dear sir, I am being subjected to daily spamming by TATA motors through Poonawalla Fincorp alias [protected]@connectinboxx.com to buy TATA Nexon EV
Notably both companies are owned by Parsis.
Repeated complaints with proof of their spam mails have not yielded any results.
May I now request you to direct the concerned cheap companies which don't practice what they preach and claim to sit on a higher pedestal than others to take action to stop spamming me.
if they don't stop it will be confirmed that they are just cheap unethical org.

    I purchased Tata Punch model on 18th oct 22.I was driving on WE highway at kandivali mumbai.
    Suddenly there was smoke in my car.
    I phoned Tata helpline for towing my car to Tata garage at 1 PM.
    For nearly 3 hours I was waiting on very hot day. I took help from nearby mechanic.
    I was told that there was not enough Engine in my car. It seems engine oil was stolen from car at the time of delivery.
    Proper Investigation is to be carried out that how new car Tata Punch failed on road.

        I have raised an complaint regarding the AC is not working,

        And sree Gokulam tata motors manager has come and visit it after 3 months of follow up.
        And he agreed that AC is not working, and they serviced twice but the problems not rectified, we again raised a complaint.
        But this time they din not pick my vechicle.
        They are not responding properly.

        It's an manufacting defects. They agreed but they are not ready to resolve it.

          Car not delivered yet even after 22 weeks of booking

          Please arrange tamil people to connect with me regarding my complaint about tata tigor AMT car breakdown, already spoken to customer care executive and emergency team technician also but I am not satisfied because their solution is not satisfied.

          Still my car on the road, suddenly unable to start, actually today 90km running then 10minutes off after unable to start.

            Dear sir,
            I have been getting daily SPAM Mails from TATA Motors to Test Drive their TATA TIGOR/ EV or switch to their vehicles. The mails are being sent through Poonawall fincorp / [protected]@connectinboxx.com.
            I have repeatedly complained to their customer care but they have done nothing more than ack my mails.
            Now, through pages I wish to awaken these spamming agencies so that they stop harassing me. I was never their customer and never will be.
            They are misusing my data as I had their shares for some time and have my email ID.
            It is shocking to note that companies of TATA, POONAWALLA and Godrej group are resorting to such unethical practices.
            If they don't stop I shall take up the matter with SEBI/ Union Govt etc.

              I've booked a TATA Nexon XZA+ HS Petrol Flame RED on 23rd March, 2022 from Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Venkataramana motors Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana. The dealership promised to deliver the vehicle before 120 days [16weeks max]. But as on 22nd Oct, 2022, even after 7 months have passed, I have not yet received the delivery of the vehicle. Whenever I call the dealership about the car, they always reply that they have placed the order but it has not yet been billed.
              I have raised this in all kinds of forums yet there was no proper response and I feel this is disgusting.

                I have booked a Tata Nexon XZA+ on 16th May 2022 at Tata Dion Motors, Cuttack, Odisha and till now I am only told to wait.

                Its waiting period was 90-120 days.

                I am not able to get any information about the booking or delivery status even after 150 days have passed.

                    I have recently bought the Tata Nexon XZ+ Dark Edition in April-2022. I am pleased to announce that I am very satisfied with car and service.
                    But as per Tata Motors dark edition official offers, they supposed to send me a link as per dark edition promotions. But I never received that link from Tata Motors.
                    I request Tata Motors officials to provide me the Dark Edition Merchandise as I am a big fan to Dark Theme and this was also my reason of buying this car.
                    Request to take this with Company and resolve.

                      I want to purchase a Tata punch Adventure rhythm pack. In this connection i paid Rs.11000/- as advance amount on 05.10.2022. I need some clarification on insurance premium. So I asked the quotation for insurance from the dealer that to know the insurance amount of the government company. But till now, the dealer didn't provide the required information to me. Yesterday i came to know that the vehicle is alloted for me. How can I buy a car without clearing my doubt?

                          The engine misfires while taking a start gives a sound, the car won't move anywhere until you keep pushing the throttle till few seconds, this is even worse on an inclined surface. For eg: reversing on an elevated road is a nightmare the engine just won't take it.initially i told to service person about this issue and it was told that it has a problem with clutch plates so i replaced the clutch plates but issue not solved. Tata service system has completely failed to solve this issue.

                            I bought tata yodha car 5months ago.i have driven only 6000 kms.my car clutch plate got damaged within 6000kms or 5 months. Tata motors are telling me that there isno warranty of cluth plate and it will not change in warranty, for this you will cost₹23000.I do not have enough money to replace clutch plate.please change the clutch plate of my car in warranty.otherwise i will take legal action against tata motors

                              I bought a Tata Tigor fro Treo Tata Safdarjung in Delhi on Oct 3rd, 2022. FIrst, they kept delaying the delivery and I couldn't inspect the car beforehand. I got the delivery in the evening and on inspection I found a few problems with the built of the car.

                              The rubber in the window frames were not fitted properly, the hard plastic in the console area was out of shape and was not giving the perfect finish. The tail lamp and view back mirrors are wobbly. And the roof has a gap in the corner where it's connecting with the door.

                              Even after complaining to the CRM team I haven't heard anything from them. Neither the dealership is doing anything to solve the problem.

                                This is to bring to ur kind attention that I have booked Tata punch Accomplished from multitech Motors LLP., SEC 28, Faridabad.

                                On 10/10/2022, they contacted me by saying that ur car has been allotted to u nd will be here in our showroom within 1 or 2 days.

                                On 12/10/2022, they sent me showroom retail disclaimer bearing the chassis number which is MAT634010NPKY3408 nd asked me to confirm my details.

                                On 13/10/2022, they sent me payment modes nd QR Code to pay the amount.

                                As it was a festive day (Karwachauth) so I cud not get time to pay the down payment but the same day I assured them tht on the nxt day (I.e today 14/10/2022), I will be paying them the full amount in one go.

                                As I have taken a leave from my work nd arranged the full amount nd was about to leave for the showroom, they have made a call to me.

                                On 14/10/2022, today via call they r saying that they don't have any car alloted on my name, they r giving it to someone else
                                If on one day car has been issued yo my name thn how can they sell it to someone else.
                                Please look into the matter nd take the serious action.

                                    I have purchased a Tata Nexon Jet edition from KVR AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD, Thirurkad, Malappuram, Kerala. I got my delivery on 25 Sep 22. After the delivery of the vehicle I was shocked by noticing the vehicles PDI was not done perfectly and was a faulty vehicle due to the pasting done on the back end of the vehicle. The pasting done on the back end was not normal as usual. The paint quality of the vehicle was also very poor. In many body parts the paint quality is below average or less than the paint quality done from local work shops. I have reported this to the dealership and customer care team. But I didn’t get any acceptable solution from their side.
