I have purchesed tiago XT in last week march 2018, car delevered me was 200 km used.after 2- 3days complained about gear liver vibration, problem in 2 gear riding, and milage.
Service centre assured to solve this issue
But they are unable to short out.
I am not satisfied and they have cheated me.

    I purchase tata nexon xz+before two months. First of all the executive give me wrong information about vehicle that it have rear ac vents actually it is only blower. Second dealer charged 2700rs for various useless items. Like parking affidavit which i still don't know where it is.5100 logistic charges..
    Third just after 2 days of purchase of car the handle of a. C. Direction is broken because it was already free from its place. Forth is car a. C. Is not manually controlled, i can't reduce blower speed manually. Fifth the back side seat is not fit at its place properly. And many other small things which is annoying me... When i go to first service they properly listen my problem and told me that till evening every problem will sought out. I wait whole of day than in evening they handover me my car and say that none of mine problem could be sought out because we will have to take permission from another level. They only wash my car from morning to evening. I really angry with this kind of service that's why i never recommend anyone to buy tata products.. They cheat me for one more another thing they told me that you have won a headphone by scratch a coupon. But yet i didn't get any gift... Sir i will go to consumer court if i not satisfied by tata service.. That's why we indian companies are not growing as other foreign companies..

      I am working as asst audit officer in the very important office of cag of \india of indian audit and accounts department which has offices all over india.

      Your dealer con corde motors at l. B. Nagar, alkapuri is refusing to extend me the discount of rs.2500/- as discount for corporate employees saying that my office name does not feature in their approved list of offices.

      I am surprised that such big and important office as my office does not qualify for the list. Please check and clarify whether my office of accountant general under cag of india of ia&ad qualifies for the discount. I have decided to book the top end model of automatic car xza tiago but only if i get the discount which i have to rightfully get as a matter of principle.

        vibration of gear shifting lever.

        We own tata tiago xt model. We bought this car on 29th april 2018. We stay in nashik. When the car is at 3 or 4 gear the lever of gear shifting gives jerk. We told this problem to the nearest service centre but they did nit respond very well to our query. The help centre over here told us that all the cars have same problem. We hope you look into this matter and kindly help us....

        I have purchased tiago xz on 16 may 2018. Time of purchase i have raise the concerned that low pressure in front tire but they said it’s normal. After 3 days when i have checked the pressure of the tire its low so i fill the air and time of filling the air there is bump in tire so i have raised the complaint to tata motors where i have purchased my car. They asked to visit apollo tires. Engineer from apollo tires find cut inside the tire. They refused the change the tire. One more issue i face with space tire provided by company it’s different in size (13 and 14) which i got in the car. I have complaint (1-[protected]) about this issue but closed my compliant with resolution
        Now i am facing issue with breaks also. When i am using breaks it’s making sound of creaking and not working properly. I am not getting any proper response from service center. Please look into this matter.

            I have tata tiago car. My car is 1.5 year old. Nowadays other company gives more comfortness car, whereas tata company give bad product. I have a many problem from car like low cooling in a/c from purchase time to till time, dash board high noise, bad (Extreame level) service. When i complaint on complaint call, they can’t answer me and never take any kind of action on it. So my feedback on tata product and service is 1/10 or 0/10..

              I am owner of a TATA TIGOR XT mode purchased in month of November 2017.My car is in warrenty period.

              After two month only My car AC stopped working.I went to service center (CAMA moters, Ahmadabad) and they rectified the same by updating some software (as per their feedback to me).
              After one month only my car was just driven for 4000 km and i observed than some noise is coming from Dashboard. When i complaint about this in CAMA motors they checked and informed me that one bolt was fond loose inside the dashboard during servicing and as per them they ensured me that this will not happen again and noise will not come now.
              I have checked and found ok, But after driving to 1500 Km again same noise started to come from dashboard.
              Apart from this in my servicing i have many time complaint about stucking of gear lever in first gear and reverse gear but servicing person told me that this problem is due to design issue (use of cable from gear lever to gear box instead of connecting Rod) and can not be resolved.
              Sir kindly requesting you to please resolve these issue because such issue should not come in such new cars and hence decreasing the faith of customer is such reputed company's product.

