Tata Nexon was towed by the Tata 24/7 roadside assistance to the Sri Lakshmi Motors, ECR Service center on Aug-11th, 2023.
Towing company dropped the car at service center on Aug-11th however the Job card was raised the next day Aug-12th around 12pm.
Now it is Aug-24th and the car is not fixed and not delivered.

Service advisor gives lame excuses every day and bluffs about the progress. Service head of the Sri Lakshi Motors, ECR Chennai is of no use, inspite of escalating the issue personally to him.

Extremely frustrated with the Service and the sloth approach being followed in the Tata Service center.

      I am facing locking of gears issue in the middle of highway. the car was moved to service station by toeing, . car was purchased in the January 2021. the Km was 36000.
      How it happens suddenly to my car gear box. the service center is giving an estimate of 25000/-

        I bought car in Jan 2020, AC didn't work in the new car. Every service AC had to be repaired. It will work for 20 to 30 days and post that it will be like hot oven inside the car. Not happy with Tata motors AC service. Company shouldn't sell faulty parts to their customers. Spending so much money on new car and some of the parts faulty and don't get fixed after repeated service.
        Hope to hear from tata motors on this issue and fixing it at once.

          I have purchased tata Nexon 22BH6197C from jharsuguda lankeshwari motors.
          I have facing engine starting problem on 6july but sales and service department not resolved the issue till date and my vehicle is standing at home in breakdown condition. Contacted sales, RSA and service department.They attempted but meanwhile a bad massage regarding tata services is spreading among mys nearby people and it is very bad for Tata brand. No need to say more.

            My vechicle registration number is TN 66 AM 7778.

            My car was delivered 3 months back, since the delivery date I have made several complaints and everytime the car reaches back to me, it still had the same issues. Also the car was delivered with poor paint finish and few paint patches.
            Most of the problem are related to the software and many features, and ADAS.
            ADAS is supposed to be a safety feature but it malfunctions all the time. The wireless charger is also one other issue.the complaint is after so much efforts and follow ups and highlighting this issue directly to TATA motors they respond without any real responsibility. They have been trying to eye wash this issue and always claim to tell me the problem is resolved when it isn't really, I am fed up with follow ups and the intent of the customer care team at TATA MOTORS is the poorest.

            I'll make this clear, the dealer has got nothing to do with these issues, tje complaint is only on TATA MOTORS for delivering me a faulty car, the various issues have been proven to them with videos and photos still they don't really care, but try to cheat me by ignoring or giving fake reasons. One Mr.Madhavan from customer care, a Sr.manager of tata motors has seen all videos and photos proofs still he responds in tje email as after testing the car nothing has been found.
            This is a serious complaint for giving me a faulty car and trying to cheat me. I have paid 30lalhs plus for this car and they don't care or take responsibility for their faulty car.

            My sincere request to them was never listened, after much efforts in follow ups and now I am really fed up as no one from Tata motors other than him have even spoke to me or even found the reason for all problems in the car .

            For all the stress they have given me they are trying to walk away from this issue after I have proved them all the faults in the car.

            For this I seek a compensation from them to refund all my money with intrest and take back the car, additionally for their intention to cheat me and push me into a heavy stress, I demand a one time compensation of 10 lakh rupees.

            Request your help to make them sort this issue out.

              I have purchased tiago xz+ petrol in 2019. Since the purchase i faced plenty of issues in the car.
              1. From the very first service, I observed noise from the front seats. Repeatedly i have reported the issue and they resolved issue after 3-4th time of complaint.

              2. Engine issue: Some engine noise is coming when i release clutch. When the clutch is released and car in neutral some unwanted noise start coming. Also when i start moving my car after riding car for 20-30 minutes(once engine temperature is at neutral heat ), unwanted noise from the engine starts and it comes in cabin. This issues i have reported multiple times but every time service center told me it is resolved and when i take car to home then in a day or two it start again.

              3. Engine is pathetic. Every time when i start car for the fist time in a day, it jerks. I have to release acceleration press clutch and revv the engine then only it will go smooth.

              4. ABS problem: in my experience, whenever i need to apply hard brakes, car tyres skids off. Worst ABS i have seen in any car. ABS is not working. Also in rainy days brakes suddenly stick.

              I WANT MY CONCERNS REGARDING ENGINE AND BRAKING TO BE RESOLVED OR MONEY BACK.

                Hi Tata motors team member,

                I m realy disappointed with tata motors car service.

                Purchase my first car with tata Tiago. (UP 25 DN 4209) car purchase date July 2022, As per company rule provide the 3 free services but every services taking so much amount and service quality not so good .

                Today ( 5 Aug 2023 ) my 3rd service appointment booked and my service token no 2nd during that time advisor focuse on only paid service . advisor not taking much importance in free service.

