    I have recently bought the Tata Nexon XZ+ Dark Edition in April-2022. I am pleased to announce that I am very satisfied with car and service.
    But as per Tata Motors dark edition official offers, they supposed to send me a link as per dark edition promotions. But I never received that link from Tata Motors.
    I request Tata Motors officials to provide me the Dark Edition Merchandise as I am a big fan to Dark Theme and this was also my reason of buying this car.
    Request to take this with Company and resolve.

      I want to purchase a Tata punch Adventure rhythm pack. In this connection i paid Rs.11000/- as advance amount on 05.10.2022. I need some clarification on insurance premium. So I asked the quotation for insurance from the dealer that to know the insurance amount of the government company. But till now, the dealer didn't provide the required information to me. Yesterday i came to know that the vehicle is alloted for me. How can I buy a car without clearing my doubt?

          The engine misfires while taking a start gives a sound, the car won't move anywhere until you keep pushing the throttle till few seconds, this is even worse on an inclined surface. For eg: reversing on an elevated road is a nightmare the engine just won't take it.initially i told to service person about this issue and it was told that it has a problem with clutch plates so i replaced the clutch plates but issue not solved. Tata service system has completely failed to solve this issue.

            I bought tata yodha car 5months ago.i have driven only 6000 kms.my car clutch plate got damaged within 6000kms or 5 months. Tata motors are telling me that there isno warranty of cluth plate and it will not change in warranty, for this you will cost₹23000.I do not have enough money to replace clutch plate.please change the clutch plate of my car in warranty.otherwise i will take legal action against tata motors

              I bought a Tata Tigor fro Treo Tata Safdarjung in Delhi on Oct 3rd, 2022. FIrst, they kept delaying the delivery and I couldn't inspect the car beforehand. I got the delivery in the evening and on inspection I found a few problems with the built of the car.

              The rubber in the window frames were not fitted properly, the hard plastic in the console area was out of shape and was not giving the perfect finish. The tail lamp and view back mirrors are wobbly. And the roof has a gap in the corner where it's connecting with the door.

              Even after complaining to the CRM team I haven't heard anything from them. Neither the dealership is doing anything to solve the problem.

                This is to bring to ur kind attention that I have booked Tata punch Accomplished from multitech Motors LLP., SEC 28, Faridabad.

                On 10/10/2022, they contacted me by saying that ur car has been allotted to u nd will be here in our showroom within 1 or 2 days.

                On 12/10/2022, they sent me showroom retail disclaimer bearing the chassis number which is MAT634010NPKY3408 nd asked me to confirm my details.

                On 13/10/2022, they sent me payment modes nd QR Code to pay the amount.

                As it was a festive day (Karwachauth) so I cud not get time to pay the down payment but the same day I assured them tht on the nxt day (I.e today 14/10/2022), I will be paying them the full amount in one go.

                As I have taken a leave from my work nd arranged the full amount nd was about to leave for the showroom, they have made a call to me.

                On 14/10/2022, today via call they r saying that they don't have any car alloted on my name, they r giving it to someone else
                If on one day car has been issued yo my name thn how can they sell it to someone else.
                Please look into the matter nd take the serious action.

                    Jai Ganesh Auto Hub delivered me a car without RTO Registration, 3 year Insurance (1 year full and 2 year Third party), accessories and bill. dealer delivered me car on 06/09/2022. although as per law dealer is duty bound to make registration first before making delivery of the vehicle. dealer has breached the motor vehicle act.                     I have purchased a Tata Nexon Jet edition from KVR AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD, Thirurkad, Malappuram, Kerala. I got my delivery on 25 Sep 22. After the delivery of the vehicle I was shocked by noticing the vehicles PDI was not done perfectly and was a faulty vehicle due to the pasting done on the back end of the vehicle. The pasting done on the back end was not normal as usual. The paint quality of the vehicle was also very poor. In many body parts the paint quality is below average or less than the paint quality done from local work shops. I have reported this to the dealership and customer care team. But I didn’t get any acceptable solution from their side.