                  ì am captain ram shankar choudhary... From samastipur, bihar. I had bought a tata nexon car from basudev motors ranchi on 13 mar 2018 through csd. First free service of my sub car was due on 13 may 2018. I received message too.. For that. But while a confirmation call from tata motors they confirmed me that it will be done on 13 jun instead of 13 may 18. Also i am shocked to get know that their is no any service centre of tata motors ìn samastipur district. Also i request you to give me additional one month of time for my free first servicing.. Bcoz due to lack of knowledge of your staff i lapse my given serving date.. And now i had no any leave for the same... As i am posted on loc... Ladhakh. Also pls register my complain against tata motors to not to provide service stations within the districts...

                    Purchased tata winger (13+1) for commercial use through bank finance of sbi in the month of february 2018 but yet not registered by the distributor (gati motors, burdwan, west bengal). I have visited your authorised dealer for several times but they always put some notorious reasons ultimately causing me financial loss. Pls put some action in this regard.

                      I am follow up with dealer CAMA Motors on Mobile Phone as well as Msgs. Since last Monday ( 14/05/2018)

                      But, they are promising me that they will send the Engineer within two days.

                      Yet, No one had resolved the Problem of my Car. How any Customer can expect Good Service from CAMA Motors.

                        Worst experience!! I highly recommend to stay away from concorde tata. I bought tata tiago xt model from tata concorde, delhi branch. I had very bad experience during purchase of this car.
                        But i bought it with commitment that you will not regret in service.
                        It is just first service. I am regretting!!
                        Experience like hell. Doing follow up for around 10 days just to keep my car in record. Bull #!
                        Even i am getting message or call from mumbai head office. And their phone never works. Somehow if it get connected, they just tell me its over booked. Lets plan for next day.
                        And the behaviour is total ridiculous. Have i made a mistake buying car from concorde??
                        The answer is ""yes"".

                          Two of the core values of tata motors is “integrity” and “customer focus”. Well i believe the ideology behind the value shall be real particularly when it is the largest motor company of a great nation like india.
                          My name is rinu v. Koshy and i am from bhilai (Chhattisgarh, india). I purchased a tata nexon (Xm variant) on 31st march 2018. Prior to being a proud owner of nexon, the sales team from your authorised dealer in bhilai i. E. Sairam automobiles & services pvt. Limited, ge road, krishna nagar, supela, bhilai, chhattisgarh have assured me of a ‘confirmed gift and a ‘scratch and win scheme if the vehicle purchased before new financial year. Also they informed me regarding confirmed hike in sales price with effect from 1st april 2018.
                          In order to avail the said benefits, i being an employee somehow borrowed loan from bank and managed to purchase a tata nexon on 31st march 2018. The registration date is 31st march 2018. Insurance also commences from 31st march 2018, whereas the invoice was dated 30.04.2018.
                          But regret to inform you that even after repeated reminders to the authorised dealer, till date i am not in receipt of the said benefits nor the team had delivered me the vehicle in a befitting manner as they were supposed to.
                          This is to lodge my complaint against the deviance of the offer made to me and compensate me against the said offer.
                          Also requesting you to stick to the core value and most important factor of any business or service – customer satisfaction.
                          I believe this is bit a late but till date i was waiting for a response from the dealer and even had a telecon yesterday. Since no response from the dealer, this complaint is lodged.

                            I purchase a tata nexon car from panipat showroom of tata motors 3 months ago and still my number plate is not issued to me... Tata motors literally give the poor service among all.. Whemever we call in the showroom about our number plate they turn the talk and told us to move in the karnal showroom or when we call in the karnal showroom to enquire our plate them they said that there is no. Number plate... This ia the reason that no one prefers the tata car to purchase... I will give 1 from 10 due to there poor service... This is not only for number plate... Same is. Done for the rc.. My rc is in my hand after 3 months... Gud job tata motors.. I will never prefer anyone to go for the tata car.

