Went to Tata showroom KVR Motors Palakkad Kerala. Paid 21000 rs on 20th may 2023 receipt no:1245 as booking amount. Altroz petrol I Turbo white full option. I told the salesperson that there is a model with a sunroof after hearing from my cousin in pune. Sales person Kevin\Varun said, turbo petrol doesn't come with a sunroof version and IRA and it's available only for future CNG models . I told the pune showroom that it's available. But they denied.
KVR promised to get the car delivered within 25 days xz+ as they said the sunroof variant is not available for petrol I turbo.
Did a follow up call to KVR and asked the sales person that I heard turbo petrol xz+os is there on the tata website.
Finally after multiple follow up calls, KVR said there is an option with sunroof and IRA xz+OS for i turbo.
Spoke to KVR GM Sherry Shine on[protected] and he assured that price and delivery date will be sent the same day, But havent got a call back so long.
KVR says petrol i turbo xz+os one unit is showing in factory but price not available but they have reserved it for me.
It's more than a month now[protected] and still KVR is confused about variant xz+os availability and ex-showroom price. The model they reserved for me is still not dispatched.
I have read multiple negative reviews on social media about tata motors. In my case your team is proving all those comments as right once again. If this is the situation before delivery, I seriously doubt what all challenges I will have to face after buying a Tata car. More than a month and still variant and price no one knows. It's horrible customer service. Am I asking any rocket science here? A simple delivery ETA and ex showroom price is what I am asking for. The unit which KVR says is reserved for me is turbo petrol xz+os, why is it still not dispatched and no one knows ex showroom price?

Today 6th July still no one giving the delivery ETA

    I am defence person want to buy tata punch through csd. Dealar M/s siva sankar at visakhapatnam is authorised to deal with CSD. Dealer said only white colour is offered for punch pure model. Why all color option is not offered for any variant.

      I Samlesh singh yadav loan no [protected] is regular customer of tata motor finance .My vehicle UP61AT3556 was seized by finacer on 24 jun 23 .I have paid 46 emi and it is left with only 3 emi and then also truck was seized.i have taken 45 emi initially but 4 emi increased due to moratorium intrest . Still I was paying emi continuously .I have informed this matter to collection agent person of tata motor, then also truck was siezed ..loaded truck was taken about 20 km away to yard and next day on 25 June truck was 20 km taken away to another yard without informing to me.so I have lost diesel cost on this process.it was very shocked to me.My account is showing od intrest charge also. I have paid all 46 emi with so much difficulty.i am in financial very debt due to 46 emi of loan [protected] because buisness income became very low .So I am facing very much problem.i was continuously paying the emi then also my vehicle was seized by financer.please take necessary action on this matter and do the needful and remove od charge and minimise moratorium intrest amount charge as possible so that I can pay the amount easily and stay with tata motor finance happily.
      So I request you to remove od charge and minimize the moratorium interest charge and please allow to release the vehicle as soon as possible without any repo charge.

        Hello,

        This is Samir Nagure. I am a new customer of Tata Motors. I booked a Tata Tigor (Arizona Blue) on June 15, 2023, with Panchajanya Motors in Warje, Pune. One of the sales team members from Panchajanya informed me that they had a vehicle available and would deliver it on Saturday, June 24, 2023. However, after I made the booking, they informed me that the available vehicle had been allocated to another customer and they did not have any other vehicle in the Arizona Blue color. They said it would be available in the next 3-4 days. I checked with other dealers in Pune and found that Dev Motors in Bibwewadi had the vehicle in stock. I informed the Panchajanya team about this and told them I would cancel my booking with them and book with Dev Motors instead. They then tried to arrange for the vehicle and informed me that it was now available. However, there was a delay in making the vehicle available. I asked if it would be possible to deliver the vehicle on Thursday, June 29, 2023, instead of Saturday. They assured me that the vehicle would be delivered on Thursday. I have been following up with the Panchajanya team since last Friday, and they assured me that the vehicle would be delivered as promised. I have been waiting at the showroom since morning, but they are still in the process of completing the RTO documentation and license plate allocation. Now they are saying that the vehicle won't be delivered today.