                Week point :-

                * Nobudday display the menu as per item price and prices are different.
                * Adviser not responding
                * Taking so much time during the car services
                * All services engineer like a fresher.
                * Service quality very poor
                * technical manager (Rakesh )talking very rudely.some example like manger saying I m working only tata and Jo karna hai kr sakte ? Kind of attitude
                * service policy very bad as compared to hyndai

                    Problem: Annoying metal clash noise from Front Right Suspension (there were multiple PDI issues and bad experiences which I am not including in this email to prioritize the current issues)

                    Problem start date: April 2023 – 4 months and 9000+ kms and still continuing

                    Dear Team,

                    I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the unfortunate experience I have had with Tata Motors concerning my Tata Safari Dark Automatic – ADAS – 2023 Phase 2 Model – RC# TS15FM0671

                    To begin with, I had great expectations from Tata Motors as a reputed automobile company. However, my excitement turned into a nightmare when I received the delivery of my vehicle from Select cars, Chandanagar on March 31st, 2023. Due to their heavy focus on sales I was not given a proper demo of the vehicle with no test ride. Just within 800 Kms of drive I experienced an annoying sound from the left suspension which surprised me for a vehicle from Tata Motors and that too phase 2 and top model. This was a clear indication of lack of attention to quality control during the manufacturing process.

                    The trouble did not end there. When I reached out to the service center (Venkataramana Motors, Tata service center, Ramachandrapuram Mandal) to address the issue, I was met with incompetence and lack o[censored]nderstanding. The service technicians displayed a lack of knowledge about the vehicle's specifications, minimum knowledge about the phase 2 ADAS model, and were unable to provide a proper diagnosis of the problems. The experience left me questioning the expertise of the service staff, which is certainly not the level of service one expects from a reputed company like Tata Motors.

                    Misdiagnosis has left my vehicle going through multiple major parts removal and fix, multiple test drives on rough roads, leading to wear and tear of almost all the parts of the suspension system. In addition to the misdiagnosis, the service center failed to adhere to promised timelines for repairs and several times the vehicle was delivered with sub-optimal fixes with problems re-occurring within a day. The delays in getting the vehicle back only added to my inconvenience and disruption of daily activities including my professional work. Time and again, I was assured of quick resolutions, but each promise was broken, leaving me with a lingering sense of disappointment and frustration.

                    As if that was not enough, the final blow came when I inspected the vehicle for the parts changed (Lower arm) where I found the part was worn out and rusted but the team was making fraudulent claims of part replacements as new whereas they were from an old vehicle. This blatant dishonesty is entirely unacceptable, and it raises serious concerns about the integrity of Tata Motors and its service centers. Upon deep questioning they changed the old part with new.

                    Despite my repeated attempts to resolve these issues through communication with the service center and reaching out to customer support, I have received no satisfactory resolution to date. It is disheartening to experience such neglect and lack of accountability from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.

                    I now feel utterly disillusioned and deceived by Tata Motors, and I believe that this matter requires immediate attention and rectification. I request a thorough investigation into the entire ordeal and a transparent explanation for the substandard service, incorrect diagnosis, unreasonable delays, and fraudulent claims.

                    After connect with the General Manager of Venkatarama Motors - Gyana Murthy (from the same service center) I am now promised by him to look at the issue personally involving experts from other service centers and Tata Motors.

                    I expect a prompt response from Tata Motors, detailing the actions that will be taken to address my concerns and to ensure that no other customer has to go through a similar harrowing experience. Additionally, I demand a complete refund for the service charges and a full inspection and repair of my vehicle with -

                    1) Resolving the annoying sounds from front right suspension (attached videos)

                    2) Bumper and suspension parts were removed and fitted, please check as I believe they are not fixed back properly.

                    3) Replacement of all those parts (suspension area) which have faced wear and tear due to incorrect diagnosis and multiple removal and replacements.

                    Attached all details possible in this email. Let me know in case you need further pics and videos if needed.

                    I hope that Tata Motors will take this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to regain my trust in your brand. As of now, I am left with a bitter taste and regret my decision to invest in a Tata vehicle.

                      I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent service experience for my Tata Tiago NRG at your service center.

                      Our car, which had approximately 15, 500 kms, for routine servicing along with an insurance claim for bonnet painting and repairing the dent in the left side cradle. The service center initially assured us that the repairs would be completed within 3-4 days, and we planned our travel accordingly. However, to our dismay, the car was not returned to us until 2 weeks later, despite repeated inquiries and numerous excuses for the delay.

                      When we finally received the car, we noticed that the left side cradle was not properly fixed, and within a week, it completely came off, resulting in several scratches on the body of the car. This subpar repair work has left us extremely dissatisfied and questioning the quality of service provided.

