also.

                                I think this site is not genuine because I received mail from [protected]@gmail.com which is not correct why Tata will be sending mail from gmail.
                                This is fake.
                                Dear Sir, my vehicle no. Is 36 AA0503. I have started mileage from the beginning of the vehicle, but the man told me in the Goyal motor store, but he did not work, but he continued to console only but slowly but the mileage has not increased. Help me.

                                  Extremely dissapointed with concorde motors service and the no show of service complaints made. I want to take legal action against no action taken even after repeated complaints. I with my family were on route to mysore on 26th jan, when my brake failed. It was horrifying experience. Had raised complaints against concorde motors mekri circle no show on services. And tata motors customer care executives incomplete reporting. I have recordings of the call too. Who can help?

                                    On (13/10/2017) i have purchased a car (Tata nexon) from your dealership car numbered tn58 ak5172, unfortunately the vehicle is not satisfactory because of the incidents that has not been sort out by your technicians. As we are travelling with our family we have been encountering similar starting problems which make us suffer ever more badly.
                                    As i am sure you can appreciate direly on my car can for transport and apart from the inconvenience this problem makes me to think travel for long distance.
                                    I look forward to settle this amicably. If however the matter is not resolved satisfactorily i will proceed with further actions if necessary.

                                    I have booked tata tigor New facelift Xm variant from Shree Vashu Automobile but at the time of delivery Sales executive Mr.
                                    Govind Said XM variant not available and he convenience us for Xt variant and take delivery without generate invoice and without tem no plate.

                                      I have bought tata tiago top model last year. i have facing more problem from local service centre .bala ji rudrapur uk tata authorised deler which play a game every time .when i go for service they told that you have some time remaining for service and told next date and when we go on next date they told that time has been over so plz give service charge . service charge 1500 rs only for cleaning .if they check break shoe they charge 400 rs. which is totally robering.
                                      when we talk staff they all are said that this is rule. every time new new rules came and they enjoying with out any fear. due to this all tata coustomer are very anger from tata. i am alos cell my car and go to for maruti. no call came for service reminder came after give them mobile no. i have paid all three service about 10 k rs gone waste to take tata tiago.
