On 20 december i purchased tata zest xe from your dealership. Unfortunately, the salesperson didn't work properly. I made the down payment on 3 december while the loan was disbursed on 15th december and car was delivered on 20 december.

Dear sir,

I went to wakad service center to change my wheel cap. But store person was so dull to respond even. I had to wait for nearly 54 minutes to just get an answer.

This is the response there. No line no proper answer. I am continuously using tata car for 8 years. Previously vista now tata zest. But this is the respnse which i get irritated.

I have booked a Tata Nexon XZA+ automatic petrol variant with all additional and 0% insurance with a very attractive deal (Glasgow Grey Single tone color) on Dec 22nd, 2018 from Concord Motors (Lajpat Nagar, Delhi). Hi tata motors team, thanks for arranging the service team to talk to me and understand the issue. Yes. This is for the diagnosis of the problem which would take a max of 2 hours and the decision would me made post that. I would definitely not permit the complete dismantling of vehicle and the refitting of the same.

I have purchased tata nexon in 30 aug 2018 having engine and chassis number mat627162jlg33403. From the date of delivery i am complaining about a peculiar noise in the cabin. I amd in constant touch with sharda auto and people from the plant have visited but they couldnt find a solution.
So i consider it as a manufacturing defect.

I saw very bad conditions in workshop of jp tata motors, solan, hp. There were no exhaust fans anywhere and even windows were not there. I felt suffocated in a minute and kept on thinking for months about the miseries of mechanics working there day and night. Nor there was proper arrangement of lighting and poor and dumb mechanics or say servants were working in the relatively dark environment. They were finding difficulties to see properly...

I purchased new tiago car on 15th of january 2019 in which i found on inspecting the car that it has rusting in many parts of the car. The radiator is also in damage condition. Engine also choke some times while shifting gears from 2nd to 3rd position. Rear doors safety rubber guards are also in broken condition. Front wiper water sprinkler are also not working properly. I am ishan wadhwa from jalandhar city (Punjab). I purchasing a new tata tiago car on 15 december2018 diesel variant from aakriti world. There are three to four problems in my car.
