1. I am having a Tata Safari Storme having registration number WB34AD 8213 (model EX), 2013.
2. My vehicle was breakdown at Patna – Fatua Highway on 15.04.2018. I have taken the services of Tata Motors helpline for road side assistance and got the car towed away to M/s Ginni Motors, Patna and paid Rs 2500.00 towards towing charges.
3. The vehicle was diagnosed with breaking of timing belt, HLA etc. by M/s Ginni Motors and M/s Ginni Motor took 4 days to rectify the same and handover the vehicle on 18.04.2018 (Invoice enclosed)
4. However, the vehicle again breakdown while I was travelling from Dhanbad to Patna along with my family at Barhi Gaya Highway (NH 31) on 08.05.2018. The vehicle was again towed from Gaya to M/s Ginni Motors Patna. I paid Rs 8000.00 as towing charges. It was found that while the car was getting rectified at Ginni Motors during 15.04.2018 to 18.04.2018, they forgot to clean the broken HLA parts from engine leading to engine breakdown. On my complaint (No 1-[protected] dated 08.05.2018) to Tata Motors, Ginni motors agreed to get the necessary at their own cost and deliver the vehicle on 26.05.2018.
5. Subsequently, I was travelling with my family to Gangtok from Kolkata on the said vehicle. It was on my way back from Gangtok, the vehicle again breakdown in the midst of a Jungle at Singtam at Sikkim. On my complaint for road side assistance, got the vehicle towed to nearby dealer (M/s Lexican Motors) at Siliguri. The cost of towing away came to Rs 11000.00.
6. The vehicle is now at M/s Lexican Motors at Siliguri. It is pertinent to note that despite so many calls to your helpline, no complaint number has been issued to me.
7. It was quite frustrating that despite so many interventions by Tata Motors and its authorized dealer, the vehicle is still not in running conditions.
8. I have undergone huge physical, financial and mental suffering, due to inability of yours to resolve the issues; as follows:
a. Towing Charges on 15.04.2018: Rs 2500.00
b. Amount paid to M/s Ginni Motors: Rs 48747.00
c. Towing Charges from Gaya to Patna: Rs 8000.00
d. Amount paid to M/s Ginni Motors: Rs 6580.00
e. Towing Charges from singtam (Sikkim) to Siliguri: Rs 11000.00
f. Taxi Charges from Gaya to Patna: Rs 1400.00
g. Taxi Charges from Siliguri to Kolkata: Rs 20, 000.00
h. Amount paid towards staying in hotel at Siliguri: Rs 6780.00
This is over and above the financial losses due to loss of mandays and physical & mental agony, which can not be compensated. This is unacceptable and unbecoming of Tata Motors and its dealers.

    While traveling from haldwani to dehradun there was a sudden break down in my car (Tata tiago xz). I registered the complaint in the ebd department (Complaint no-[protected]). Next day some how i managed to take my car to the nearest dealer (Oberai motors, p. O majra saharanpur road, dehradun) by 9 am, but found no assistance there, finding no solution i contacted the customer complaint department (Complaint no 1-[protected]).
    After an hour of wait my job card was prepared.
    When the service manager (Mr lokender chauhan) got to know about the complaint he misbehaved and said ("now get your work done by the place where you filed the complaint, the helpline numbers will not help you its only us and now we are not in a mood to do so")
    I was asked to take back my complaint in order to get my work done.
    Latter the customer copy of the job card was taken away (I was able to click the photo of the job card) for me and told that the parts are not available that needs to be replaced.
    In the end crm apologized for the inconvenience.
    The car was latter given a general checkup and handed over.

    I would like to add on to the previous issue that the CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER oberai motors dehradun (Ms. Anamika Rajput), tried to manage the issue and was supportive though.
    Main person responsible for the misbehave was Mr lokender chauhan(service manager) oberai motors.
    Please look in to the matter and ensure that any other customer should not face such situation.

      I purchased a tata hexa from arya motors gurugram in dec 17. Recently was travelling to ghaziabad from gurugram and front tyre got busted and car hit the side payment.

      Its been over 10 days and i am no where about the exact status of the situation.
      Have written email to gm service as well but still no solution.