                      Additionally, we paid approximately 4500 rupees for the left side cradle repair, expecting it to be fixed appropriately. However, the poor workmanship has caused more damage, and we believe that we are entitled to compensation for the inconvenience, time wasted, and the additional repairs now required.

                      We request that you take immediate action to address this issue. We would like the service team to thoroughly inspect and repair the left side cradle, ensuring that it is securely fixed this time. Furthermore, we kindly ask for a refund of the amount paid for the faulty repair, along with compensation for the damages caused and the time and effort spent due to this service ordeal.

                      We value our trust in Tata Motors, and we hope that you will resolve this matter promptly, restoring our confidence in your service center. Please provide us with a resolution plan within the next five business days, and let us know how you intend to address this situation.

                      Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your swift response and a satisfactory resolution.

                        I own Tata altroz..their service is poor
                        They are inefficient and unskilled.i had service many time but they don't resolve problems correctly..every time I had to go twice or thrice to the service center

                        Very very Worst service don't go to FPL Service centres they are asking us extra money if we escalated again they are wavering the amount, No proper date for delivery thay will deliver as per their availablity, Dont care about customers time.10 days taken for delivery after service.

                          On 22nd July 2023, at around 7-8 pm when we were travelling to Kasargod the car suddenly stopped and wouldn't start. Then we complained to the toll free no. Around 10-10:30pm a road assistant came and checked the vehicle and said that we had to tow it and i told Him I already arranged for it. But was very dissapointed when the towing vehicle came the next day at 12:30-1:00pm. I had waited ta the side of the road with my family inside the car. This was not right. This hadn't happened for the first time but actually happened in Banglore but the towing vehicle didn't show up even there and we had to get a private towing vehicle. In the service centre they changed the fuse and fixed it. Now it happened for the second time. This was one of the major faults however we experienced a lot more. On about 2 months after we bought the car the clutch wasn't working properly. It smelt burned and we reported this about four times on 24 nov, 29dec, 26mar and 22feb in 2021 and 2022. And the fourth time they changed the clutch and fixed it. Now the car is in KVR tata motors in Kerala, Naimarmoole. In 1year and 10 months span that i have purchased this car it broke down twice. If this is the case how can I trust your vehicles? So please take this seriously and find the problem and solve it.

                            During my tour in Kerala, my TATA Safari-LX 2011 model SUV Timing belt broken and i submitted the vehicle to TATA near by dealer; NCS Automotive Pvt.Ltd; Cherthala, Kerala for repair.
                            After a month they fix new timing belt and replaced other components and the bill was Rs. 58517/-. Unfortunately their work was not perfect and same complaint happend again at my home town of Trivandrum, Kerala.

                            When i contacted NCS Automotive Co; Cherthala, Kerala; they said to approach the near by dealer to repair it and i have to pay the cost of the repair what ever it be.

                            I drive this vehicle less than 2000 km after the repair and how this Timing belt become faulty again? Who will be responsible. There is no service warrny from the TATA Dealer.

                            Kindly help me solve this cheating case,

                              I Bought Nexon with SELECT CARS, Hyderabad.
                              When I go for first service, I came to know they mentioned my purchase date one month backdated.
                              When I approach SELECT that will be ok and he said it will be like that as they hold the Vehical for me almost one month which they not mention warrenty will impact for me.
                              Now they are not changing the warrenty date with invoice date.

                              I am doing followup from almost 6 months and not resolution yet.
                              TATA moters blaming SELECT cars and select blaming TATA.

                                I have purchased Tata Punch Creative IRA AMT. At the time of purchase representative told that there is no additional cost or renewal required for IRA feature in subsequent years, it is one time charge while purchase the vehicle. But now the IRA app displaying Subscription expired and need to renew immediately. It is not moral of Tata group of companies.

                                Moreover still I am not finding the notes in cars.tatamotors.com website about IRA feature is subject to renewal.

                                This is kind of activity will really frustrate the customer, please educate the dealers /representatives and update in Tata official website about the pricing details.

                                  I had given my car for servicing to Tata motors (Authorized Dearler "Wasna Motors", Kandivali (West) Mumbai) on 12th June 2023 and till date the car is not ready. Not even a call back aboot the status of the Car or claim. Further there are long delays in the Claim process and reverting to the Insurance companies from Their team. They Even Do not have a reason for that. Kindly look in to the same.

                                    I went tp SAB Motors Body Shop, Mohan Nagar for Minor repair in My car TATA Tiago I CNG no UP14 FC 1797. Today evenafter so much rigorous followups i did not get my car. No proper Response from SAB Motor, Senior official did not respond. Thier Advisor Mr Sumant saying Paint is not available from Last week. Very Pathetic and Poor Service of SAB Motors, Mohan Nagar, Loni road. Not recommend to any body to go there for Car repair.