        Yesterday, I received an invitation from the Panchajanya team to visit the showroom and take delivery of the vehicle. I also received a WhatsApp invite for the vehicle delivery, which I have attached for your reference.

        I had made plans for an outing with my family for Friday and Saturday and made the necessary bookings. I am extremely disappointed with the unsatisfactory service I have received from Panchajanya Motors. I was so excited that my first car would be arriving today, but when I reached the showroom, my happiness was shattered. I am very sad and dissatisfied with the service provided by the Panchajanya team.

        I kindly request you to look into this matter on priority.

          Sorry to say but its reality that my big mistake in my life is to be a customer of tata motors but now i always suggest my well wishers not to purchase their products not only car . bycott tata products as they made fool to their customers

            Hello Team,

            Since 19th June 23, my vehicle broke down due to negligence regarding the earlier mentioned issue. On the same day as purchasing the car, I contacted Rudra Motors Wagholi and spoke to Mr. Abhay. I shared all my concerns about experiencing a weird noise from the front part/bonnet of the car, as well as noise from the dashboard and steering. I also recorded a video to demonstrate the issue.

            Mr. Abhay sent me to the Rudra service center, assuring me that they would help. I practically demonstrated the issue by driving over small bumps and on different roads. I explained everything again to Mr. Rakesh Pillay, who claimed that the jerkiness and bounciness in the car were normal. He asked me to drive for a few days and come back if the issue persists. After a few days, I informed him that the issue still exists, but the workshop guys ignored my complaint. I spoke to Taufeek and other people who were around. Mr. Pillay initially said he needed to open the dashboard and the front part, to which I agreed. However, later on, they changed their minds and claimed it was not necessary, suggesting that I was overthinking the issue. This behavior seems strange, as if they are avoiding the problem.

            I proceeded with the first service and brought up the same complaint. The service was completed within 45 minutes. The problem was ignored from the showroom's quality check to the service center. I opened the bonnet and found the front assembly had gone down and came loose due to the absence of screws. The entire wiring is stretched and in danger of being torn apart, relying on a single screw without a bolt seems broken. Additionally, the angles inside the bonnet seem unbalanced and misaligned due to negligence on Tata Motors' part. I am confident that this time you will handle the situation smoothly. It appears that Tata will only respond quickly if this matter is brought to the media's attention or if a major accident or car fire occurs.

            Could you please take back the car and refund the amount as soon as possible? You can deduct a certain amount for your benefit and return the rest to me. Don't wait for the situation to worsen. Precaution is better than prevention. Don't sell faulty products and provide unsatisfactory service. Deduct a portion of my money for honesty and better service.

            I purchased a Tata Tigor EV from Rudra Motors, which has turned out to be a risky investment. I can't drive my car with anxiety as issues keep arising. Your negligence has put my family's life at risk. I received suggestions from the Tata Team to consider the NEXON car, which is superior to the Tigor. Hats off to them.

            I haven't received any positive response yet and am helpless.

              Hi team,

              I wanted to register a complaint against Mrs Manjetha(Tata heritage motors Panvel -Maharashtra)

              We have approached Tata heritage motors for Our car insurance renewal and Manjetha guided us on the same.

              We paid the insurance amount on 15th June 2023 and have provided all the transaction details to Manjeetha to proceed for renewal of the policy.

              She is being telling from 15th June that she will renew but she has not yet renewed the policy and she is not responding now on calls/msg.

I complained to tata show room jorhat but reapinse has not come good. It is my sincere appeal to look into my affair and get my underwarrenty car tire get replaced

                      We bought TATA PUNCH after the launch an year ago. I want to bring into your notice a gap between Tata motors Dealers and Customers. This is regarding the annual subscription for IRA which we need to pay after the expiry of 1 year for annual subscription of Rs3528/Rs6549, inspite of paying 40K during the purchase of the car. Now the service has been suspended for my vehicle.