        I have deposited my indigo manza car with registration number jh 01 aj 9996 to bd motors, durgapur, west bengal after receiving a call for servicing after one lakh km incl replacement of timing chain. After more tha fifteen days the vehicle was lying unattended. Only after a complaint the agency took up the servicing. After few more days they informed that timing chain is not available and i can collect the vehicle on 04 june. After sending my driver they informed that the vehicle will be delivered next day. On further enquiry i was told that the vehicle will be delivered in the evening. Them i had received an sms that the vehicle will be delivered at 2137 hrs. At 1845 hrs i was asked as to when i was reaching there as the vehicle is ready. I am surprised and anguished. The behavior is atrocious. It appears that the agency is doing a favor to the customer by harassing him. I am very sure that i'll think hundred times before purchasing another tata vehicle or advice my colleagues of armed forces to do so. Please advise your servicing team to learn some soft skills and the value of time and money.

        The body work is also complete and Mr Rajat, the person in charge has handed over the car without any supervisory check. The interior was not cleaned and grease mark all over. I was planning to upgrade to Hexa but now I'm unsure.

          My name is shijo george, working in postal department, ernakulam, kerala. I am great fan of tata cars from the launch of tata safari. After the launch of tata tiago i made a decision that ‘this is my first owned car’. I have arranged some money and booked tata tiago on 26.03.2018 from concord motors, north paravoor, ernakulam. As per the advertisement in malayala manorama news paper on[protected] i have visited the concord showroom on sunday. The sales person whom i met is antony, i have given my id proof and all other details to him via whatsup. That time he said that the booking amount is fully refundable. On the very next day i have booked the tiago via given token amount of rs.2000/- through online transfer from my syndicate bank account number. The booking id is /sap doc idis:[protected]. But due to some health issue f my father has to undergone a major surgery. So i have to rethink about my dream and i decided to cancel my booking on 16th april 2018. As per the instruction given from the sales person antony i have forwarded the cancellation letter and bank account details to antony via whatsup. But till the date no refund is received. When i contacted the sales head of concord motors, north paravoor sheeja, she said that they can only refund rs.1000/-. But during booking they said i can get full amount while cancellation of booking. Due to this incident i have lost total faith and believe in tata motors. Kindly take necessary actions to refund my booking amount.

            mileage problem

            I am getting a mileage of only 8 km/liters and already 1400 km cross. Its very less in 1190 cc engine. And mode system is also not right in sports mode they say by default it runs in city mode. And service centre says shake your vehicle after full tank. And there is no proper response. If there is no proper response then i have to sale it in whatever rate i get....

            I got my tata nexon on 10 may 2018 from rudra motors wagholi, from the second day i am facing the problem with the car, first there was a noise from the car and got that repair from them second day after few days there was a again noise from the window then again i visited the showroom and got that repaired again after driving few kilometers i saw a cut in my tyre after again showing them they were not able to solve my problem and after visiting the showroom 5 times and my tyre is with them now.
            Today is 20 day having purchased this car from them and i visited this showroom 10 times and the management here is so weak people are roaming here and there and don't know what is customer service
            Complaint against crm sobita she is not replying my call. I want they should understand the value of customer.
            Tata nexon is a good car but showroom which is selling this car does not provide good service to customers they just sell car, a new tyre got cut.

              I have purchased tata tiago xt (Petrol) company claimed averages for the same is 25kmpl but my car is giving 12 kmpl on the highway even on city or eco mode doesn't matter this is so inconvenient.                 tata tiago, low mileage from day 1

                  Dear sir,

                  I had given an advance of rs. 1409/- through cheque no 883656 dated 07.04.2018 for a tiago xz (Petrol) car and also signed in your commitment form on 07.04.2018. After that i had paid rs.5000/- through credit card on dated 18.04.2018. But it is unfortunate that due to some wrong commitment and false information from your people i had cancel the booking on 08.05.2018 through email.

                  The reason of not finalizing the same is nonprofessional way of handling customers viz., not allowing test drive after waiting 2 hrs with lame excuse, not giving copy of commitment form, increase in value by rs.10000 than committed figure, failing delivery commitment.

                  On taking a decision of not continuing with tiago, i informed k. B. Motors namely mr. Rahul das and mr. Subhankar sen and finance team mr. Debanan & mr. Avishek chatopadhya through telephone and e-mail time to time and haven’t received any feedback from them till the time of writing this mail. However it was committed to me by the finance team the reply will come by a week time.

                  I am surprised to note this kind of behavior from the executives representing no.1 industrial house in india. They neither been able to handle prospective customers nor been able to handle closures. Some new characters namely mr. Vinod and mr. Mithilesh has also spoken to my husbend and as usual given some wrong commitments.

