Unsatisfactory Customer Service.
Delaying in delivery of vehicle (new booking, got delivered almost 06 months waiting)
Delaying in service delivery (Vehicle given for body work, but still work not finished, it's been more than 01 month I'm waiting for the pending work to be finished)
Lack of professionalism, no proper way of dealing customer....

Hi,
My new 8 months old Tata punch, got stuck in recent Bangalore flood it’s on 4th Sep with very little damage.
I reached out Tata service centre, they took week to provide me an appointment on 9th sep Now they are telling it gonna take 3 months to do the service and I need to pay the parking chargers per day Rs. 350/- . And if I am not ready to pay and wait they are asking to take the car back, they don’t give priority...

Car is not getting its central looking system functional automatically..
This is not happening since 2 services from select motor Kukatpally...
Car usually gets in to central locked state when Car attains a minimum speed...
But this is not happening now...
The technician is not able to resolve it ......

They took the vehicle to the garage and they sais it needs battery replacement. They replaced the battery and returned my vehicle. dated 8-09-22 my car has a issue which is not start properly. so i take him your authorized service centre (Tata Motor Rewari) they are not doing her work properly & take charges so high. I am not satisfied.

so please revert my charges which attached by me....

We have booked TATA NEXON XMA (S) (p) on Jun 23 at Sayar Aautomative (p) Ltd in Vellore, tamilnadu, they have committed that the car will get delivered after 71 days, it's been more than 80 days still we didn't receive any information regarding the car delivery...

Please refund my booking amount that i am not interested to buy this product...

I have called multiple time to your service center for book appointment at gandhinagar, gujrat, but they didn't book appointment for service my car...

My recently purchased Tata Nexon met with an accident and the air bags did not open. Luckily we all survived with some minor injuries and are due to go through the detailed medical examination.

How can I raise this issue.

Recently i have booked a tata nexon XZA+ (Petrol manual) from ZEDEX motors Gurgaon (India) by giving an advance of rs. 11, 000/- on 21.08.2022. During PDI I found that, the car is defective, the paints are not proper and engine is making noise. Then I talked to the executive (Babuli Yadav) regarding all the defects and the condition of car. Purchased Nexon XZA+ on 10june 2022 and now Today i found water under boot space where stepney is kept after raining. If i wouldn't have seen, my tyre would have been rusted. Is it a manufacturing defect?
I expect a complete repair with no issues after or replacement.

Hai my name is Jaya C. I had a tata tigor ev which was purchased on December 2021 Trivandrum motors. After 2 months, on February the air-conditioning got complaints. It got repaired at april 2022 and the service center executive assured me that it was fixed perfectly and jt won't happen again. But after 4 months 1 week ago the air-conditioning stopped again. This is the second time i am getting such a terrific experience from tata motors....

From the day i purchased this car i am not satisfied

Makes a irritating noise during pick up
Clutch is very hard to press

Every month i am facing new problem in car

Two years back my car (Tiago XZ 2019) had battery issue and it was replaced under warranty. Now within span of two years newly replaced battery has stopped working.
Even after driving the car for long run the battery is not getting charged.
The car has covered 50, 000 Kms in 3.5years.