                              Sir, i am owner of indigo manza with registration no. Uk08x1112 and also a esteemed customer of ism automobile pvt ltd since 2011.

                              I visited ism automobiles pvt ltd yesterday on 21 may 2018 for general check up of my vehicle. Accordingly, mobil oil and oil filter, kit pad assy, fan motor assy and angular contact ball bearings were filled and replaced.in this context, please refer invoice no. Iiaphi[protected] dated 21 may 2018 generated by m/s i. S. M. Automobiles pvt ltd, haridwar.

                              It is brought out to your kind notice that they have charged gst on mrp of said products at the rate of 9% and 14% respectively which is illegal and ultra vires and is against the gst act promulgated by the goi.

                              In view of the above, you are requested to direct the m/s i. S. M. Automobiles pvt ltd, haridwar to refund the excess amount charged on mrp at an early date failing which i will be compelled to lodge complaints with gst anti-profiiteering dg on their site at www.gst.gov.in, with cbec & consumer court.

                                tigor xz engine symbol blinks

                                Please find the attached photo in which the symbol which blinks when i starts my car and that symbol continuously blinks for the time of driving. My car have this problem since i bought it. I bought this car on 30/3/2018, i submitted my complaint and car for three times to jaika motors amravati.
                                They tried to solve it but in vain.
                                They can't find any solution on it.
                                I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.br...

                                I gave my car at tata service station at meerut on friday. Company promised me that my car would be delivered to me on sunday around 2:30. As claimed by company alternater of my car was send for repairing at 9:30 in morning but alternater came at around 3:30 and after that when we checked it was not repaired properly and it's six in evening and i am still waiting for my car to be delivered. I request you to take action against the dealers.

                                  I, amit majumder, a car book on[protected], tiago, on exchange basis, the salesperson mr. Sajal ghosh. Mr. Sajal committed to me of delivery of car on[protected]. Last[protected] i and my brother go to showroom around 1 p. M. Mr. Ghosh is not there. The attending person mr. Satyandra, he is misbehave to me and brother, he told that "the car cannot delivery on[protected]." today[protected] i go to showroom for enquiry, the attending person mr. Satyandra, he is against misbehave to me and lastly he said "ja karar apni kare nin". Then i cameout.

                                  Mr. Satyandra does not know how to handle the customer and how to behave the customer. His tone to me i am a purchase a car wrong decision. I don't know the car formalities. Mr. Sajal and other person committed to me on[protected] of delivery of car, but today i seen no c/f, no registration, no insurance, then mr. Satyandra talk you delivery the car on[protected]. Why i am received the dead body? Please answer me. He spoke to me we are committed to you for delivery of car on[protected]. After[protected] the delay of delivery car just reason of mr. Satyandra. He is harassed to me and misbehave. Till today the car standing the showroom. Mr. Satyandra just behave to me just like i am a anti-social, he kill to me.

                                  I am from lucknow and given my car at SRM motors Alambagh for servicing. Its very unexpected from a new vehicle to make sound and vibration. After running 5000 km only engine is making too much noise and vibration. I complain at service centre at my third service but no resolution was given to me.

                                    I have left my car tn 38 az 0333 for service at srt tata service centre at coimbatore on 16.05.2018 at 5.00 p. M. I was told that the estimate rate will be said to me by 12.00 noon on 17.05.2018. But as of now 3.30p. M i have not received any call from service manager or any other representaqtives. But, i had reminded the service representative one mr. Chakkravarthi twice at 12.30 p. M and 2.00 p. M. But of no use. Please take a notice on this regard and see to that i receive the car atleast by tomorrow noon after service.

                                    My tiago ran about 13000 km and its milage were 12 with eco mode. Over vibration comparing with other xm petrol model tiago . My tiagos cluch were not good. Some time starting probem were there .