                  Under the circumstances i have no other alternative but to approach you for a peaceful solution of the given matter. Your kind cooperation regarding the closer of this matter will be highly appreciated.

                    Sub : regarding tata ace dicor complaint.

                    Respected sir,
                    I have purchased tata ace dicor in november 2014. Same vehicle have created engine related problem in 2017. Following the problem i have changed recon engine at m. S. Automotive services pvt. Ltd. Nagpur in year 2017. I have paid rs. 35000/- by cheque (Cheque no. 21774) dated on[protected] for the same problem. For more details please check your online portal. Recon engine have one year warrantee. But after seventh months of replacement same recon engine created problem. Same vehicle was towed and admitted to m. S. Automotive services pvt. Ltd. Nagpur for repair. M. S. Automotive services pvt. Ltd. Kept vehicle for five months for repair. Then after five months, m. S. Automotive services pvt. Ltd. Inform me that engine is not repairable.
                    So, please take the appropriate action against the complaint within seven days.

                      I am very much disappointed and not happy the way service is done at your authorized centres. I own a tata nano amt. Following are the list of complaints right from purchase of the vehicle,
                      - unnecessarily change the parts in the vehicle without any communication. On enquiry while checking the bill they say yes.
                      - exterior cleaning not done (This service). Vehicle was at the showroom for 3 working days.
                      - interior cleaning not done properly (All service). This does not get fixed in spite of informing while giving the vehicle for service.
                      - when wiped with a white cloth in the interior, it gets black stain. When asked they say that they apply polish. Why is polish black? No answer from showroom.
                      - when asked to change the fused fog lamp, service manager say the entire fog lamp assembly needs to be changed.
                      - only in this service, i felt that service has happened properly. I could feel the difference in the performance and engine.in all prior services the vehicle used behave the same way before and after service, expecting for external wash. This happened as i had informed the sale person that i am looking for nexon and will decide based on the nano service.
                      - this service, i noticed that there was fuel theft happening.

                      In my new Tiago car unpleasant noise is coming and ac cooling is not proper.
                      I don't know what to do... Dealer is not capable of resolving my concern

                        1. I have booked my vehicle for service at tafe service, trichy road coimbatore on 28/05/2018 morning 9.30 am. I have received a message that my job card is opened on 29/05/2018 at 10.46 am but not attended for service till 1.00 pm on 29/05/2018.

                        2. When i visit the service center on 29/05/2018 at 1.00 pm my vehicle was unattended and kept aside at the service centre. They told they will deliver vehicle on 28 may evening itself but not done so. When i called the service centre nobody attended my phone call.

                        3. When i approached the supervisor mr. Saravanan for the query he asked me to talk to the service manager. The service manager mr. Sreejith is so irresponsible and treated me like a beggar and not ready to talk to me at all.

                        4. Even after spending 2 days at the service centre my vehicle problem not cleared. The service people say they couldn't find wherefrom the sound comes in the vehicle. Then what for these people are at the service center. Still the problem exist in my vehicle even after service.

                        5. I own a taxi vehicle. I could not send the vehicle on time to the customer who book ed my vehicle earlier for 29/05/2018. Due to the irresponsibility of the supervisor and service manager i lost my reputation and in come for the 2 days.

                        6. Is so the situation then what is the requirement of a supervisor and service manager at the service center? What are the duties of them at the service center even they are not ready to listen the complaint of a customer?

                        Please do reply me the details at the earliest so as to file a complaint at the consumer forum.

                          Booked tata tigor at marigold motors bhandup. Mumbai. Made 90% of payment through demand draft icici bank dated 17/05/18. After repeated calls there is no response as when car will be delivered. After several calls they say that they are in meeting. I think this dealer is total fraud. If the concerned authorities would take prompt action it would be worthwhile. Iam very disappointed with tata dealer marigold

                            Hi,

                            I wanted to buy a tata tiago xza from srt motors, coimbatore. I contacted the dealer and asked for price details. They sent me price details where registration charges were higher than expected. When i asked for the break up, sales person called me and said that it includes road tax, safety tax along with rs. 10, 000 for handling charges.

                            Because of this, i backed off from booking the car from the dealer. It is very problematic for consumers when there are few dealers around and dealers ask for extra charges to buy a car.