                      This cost was not informed to us during the sales process. This is a real cheating by TATA motors as they have not communicated while purchasing the vehicle. This is not expected from reputed company like TATA.

                      I would like to ask the TATA motors to refund the IRA cost of 40K that was charged as this is a fault from the manufacturer for not letting the customers transparently. Kindly respond on early basis or I need to go for some legal actions.

                        I would like to inform you that we brought Tata Magic car one and half year back from the TATA Motors vapi.. now suddenly the engine broke down, I called Mr. Suryakant Mishra because we had bought it from him, I called him that our car had such a problem, so he replied me what can i do, I told them that when you came to sell cars on behalf of Tata Motor, then you are given me big promises, today Suryakant Mishra has talked with me in a very dirty manner, he has no manner how to talk with customer, and i don’t expect from TATA employees that, your employee can talk with customer in rude manners.. if you are taken any action against him then its ok otherwise i think that your employees talk with customers in same manners...

                        After having regular service from the authorized service center but still we are facing technical fault in the vehicle.. now the cost of maintenance is above 1.50 lakhs, at present we have four vehicles from tata..i am thinking sell them back to tata, because first the service cost which I am facing right now and second most the replied from the sales person of Mr. Suryakant Mishra…

                          Hello, my name is Mallikarjun Naik .my dad brought the car 5 years ago till now the car has good condition. Before 15 days we gave service to tata motors service center which is Bijargi Motors at Vijayapura Karnataka. After that, my car stopped working and the service centers are not responding to my calls .they have charged 10000 rupees for service but were not able to solve the issue and now they are behaving irresponsibly.

                            Here are the details of the purchased vehicle:

                            Purchased under the name: Ashish Pandey
                            Date of delivery: 31, August 2022
                            Showroom: Sagar Motors, Patparganj.
                            Variant: XZ Petrol 1.2

                            At the time of delivery, the second remote key was promised to be delivered within two months of the purchase date but neither a follow-up nor an update has been provided.

                            I have made many follow-ups throughout this waiting period of nine months but the same generic reply was given.

                            I even escalated the issue directly to the Tata Motors team and they referred it to the showroom. The irony is I didn't get a resolution from Showroom that's why I reached out to TATA Motors and they referred me back to them.

                              I purchased new Tata Nexon xza+lux model on 28/5/2023(yesterday) from Jaipur. Recently I’m living in Udaipur so today I travelled by new car from Jaipur to Udaipur and by reaching Udaipur the worst dream I can thought of that my own new car axel broke down. I payed the full amount yesterday and today my new car reached to workshop. I was very exited about this purchase with Tata motors and today Tata motors have given me a mental breakdown and lacs of my money suspiciously in vain that did I go for the right company? And what they claim for strong and safety, is this what they can provide best to their customers ?
                              I’m totally upset by this purchase on my first day and will not recommend Tata Motors products to anyone.
                              Now what Tata motors can do for me, i’m waiting for their answer!!