                      Hi,

                      I am a tata Nexon owner and my vehicle registration number is KL01CP8106.
                      On 5 th October 2022, on my journey back from Pondicherry to Trivandrum my car broke down around 6:30 pm. The speedometer display behaved abnormally and displayed "ENGINE LOCK" message which comes and goes repeatedly whenever I tried the ignition.

                      I contacted TATA RSA and a customer care representative Mr.Kulkhit attended the call.
                      Mr.Kulkhit insisted that I pay an amount of Rs.885 for RSA. Since there was no strong mobile network I asked him whether I can make the payment to the mechanic as cash, but he again insisted on making the payment through online banking. So I walked some distance where there was strong mobile etwork and made the payment.

                      Then he told me to wait for a maximum of 90 minutes.
                      Even after waiting for two hours nobody came, then Mr.Kulkhit made a conference call with a guy Mr.Saravanan. He said he is the service manager from Derik Tirunelveli. Then Mr, Saravanan called me and asked me to push the car and try starting and told that there is no technician available at this moment and they are trying to get someone.

                      It was already 9:30 pm and me and my family were standing in the road hoping RSA would help. Finally I somehow managed to start the car without RSA support and travelled 140 kms to trivandrum.
                      Mr. Kulkit never called back after the conference or never made sure that I recieved RSA.

                      This is a serious mistake from Tata Motors and it was really a terrible and horrifying experience for me.
                      Today I asked for the refund of Rs.885 and the customer care agent told me that the refund will take 15 working days.

                      I need explanations as to why I didn't get any RSA as promised by Tata Motors even after making the payment.
                      Also about the refund, my hard earned money which should be refunded now itself which is taking 15 working days.

                      Without getting any service from your side how can Tata Motors keep my money for 15 working days?
                      This was a terrible experience for me and I totally lost my trust in Tata Motors.

                      I request you to consider this as a serious case and kindly send a technician to find the technical issue of the car because till now no technician has ever called or inspected the car after the breakdown complaint has been registered.

                      Please consider this request and make necessary arrangements at the earliest.

                      I need to know why I didn't get the RSA even after paying the money.
                      Also make the refund with compensation as soon as possible.
                      Tata needs to take action against these irresponsible employee (Mr. Kulkith).

                      I will wait for a positive response from tata motors, or else I am planning to move legally with all the evidence in hand.

                        Sir extra labour charged by your service centre inspite of having insurance cover and many time I go to the service centre and misbehave by Ashok Kumar Gupta and DM And GM of the company.and they are cheating with everyone to get extra charges and exploiting the image of tata motors and cheating with costomer trust . please take action against guilty one.

                            We purchased Tata Nexon in April 2022 from Sri Venkateshwara Tata motors- Nizamabad.
                            Recently the front left tire got bursted on high way.
                            We have checked for any sharp objects or anything but found nothing.
                            As soon as the incident took place we have informed to our showroom from where we purchased vehicle " Sri Venkateshwara Tata Motors - Nizamabad branch".
                            They (Govind Mechanic) have inspected the vehicle and told that complaint has been raised(even though his behaviour is not good) and we will be getting email, but still now there was no email.
                            Today I have contacted the showroom regarding same but we came to know that they were not aware of any such case.
                            I think they just diverted us by false information.

                                  Newly purchased Tata tiago resulted in petrol tube leakage even before the first service vehicle is currently covered 1300 km. As i have approached the service centre they are demanding the cost of 2400 i belive it is a manufacturing defects also an immediate solution of free of cost service ASAP. Service centre located in PALA, KOTTAYAM kerala.

                                    Hi I have booked Tata Nexon XMA MODEL on 3rd July 2022 at Garve motors tathavde Pune.nAt that time of booking I was told that car will be delivered by 14th August 2022..but it is 5th October 2022 now.. still I am waiting for my car..and there is no proper response from the dealer