                            I am attaching an image where the salesperson gave breakup of registration charges. Vehicle price is Rs 564225. For this price, vehicle registration charges are 10% of vehicle price towards lifetime road tax + 5000 to 6000 towards road safety tax, etc. So, total registration charges should be around 62, 000. This is in line with what dealers of other car manufacturers have quoted.

                            Buy Tata dealer here (SRT Motors, Coimbatore) is charging 73, 823 (10% towards lifetime road tax + 12% on lifetime tax towards road tax + 6000 towards road safety tax + 5000 towards handling charges). I have highlighted this with red circle in the attached image.

                            Also, he is forcing me to buy insurance from him only. When I said that I will buy insurance myself, he is reluctant to sell the car. Please let me know if you need additional information.

                            Hi,

                            We have 2 Tata dealers in Coimbatore. I contacted SRT Motors for booking a Tiago and they are asking 10k - 12k more for registration charges (They said that they need this amount towards handling charges + to pay bribe to RTO officials). I did not book the car.

                            I contacted other dealer, TAFE Access and they are not responding back. When I call from other number, they will respond but when I give my contact number, they will not respond. Looks like both dealers are working together to fleece money from the customers.

                            Please respond as soon as possible, otherwise, I will look for other alternatives. Thanks in advance.

                              Hello team,

                              I recently took a delivery of hexa 4x4 from prerana motors, rajajinagar. I was initially promised delivery of the car on the 4th of may. The sa told me the car had reached their dealership on the 3rd and i should be able to check out the car on the 4th of may. When i went to the dealership to check out the car, i was told some stories that there was some confusion and my car had still not arrived to the dealership. They promised to deliver the car on the 6th of june but again the same story played out. I was eventually shown the car on the 9th of june and after checking out the car i consented to get it registered in my name. I was told the car was delivered only on the previous day (8th of june) and there was no mention of any repairs made on the car, let along the accident history of the car.

                              Today when i was looking at the service history of the car, i see that the car was in the workshop for accident repairs on the 7th may. I was shown the car on the 9th may and was registered on the same day and took the delivery on the 10th of may. I was never informed by the dealer that there were repairs carried out on the car.

                              I have been trying to speak to the management in prerana motors since early morning today and all i’m able to speak to is the sa. When i ask them for the sales manager or a customer relationship manager i’m told they are on leave, out for lunch or some other excuse. Since i’m not able to reach out to any one in the prerana motors i’m reaching out to you for assistance on the same.

                              Me and my family are very particular about driving in an car with accident history. I kindly request you to provide me with a new vehicle.

                              I’m also attaching the service record for the accident repairs.

                                I have purchesed tiago XT in last week march 2018, car delevered me was 200 km used.after 2- 3days complained about gear liver vibration, problem in 2 gear riding, and milage.
                                Service centre assured to solve this issue
                                But they are unable to short out.
                                I am not satisfied and they have cheated me.

                                  I purchase tata nexon xz+before two months. First of all the executive give me wrong information about vehicle that it have rear ac vents actually it is only blower. Second dealer charged 2700rs for various useless items. Like parking affidavit which i still don't know where it is.5100 logistic charges..
                                  Third just after 2 days of purchase of car the handle of a. C. Direction is broken because it was already free from its place. Forth is car a. C. Is not manually controlled, i can't reduce blower speed manually. Fifth the back side seat is not fit at its place properly. And many other small things which is annoying me... When i go to first service they properly listen my problem and told me that till evening every problem will sought out. I wait whole of day than in evening they handover me my car and say that none of mine problem could be sought out because we will have to take permission from another level. They only wash my car from morning to evening. I really angry with this kind of service that's why i never recommend anyone to buy tata products.. They cheat me for one more another thing they told me that you have won a headphone by scratch a coupon. But yet i didn't get any gift... Sir i will go to consumer court if i not satisfied by tata service.. That's why we indian companies are not growing as other foreign companies..

                                    I am working as asst audit officer in the very important office of cag of \india of indian audit and accounts department which has offices all over india.

                                    Your dealer con corde motors at l. B. Nagar, alkapuri is refusing to extend me the discount of rs.2500/- as discount for corporate employees saying that my office name does not feature in their approved list of offices.

                                    I am surprised that such big and important office as my office does not qualify for the list. Please check and clarify whether my office of accountant general under cag of india of ia&ad qualifies for the discount. I have decided to book the top end model of automatic car xza tiago but only if i get the discount which i have to rightfully get as a matter of principle.