                                I am Achuth Ram, from Kerala India.
                                I bought Tata Harrier on October 2021 KL 64 k 4613 which is under my mother's name A C Anithakumari. My car had only done 21000 kms. On 13/05/2023 me along with my family went on vacation to Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu, it's is a hill station. My vacation was ruined as my car broke down. We went to a view point inside a reserve forest and we parked the car on side of the road. After coming back from the view point the car refused to start. Few warning lights were turned on. We waited few hours near the car trying to reach the toll free number[protected] but there was no response. It always said agents busy assisting other customers. The time was getting late, Since the car was inside the forest, the forest officers wanted us to remove the car from the forest and want us to go to a safe place. I was not able to get hold on to the toll free number so I asked the forest officials to help me take my family to safety. They agreed to drop us near my hotel and the day passed on. Next day morning (Sunday) I went back to my car hoping to reach the toll free number but was only able to get in touch with them afternoon. The toll free service guy told me there are no any authorised mechanics nearby and had to get a guy from Udumelpettu which was far from the location I was in. Considering my situation, I waited in my location till around 6:00 pm and the guy was not able to reach me. By this time the forest officials approached me and asked me to move the car as soon as possible because it is a reserved forest and there are dangers of wild animals around. They again helped me with the drop off to my hotel and gave me the contact of a reputed mechanic nearby. They want the car to be moved immediately since it might affect their jobs if anything happens. During this time my family who was staying in hotel for 2 days who already got their vacation ruined because of the car, started to get sick of the whether. I had an Infant with me who got fever and severe cough so I was compelled to call the mechanic nearby and get my car fixed and reach home. Next day(Monday) I was able to get hold on to that guy and after inspection he said the starter motor was not taking load. I was forced to get the car fixed because of my situation. He replaced the armature and solenoid of the starter motor and the car was able to start again. We left from Kodaikanal immediately and reached home safe. On May 18th I took my car for fourth service in Hyson Motors, potta, Thrissur District, Kerala. My car has passed all the inspection and had only to refill the fluids. Again on May 23rd we went for shopping and and the car was again broke down. The car refused to start again, I could only Hear tick tick noise when I press the ignition switch. Fortunately I was able to get hold on to toll free number and they arranged towing to nearby authorised mechanic which was the same Hyson Motors, potta, Thrissur District, Kerala. After inspecting the car today they said the starter motor won't take load and it is going to cost me rupees 34000. I am really confused how come a brand new car costing rupees 25 lakhs with low kilometres could breakdown this easily?
                                After inspecting the starter motor, it does work but the mechanics in Hyson Motors told me that the motor doesn't take enough electricity to start the engine. This was the same fault diagnosed by the mechanics in Kodaikanal as well. I think it is a manufacturing fault with the harrier as the motors are working but not taking enough load to start the car. My car is still in the service centre waiting for an assistance.
                                I want to get my car fixed within the warranty because I was forced to fix my car because I was not able to reach you over the toll free number which is not at all my fault. Please consider my complaint and situation and do the needful. Be a role model in assisting customes in their greviences.The fault sign picture has been attached below

                                  The vehicle face new problem always when comes back from servicing. Despite several reminders the problem is never resolved. Cabin light issue of my car that started after their services which was manufacturing defects and even after they changed the light still the problem reoccur after a week. Vehicle is never washed properly. The pickup and dropped off is always delayed. One has to face 3 hrs delay in same. Even when the msg of service aomplete of of 5oclock the vehicle is not dropped off till 8 o clock. The driver says it's not his fault the service center says they are also not at fault. The Safeway motors always causes new problems to the vehicle

                                    Recently purchased from Puneet motors, Worli mumbai .
                                    Nobody is responding since last 48 hours even after lodging complaint at customer service and Puneet motors .
                                    I am very much worried I made a wrong decision of buying Tata motors car.

                                      Dear Sir/Mam,
                                      I have booked the Tata punch in the month of march in SRT Tirupur with initial amount of rupees 11000. They told with in two month, we will deliver your car. We wait very long period and totally disappoint their service and response. So we decided to cancel the booking and requested to refund the amount last 15 days before . But they told you have to wait 2 months or 45 days, then only amount will be refunded to your account. In this case i request you to do the needful earliest.

                                        I have purchased Tata Nexon from Keshva motors mulund on 27th Mar 23 but in all the documents like Tax invoice, Delivery acknowledgement and etc they have mentioned incorrect address means typing mistake due to which haven't received the RC book also. I have been following since long but till now they haven't provided me the correct documents.. Request to support as me as a customer is struggling to get the documents but sales people are not responding.
                                        Tata Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        What is the use of this? I didn't receive any call/support from team. Even I tried reaching Devendra Dhawkhar on mail he has also not resolved this issue. Hope you people are working for CSAT..
